Tried this place for the first time and so happy I did. Bri absolutely transformed my hair (pictures are attached to prove it). I came knowing the blonde in my hair was working and that I was in a dying need for a touch up. As soon as Bri saw my hair, she knew exactly was to do. She focuses on hair texture, which I've never had a stylist educate me on. She showed me how important it is to know the clients hair texture since everyone is different. She shaped my hair in a way I have never tried and fixed the color to match my roots. I feel like my hair looks more coherent and natural. Thank you Bri!! This salon is beyond fraudulent. I was told that my entire service was going to be $450. My card was charged $700! I requested balayage and instead was given highlights. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked for a stylist who specializes in curly hair. They told me Marta is a specialist, however it is very clearly does not have the experience. I left the salon with wet hair. I was also charged a $100 deposit that I was told in writing would be applied to my service. It was not applied. I was also charged for things that I never approved. On top of everything, my hair stylist did not speak any English, she only spoke Portuguese, and I was never told of any of these charges. I was also not informed of the processing fee. I am now home and my hair is still wet and extremely frizzy on top of these charges that I never authorized. I was also charged $100 in tip when I verbally authorized $50. This is entirely unacceptable, unethical and fraudulent. The color is also very brassy and not blended at all. Not only did I not receive the service I requested, I was also fraudulently charged. 10 stars if I could! Bri does my hair. I'm have very thin fragile hair and she somehow massages my scalp and works her magic ringers to keep it from breaking. I don't know how but she works wonders for me. My highlights blend in so naturally that I don't need to come back every other month to touch up roots. Literally travel 3 hours just to go to her. They are all so nice and great, thoughtful. But I still feel like I went wrong with the hair color. I have been a blond for over 20 a years and know all of the best colorist in miami, I would never recommend Dafne. Her and her team are professionals are probably great with other costumers, but I didn't receive what I asked for. I asked for something and she just thought to give me a full head of highlights instead of the partial balayage I asked for. So I paid about 200 dollars than most of the other eBay hair colorista in miami and Week later the color is still way to warm, with dual tonality with LINES a which I very much emphasized I didn't want and now I am waiting for my colorist to come back from summer. Go to IGK, go to lhonete at raupo, go to savanna Marie, go to house of mane with Sarah E instead. Overpriced with not the same levers of education in creating shadows and what lines by highlights mean. Again she's sweet and nice, just didn't follow instructions and wanted to show that she knew better than the client of what was needed. read more

Bri Brancato saved me and is amazing. Had been going to the same stylist for years and all I wanted was medium ash brown color. The other stylists attempts got worse and worse so I switched to Bri and after one appointment my color was perfect and exactly what I had wished for for years!!! The cut was fantastic and I don't know how she does it but I can wait longer between appointments without a cut and it still looks great. The icing on the cake is that the color she uses does not have harsh chemicals and I never go brassy. Best stylist in my whole life. I tired to make an appointment with Dafne, they texted me changed my time a few times than wanted to change my date I explained that I can't do that I already have plans. I also explained I was fine with changing my time twice, but I can't change my date and need to keep the date we originally had. So they said sorry Dafne can't. I find that so ridiculous! it just shows how much she cares about her clients and regular people! Simone ruined my lips. I received permanent makeup tattooing with her and and she did a horrible job. It was like I was her first client. She had no idea what she was doing. She didn't outline my lips or let me pick out the color. She tattooed my lips completely asymmetrical. Now I have to try and cover up the job she did with makeup- the exact reason I wanted to get the tattoo was to not have to wear makeup. They charged me $1200 and won't refund me either. They said they wanted me to come in and let her "fix" her mistake. I would have to be a complete idiot to let her near my lips again. read more

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience second time in a row. They treat clients according to class. If they don't know you, you get tossed aside. I had my appointment cancelled or moved twice. All I wanted was highlights and a nice cut just like I saw in all her pics. I was so excited. She came to NY which saved me a trip to Florida. But the whole experience was way too much for me. She got there more than an hour late. With what felt like an entourage so high end. My biggest mistake and regret I didn't ask how much. I had taken my daughter to give her boost of confidence but cameras and lighting which I didn't ask for was too much for us. This is a very cool, hip and sexy salon in midtown Miami. Great staff and fantastic ambiance. Although prices are higher than most other hair salons, but they provide a great service coupled with a cup of latte and slice of heavenly dessert. I had an amazing time at the salon . Diego did an amazing job with my extensions and hair coloring . I had really short hair and after we put in the extensions everyone has told me how natural and long my hair looks! He is attentive to detail and made sure that I walked out of the salon looking perfect ! Simone is also the best person for lip coloring , eyelashes and eyebrow microblading and shaping . He lacks respect for clients as well as professionalism, often 30+ minutes late for appointments and sometimes not even showing up to work. Worst place ever... Most unprofessional salon I have ever been too. I had scheduled my appointment with Dafne, the salon owner.. She showed up an hour later... I showed her a picture of what I wanted (a hair done at her salin and supposedly by her) and she didn't even explain to me anything... she started talking with her assistants about how she had to end her engagement to her fiancee the night before. She didn't even bother to finish my hair, she walked away and left me with two of her assistants because she had a party to attend to...My hair ended up far from similar to the picture I had shown her, and when I asked for some kind of explanation, her assistants tried to foolish me by telling me it was the "lightning" of the room... I was so upset and disappointed.. I was told that if a wanted I could return for a "correction" but I would have to pay for it..
