So, the day came and I showed up for my appointment and the new location she was working at, Red Salon on Biscayne, only to find the lights off and the doors locked. I proceeded to text her at 3:11, then left a voicemail at 3:15. At 3:25, after waiting outside for 15 minutes, I decided to just leave. I drove 40-45 minutes EACH WAY from Pembroke Pines and she never showed up. She also never apologized. When I texted her a 2nd time, I told her she had lost me as a client. It's not like an apology would have won me back as a client, but it certainly would have been nice considering she wasted an hour and a half plus of my time! This is not only totally unacceptable, but completely unprofessional. Don't go to her unless you want to take your chances with her taking you on time, if she shows up at all.
