The menu was not very intuitive w/ clear descriptions. My food came with my choice of bbq sauce which clearly had just been removed from the fridge because it was jelled and very cold. The baked beans were something totally else. I feel the entire business model in that space is very confusing. It's BBQ on Wed-Fri during lunch, Greek in the evenings during week and a Steak House on weekends. I feel the About Page could describe their business model better. The service was good. I am just so confused. Sorry

The drinks from the bar were crafted well and presented nicely. We ordered quite a bit of food to try off the menu. The pork and fish skewers were flavorful! I do wish the pork was cooked a bit longer to give it a crispy outside. The Farrotto had a nice crunch with each taste and was a little cheesy. The pappardelle with rabbit was very good as well, it had a rich flavor. The trout was a bit fishy for my liking. The short ribs were cooked very well, but I was not a huge fan of the sauce it came with. The lamb ribs had a nice flavor, but I thought was a little overcooked. I think my favorite had to have been the pasta/grain dishes. I do like that they rotate the menu so there is always something new. Great ambiance and decorated well inside!

She recognized my friend and I were busy talking and didn't rush us to place our order. My friend ordered the tortilla soup and the caprese flatbread, while I went with the crab, shrimp, and lobster bisque and the Leonard burger with fries. My soup came out quickly, but shortly after, the manager came by to let my friend know they were out of the tortilla soup. Because of her dietary restrictions, she declined the substitute options offered. Our entrées arrived without any issues, and everything was delicious. We were both happy with our meals. My friend is a member of their wine club and applied her discount to the bill, but when the check arrived, the discount wasn't reflected on the receipt she was asked to sign. Victoria promptly spoke with the manager, who confirmed the discount had been applied and provided a corrected receipt with the correct total. Overall, we enjoyed our time at CH and would visit again.

We made our reservation about a month in advance, arrived early at 5:00 p.m. for our 5:15 seating, and were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress, Margaret, was friendly at first--but unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. We waited 45 minutes for our starter and an hour and a half for our entrée. What made it more frustrating was watching nearby tables--many seated after us--receive their meals, finish, and even turn over while we were still waiting. We finally left around 7:30 p.m., feeling very disappointed. The food at Cooper's Hawk is consistently excellent, which is why this experience was so discouraging. There were also billing issues: I had a birthday reward and several wine bottles through my membership available, yet the wine was still charged to our bill and the birthday reward wasn't applied until I pointed it out. Although part of it was corrected, we still ended up paying for the bottle that should have been included. We usually enjoy wonderful visits here, and Cooper's Hawk remains one of my favorite restaurants. However, this particular experience--especially the long wait times and billing confusion--was truly disappointing, and I would hesitate to dine in the same section again.

We were in town for an event and were ready for dinner far earlier than our reservation but the hostess got us in no problem. Our server, David, was terrific. He is the only server who has ever convinced me that ordering Wagyu was worth the money. He sold us on the 14oz Australian Wagyu which in his words "was the best steak he had ever eaten" and after having it, I couldn't agree more. The steak was perfectly cooked, beautifully plated since we shared, and it melted in your mouth. The char on the outside was ridiculous in the best way. We also had oysters on the half shell broiled with Cajun butter, lobster Mac n cheese, and corn brûlée. All of it was delicious. I wish we would have ordered the bread with candlestick butter, it looked amazing. Totally worth the money, will make a drive from Columbus just to have that steak again.

The space itself has an eclectic, upscale vibe that adds to the overall experience. The food backed it up. We had the Japanese crab cake, grilled oysters, Baby Wedge (not so baby), and split the 16oz Wagyu ribeye with truffle butter. Sides were mushrooms and the potato mille-feuille -- that potato is a must-order. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and incredibly tender, and the crab cake was packed with large chunks of crab. The oysters were good, but everything else really stood out. Dessert was an espresso crème brûlée and finished the meal exactly how you'd want. Service was excellent. David took great care of us -- knew the menu, made good recommendations, and kept things moving without ever feeling rushed. The place was absolutely spotless -- from the dining room to the smallest details. Around $400 for two all in, and worth it for a special night out.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, but I'll accept the 1 star because the only thing…read morethis apartment has done for us that I appreciated, was getting us in as fast as they did, my husband and I were in desperate need of finding a place quickly, as an incident at our old house of 3 years forced us to unexpectedly have to relocate. When we moved in back in December, the old property manager, Cecilia, was very sweet to us. But because we needed a place to go, we really didn't have time to shop around, or we would have never landed here, we ignored a ton of things we didn't like simply to get moved in somewhere. I almost can't put into words the amount of issues we've had here, The portal they use for their residents to pay rent is consistently wrong, and because of this, my husband and I choose to pay rent with a check one month, we will never do that again because it took them an entire month to take that money out of our bank and by time they took it out, It was like we had to pay rent twice because next months was due when they finally took it out for the previous month. I swear these people just bang their head on a keyboard and decide that's the total you owe, "resident billing" is upwards of $300 a month on top of rent, for what, I don't know, just a way for corporate to get more money out of their residents and this isn't even including your electric bill through Duke. They market themselves as luxury apartments, which is completely comical, they charge luxury prices and you're living in a very old building that has been "renovated" with the landlord special. I'm going to insert some pictures of the way this apartment was WHEN WE MOVED IN! They did send someone out to reseal the edges of the laminate flooring, but it's still coming up around all the edges, there are trashy paint drips on all of the doors paint on all of the door knobs, the air vents are filthy, mold under the caulk in the shower, dumpsters constantly overflowing and smell putrid, the list goes on. My husband and I have just collectively agreed that we're just going to get through these last 5 and 1/2 months here until we can get out. But I urge everyone to not just blindly look at Google reviews like we did, half of them are fake and scripted, right when you move in, they pressure you to come in and fill out a piece of paper for a review, at the time I gave a good review, but we had literally lived here for maybe 2 weeks. And don't even get me started on the outrageous move-in costs. Please look around at other review hubs before considering this place. There are so many ACTUAL luxury apartments that you can move into for the same price as here, don't settle, things are so expensive anymore, demand and expect what you pay your hard earned money for. These people act like everyone should be able to sell out thousands every month while getting the bare minimum.

