I give this lash location a 5/5…read more Although I experienced some burning during my lash application and some fallen lashes a few hours later as a result, my lash tech, Mandy, was more than willing to accommodate me by allowing me to come in the next day for a refill (free of charge). Besides that, the environment is truly "cozy"! I felt completely relaxed both times that I was being serviced and even fell asleep (which is not something I usually do). This location also has lots of parking.

There will absolutely not be a next time. Some of the lashes were crooked, uneven, and honestly looked rushed. I'm debating going back on my lunch break just to have them removed. I only gave this place a chance because it's close to my job, but convenience clearly does not equal quality. She is a lash god (or goddess lol). LONG REVIEW ALERT! She recently amazed me more than ever before, and I will tell you why! Within the last few months, I had some medical issues going on that seemed to have put my lash growth on pause. I was very upset because my natural lashes were not growing and they were weak. As any GOOD lash artist knows, putting extensions on top of lashes in the state mine were in, is possible but it may not be great for them. Immediately Gisel informed me of this information and told me that she had a solution. She did my lashes in a way that would not damage them further AND gave me a lash serum to use every day, twice a day. Instead of her being careless and just seeing dollar signs and putting heavy, super full lashes on my weak natural lashes, she actually gave a solution to my problem! Now fast forward to my appointment yesterday, she had told me I have amazing retention AND more (healthy) thick long natural lashes than I ever had in over the year that I've been seeing her! I wanted to cry happy tears when I heard that they were healthy again and that I could keep my beautiful lashes! She genuinely cares about you, educates you on extensions, and your natural lash health as she works her magic! And she is always trying to learn new things and better herself although nobody is better than her already. REALLY I refuse to go anywhere else. She gives me a confidence I never had! I have gotten the classic set twice and for reference I have short eyelashes with gaps of missing lashes from a previous "technician". She has always done a wonderful job making my classic set look so natural, even with my gaps. I actually had my first set of lashes for over a month because I was away and my extensions held up in the ocean, jungle, and waterfalls in Hawaii! When my extensions did fall out they would fall out naturally and I never lost any of my eyelashes. Ro took me into her brow room and introduced herself. She was conversive in a comfortable, friendly way and discussed what she would like to do, she asked if I had any preferences or anything, in particular, I wanted to get done. I told her I would go with what she was comfortable doing. She gently applied wax to clean my brow areas and filled them in then topped them with a brow gel to keep them in place. My brows look amazing and her fill-in technique is superb. They look super natural and perfectly contoured. I would recommend and return to Ro without a doubt.
