I don't make many reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience with Vivian. I've been going here for over 3 years. My first visit, I never had lashes done before and Vivi not only explained the process, but helped me pick what would look best on my eye shape. The prices are reasonable and Vivi also allows free corrections if you have any discomfort. It's always clean. Everyone has licenses showing they are qualified. They also make it comfortable with music, blankets, and easy communication. I don't take lightly to allowing someone to put glue near my eyeball, so I genuinely trust and can't recommend Vivi more. If you go on the weekend, plan on making an appointment, but during the week they can usually fit walk ins with a short wait. If you are thinking about trying lashes, trust Vivian. I've experimented different styles. Also, it's important they put the lashes INDIVIDUALLY one by one on your natural lashes. Places often put them on your eyelid that's faster but how you get an infection. Vivian doesn't cut corners and genuinely is so kind and talented. I hope this helps give some more insight! I had the most delightful experience at this spa. Vivian is wonderful. She's attentive and explains everything in detail. I got the feeling that she really cares about her craft and helping her clients not just look great but feel good also. I can't recall the name of the tech that did my a classic lash extensions but she did a wonderful job and took her time. Vivian kept checking on the tech's work throughout the process. I left with the ugliest set of unfinished lashes I have ever seen. I let them know I was unsatisfied with how the lash tech treated me and my set themselves. The owner asks me to come back Friday (today) and I somehow went from them fixing my messed up size 13/14 rounded natural set to a super short cat eye??????? I told the owner this was not the set I wanted at all and even showing her a picture of lashes I got from her place last time and she tries telling me in wrong and that is the right set??????? VERY disappointed in how she handled the situation and allowing a customer to walk away SO unhappy as the business owner. The first photo was the reference picture I tried explaining I wanted AGAIN (so they have on file exactly what I want) and the second photo is the set I left with where you can clearly see the right side is thicker than the left side read more

I'll start with the positive. The Salon is clean, however the room where the lashes are done although clean is a little small . I took my daughter here to get her lashes done for her upcoming Sweet 16. The lady who did her lashes did a good job not the greatest but decent . The woman that did my lashes also did me and my daughter's eyebrow wax as well. She did a horrible Jon on both my lashes and our eyebrows . So bad that it's been almost 1 month and our eyebrows still have not grown back in. I didn't notice how bad it was until we reached home and really inspected things. I called the Salon and the owner offered to fix my lashes and told me to comeback to the salon the next day. Me and my daughter returned and she even admitted how horrible my lashes and both our eyebrows were. She agreed to fix my eyelashes, the refill both our lashes for free and to fix our eyebrows once they grew back in. About 2 weeks later when it was time for a refill and I called to make an appointment for our complimentary refill the owner kept telling me she had no availability. I tried again another day and got the same cold response that she had no upcoming availability. I don't think it was very honorable of her to make that promise knowing she would not keep it . I do not recommend going to this business because it's a hit or Miss depending on which attendant you go to and any promises made by the owner will not be kept. read more
