Our old house (1937) kept surprising us with plumbing problems, and after years of unsatisfactory service from various plumbers, Flood Brothers were recommended to us, and it was a game changer! In the many years we've used them, they've done everything from major safety work underneath our house to fixing a clog in our sink. No matter how big or small the job, each time they do a job, it stays fixed! They are meticulously clean, thorough, caring, honest and explain each job completely before they begin. The price they quote is the price they charge, and they provide video of the work they do. They are absolutely magnificent!

From the moment we reached out, their responsiveness and professionalism were exceptional. Mike, along with his crew Tyler and Louie, arrived promptly and immediately put us at ease. They were not only highly knowledgeable and efficient, but also incredibly respectful, caring, and detail-oriented. They took the time to clearly explain the issue, walked us through the solution, and handled everything with confidence and expertise. What really stood out was how clean and organized they were throughout the entire process--something that is so appreciated during a stressful situation. It's rare to find a team that combines professionalism, skill, and genuine customer care at this level. You can truly tell they take pride in their work and value their clients. I have already highly recommended Flood Brothers Plumbing to my neighbors, family, friends, fellow homeowners, landlords, and my network of realtors, as well as on Facebook, Instagram, and the Nextdoor app. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and top-quality plumbing company--especially in an emergency--this is the team to call. This was a major project, and from beginning to end Victor was professional, thorough, responsive, and easy to work with. What impressed me most was the ownership he took over the entire process. You never get the sense that you're being left to figure things out on your own. His crew was also excellent -- professional, respectful, hardworking, and clearly experienced with sewer line and plumbing work. If you're looking for a reliable plumber for a sewer connection, sewer line project, drain or plumbing work, I would absolutely recommend Victor's Rooter. They made a next-day appointment & phoned when they were on their way. A very knowledgeable technician - Josh arrived & after checking the plumbing in the basement, explained where the problem was. I had the option of hydro jetting or pouring a clog-clearing product called "Liquid Lightning" (which I never heard of) down the drain. I found the product at Walmart & used it as directed. So far, so good. I have two water heater replacements as well as other plumbing repairs coming in the near future & I will not hesitate to call Rockstar Plumbing. My kitchen sink was backed up with all sorts of gunk that no human beings have ever seen. I also asked him to check and clean my outdoor drainage line since my dogs often use it as their bathroom; he honestly let me know it didn't need servicing, no upselling at all. The price was incredibly fair and probably lower than most. During the installation of the flange, the one I bought was too short for my deep sink setup. Steve drove 28 miles round trip, on a Friday's traffic in LA, to a specialty plumbing supply store to source the exact part needed to finish the job perfectly; no additional charges.
