Extremely satisfied with VJ plumbing services. Vrej was on time, great customer service and quality work. Made sure everything was working properly again by completing several tests for the water to clear. Clean work and friendly. Highly recommend! read more

Had a leak and my home warranty company assigned the task to VJ Plumbing. They came out immediately but misdiagnosed the source of the leak. They said they were 70% sure the leak was caused by the toilet. 30% by bathtub. Warranty company did not approve the estimate somewhere around 750 so I hired another plumber to reseal the toilet at a lower cost. Come to find out, it wasn't the toilet. I was still charged the service fee for coming out by VJ Plumbing. I don't mind paying the service fee but I do mind when it is misdiagnosed and costs me unnecessary expenses. Water damage company came out and confirmed it was the bathtub when they opened up the ceiling. I think VJ is a nice guy but paying for a misdiagnosis just rubs me the wrong way. read more

I woke up to my gas water heater dying on me. I had a very busy schedule. I needed someone to quickly replace the heater. I called several plumbers and VJ was the one that promptly answered my call and showed up to assess the heater with an estimate, of replacement. The purchase and replacement all took place in less than three hours.VJ was professional, and gave me a reasonable price. I'm very satisfied with his service. read more

I don't know about you, but when a home warranty company says they're sending a plumber, electrician, installer--I hold my nose until they prove they're not ill-informed bottom-feeders. And there have been many. But if you've landed on VJ, feel free to unclasp your nose. He's the real deal, excellent with big-picture analysis and workmanship, all the way to fine-tuning and craftsmanship. Friendly, organized, experienced, caring. Plumbers don't come better than VJ. We should be so lucky hiring doctors, dentists and shrinks. read more

Working with this company was a simple and efficient experience. We were kept in the loop the entire time and the repair was completed before we expected. Our tub faucet was quite old and they found the replacement anyway. Victor was polite, patient, and explained everything about what he was doing in detail (I'm kind of nosey, but he cheerfully put up with me). Honestly, I couldn't have asked for better service. I did read all of the very few negative reviews and, as I also have a home warranty, I found their criticisms unreasonable and the problem was with the home warranty companies and not VJ plumbing. read more

VJ is the best. He's honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about doing the job right. He's helped me with several plumbing issues over the years and has always taken the time to explain what's going on and present multiple options so I can make an informed decision. What I appreciate most is that I completely trust him. In the past, I felt the need to double-check or research problems on my own, but with VJ I know I'm getting a straightforward, truthful opinion every time. He's reliable, professional, and easy to work with--I wouldn't call anyone else. Highly recommend VJ Plumbing! read more

Very responsive and eager to help. Both Victor, the technician who visited us and Vincent the owner really prioritize customer service and genuinely want their customers to be completely satisfied with their work. I'm happy to recommend them. read more

Technician was on time, professional and courteous. I would definitely refer and use this company for future plumbing issues.

This company has passed our thorough validation process concerning all the required paperwork and credentials needed to provide professional services in California. They currently work for my company, and based on the exceptional quality shown in the jobs they have been assigned so far, I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are truly thrilled to work with them! read more

Vrej mentioned to me that his company don't want to be a one time customer, well, definitely I agree, I will call again for another home repair service, his work and attitude speak for itself. He knows what he's doing as expected to a plumber, but what sets him apart is his attitude, he is committed to the completion of the job and asap, left his work area really tidy, nice and clean. He also has given me advise on how to properly maintain my plumbings. What else could I ask for, this guy is truly out there to help and give great service to his customers! read more

VJ is great, we had a running shower issue. Our home warranty vendor quoted $1300 for a fixture replacement and wall tear down . I called VJ and he responded right away, came to the house the next day, checked the issue and replaced the valve. Afterwards he checked our water pressure and spent his own time to adjust it. He is our go to moving forward, great work, great person read more

VJ responded to my insurance call. The 5 minute job turned into an hour job, but VJ was very patient and worked hard to get it done. Very friendly and patient. Thx VJ. read more

They overcharged us for a 20 min job by collecting from insurance company first and then additionally from us. Now they refuse to reimburse us in a rude and aggressive way. read more

If there's a negative rating, that's where VJ plumbing would be. A company that asks to pay in advance is a scam artist. If your home warranty insurance sends VJ plumbing to do a service call, get someone else. Vrej knows how to manipulate the system. I had a slow draining sink in my kitchen. He turned the water on for about 10 seconds and mumbles something "yeah sink is clogged". Tells me he needs to collect the service call fee of $65 then he'll contact my home warranty insurance to get approval . Ok, I figured he'll snake the drain from the clean out and then it's good to go. I've had this done before and there were no issues. Vrej goes to his van and comes back after 20 minutes only to tell me that the work is denied. What?????!!! All he had to do was snake my drain from the clean out. And that was denied! It's because Vrej knew that if he used the word "grease" as the reason for the clog , home warranty will deny the claim. Vrej didn't do shit! How would he know the clog is due to grease. It could be anything. I certainly don't pour oil down the kitchen sink and I leave very little food particles to almost none. Vrej purposely made sure the claim would be denied so he can swoop in and get the business for himself . Thinking I'd be stupid enough to agree. He quoted me almost $400 to snake my drain and he had the audacity to say he will apply the $65 he scammed out of me AND I have to pay in advance. Hahahahha. What a scam artist!!! Nice try asking someone to pay for a job in advance. Please beware, do not use VJ plumbing if sent by your home warranty insurance. Vrej will make sure your claim will be denied so he can scam you! read more

Víctor was a great technician, helped me get my outdated Kohler faucets and spout back online. These were discontinued but Víctor helped me find parts and got them repaired and installed at a reasonable price. Víctor made 110% effort at my residence and at his business to get my faucets back into service. Pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. Ill call on Víctor again. read more

I spoke to victor very professional and knowledgeable , He knows what he's doing as expected , He is the best thanx

VJ has completed many jobs for us on an older building over the years, including water heater repairs, leaks, replacement of fixtures & toilets, etc. He is very accommodating to the tenants and understands how to get something done effectively and efficiently (reasonably priced). I would recommend his services for any plumbing needs. read more

It is too bad that they got a bad review from one person that makes their star rating go down. I had them come out for a claim through a home warranty program, and they fixed everything perfectly! Victor was amazing! A few weeks later I had them do a larger plumbing job for me, and once again, they were great! Victor even fixed something small for me that same day and didn't charge me extra. I hope they become my plumbers for life. Thanks Victor & VJ Plumbing! read more

I give this company 10 stars if there was an option to do so. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received, with honesty and care. VJ came to service my tankless water heater. He took the time to explain what he was going to do as well as provide a timeline. Afterward, I mentioned I had issues with the shower not getting hot unless the sink's hot water faucet was turned on. VJ took the extra time to fix the issue, explained the reason, and showed me how to maintain the sediment build-up, a simple fix that will save me in the future. This is the 1st time I've had a plumber go the extra mile to be helpful without the $$$ that previous plumbers have charged. I applaud this company one that you can trust. I will be using VJ Plumbing for my yearly tankless water heater service and any other plumbing issues that should arise in the future, mostly because of VJ's honesty and plumbing expertise. read more