No refrigeration, no working washer, great ventilation and light spectrum effect with the jagged glass holes in the windows. The stunning pond with its deadly green algae and monstrous snapping turtles add so much tranquility. Enjoy swarms of bees and defecating geese. If you like to sauna, use your dryer and enjoy the hot damp air from the stuffed exterior exhausts. The overflowing dumpsters provide a breathtaking aroma and mountainesque landscape, you can actually taste "the mountains." The main reason I am giving a 3 star review is because the quality of the experience is almost the definition of average. The photos are taken almost as quickly as possible even when the store is empty. The upcharge of trying to get more than one pose is extremely overpriced and eliminates the discounts offered because the terms state the deal only applies to one pose. This is fine when all there only 3 options of about 7 poses and the pictures have someone blinking or moving their head or looking away because the photos were taken as quickly as possible. Out of all the poses we took, I found MAYBE 3 pictures that were acceptable and 2 of the 3 were barely acceptable. In the end, there was only one pose that looked decent and that was the one chosen. Overall, it was fine for our needs because we are not a family to take many family portraits constantly and do not have a large group of friends and family that would need more than the package we purchased. However, if you are someone who wants a lot of different pictures and several poses and a full portrait experience, I wouldn't recommend coming here. If you just want a simple picture for a family picture or annual student photos, this would be fine.

Overall Summary: Don't live here. There are plenty of other complexes going up in the area that…read morehave similar rent rates and amenities. The more detailed reasons are listed below in detail. For context, I've lived here for 24 months. Apartment: The complex has model units that are isolated from neighbors so they appear quaint and quiet and in good shape. This is not where you are living- remember that. Cheap construction that has lipstick on the pig! I've had water leaks, a burnt smell that was coming from a shorted outlet that nearly burned the place down. The ceiling and entry way certainly has mold in it from the rain water that leaks into the unit. First floor, you hear all the stomping above you at all hours of the night. Animals: There are more dogs than people in this community. Some tenants have 2-3. The complex soaks in that money and you are left with aggressive dogs that bark and lurch towards you when walking around the community. The walls are so thin that barking dogs keep you awake at night or wake you up in the morning. Don't leave any trace of a pet or pooprints will find you for $300. What a scam. So stomp that diarrhea into the grass or be fined. Amenities: Unusable with the hoards of people that let 4-5 friends into the pool in the summer and parents who think they can have a kids birthday party in the clubhouse and take over the area. Oh but wait, you can rent it for a fee and screw the residents out of the amenity that they pay for each month ($50). Where does that $50 go? I'll tell you, you get a gated community that is broken 95% of the time. They will say we are going through growing pains, but in reality that lifestyle fee should be refunded to every resident here for not having working gates for the past year. DoorDash and deliveries are a nightmare. Don't even get me started on the "refresh" they did to the exterior where the exteriors were painted sloppily to make things appear better, but caused huge inconveniences for months. Oh and the amenities were closed during this time without any sort of inconvenience fee credited back to the residents. Clientele: Over the past 24 months, I've noticed a lot of people moving and not a lot of people moving in (likely due to the better options in the area). This made them desperate to rent to anyone. Need I say more. Break ins to cars are common and close your garage because people, whether they live here or not will snoop and take what they can get their next buzz off of. Towing & Parking: Eagle towing practices predatory business on the property and will take your car without notice. There are 15-20 visitor spots spread through the community and residents will park there for days and leave your visitors to fend for themselves. Then your car will get towed 15 miles away and leave you to bring exact change to a scumbag shady towing company. If I remember it was $180ish if you get it the same day. Office Staff: For the most part they are nice while you are signing your lease, but if you are close to lease end and put in an notice, they will relentlessly try to upsell you on a different dump on the property and charge you an early lease termination fee of two months rent plus what you already owe, all paint upfront. Then they will re-lease the place and double dip on the rent for that unit. This is illegal and a practice that has already been reported to the BBB and the state of Ohio. Lots of turnover in the office and relentless emails about gates status, which usually say "still waiting..... You will be fined if.......come to our happy hour".... Lol I'm sure there is more, there likely is, but avoid this place at all costs.

Once inside, you will be able to rent/buy any equipment that will get you (safely) up the walls. It had been a long time since I climbed so I did take the quick belay course $6 and was climbing up the wall in no time. If you just want to climb on the shorter walls (called bouldering) you will not need to have a harness or take the class. You will need to buy a day pass $10 or some other membership. Shoe rental is $4 and I skipped that as I did it in a pair of vibram five fingers shoes. The only other cost for rope climbing is for a harness ($4). So, for either $20 or 24 you can find yourself climbing up one of the various walls, each with its own unique challenge. Some of the walls are really difficult and some are just difficult enough that you will feel really proud of yourself if you can reach the top. And pay no attention to those around you that scale the walls like spiders, they were just like you once. The vibe is really chill and people are friendly and able to offer advice if you need it. I recommend taking breaks every once in a while so that your arms can rest and watch other climbers. My best tip is to use your legs, they are much stronger than your arms and will really get you up the wall. Climbing is very challenging and I really find it both frustrating and rewarding. You will have fun (go with some friends: they do have group rates) and get a workout too!
