    These people are pushy, rude, and ignore signs that say "no soliciting" they insulted me and my wife when I refused to buy their service.

    Horrible customer service. Over a period of 4 weeks I called and left 4 detailed messages with…read moreLauri and Melissa. In that time I got one call returned in week two. During that conversation I was told that I would get a phone call in one week to set up an appointment. That week goes by and nothing. Mid week on the 4th week I call and once again am told that it would be probably another week before they could set up an appointment for me. This company needs to have more than one person who can make and set up appointments with customers. Having to get a hold of Randy is nearly impossible and he must never get his messages. It shouldn't matter if the customer that you were contracted to help is not directly your customer or not. You are contracted to fulfill an obligation and how you proceed and act says volumes about you and your company. If I ever entertained the notion of switching my services from my current subscriber to A+ Security then that idea is completely and utterly shattered. I fully support local businesses and what they do for our economy, but I cannot support a local business that doesn't even look out for its local consumers. If you're thinking about a security system from a local business than I urge you to AVOID AT ALL COSTS this company.

    Title: Ongoing Equipment Issues and Unacceptable Support…read more I've had two sensors giving me "low battery" errors for about six weeks. Every single time I tried to fix them, I had to work with ADT support because their system requires you to go through them -- you can't just reset or fix things easily on your own. Today, because I was leaving town, I called ADT so I wouldn't have to leave my home unsecured. After almost two hours on the phone, the first technician could not reset the sensors. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, who also tried and failed to fix the issue. They escalated it to higher-tier technical support, and that didn't work either. I was told a senior technician would call me back. I waited all day for that call. When he finally called, I answered, but he did not respond and hung up. I then received a message saying he would call back. Over an hour later, he called again. I answered again -- and once again, there was no response and the call disconnected. After six weeks of repeated problems, hours on the phone, and no resolution, I still have malfunctioning sensors. For a company that sells "security and peace of mind," this experience has been the exact opposite. I would not recommend ADT based on this experience.

Im exhausted and taking care of a literal new born. Stop calling me. I wont be buying anything from this company now.​
