Susan is great! I originally had my tattoo done somewhere else on Long Island and I was SO unhappy with the results. The color was purple-blackish instead of a medium brown. And my shape was a bit off. I haven't let anyone touch them since... until I found Get Beautified. Susan corrected my color and I now have brown eyebrows again! And my shape suits my face a whole lot better. She's extremely knowledgeable with color. It's very difficult to try and correct someone else's work, especially when it's been a bad job. Stay away! Terrible experience with Susan. Extremely rude and unprofessional. No idea how this woman runs a business with such a bad attitude. My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas to get my eyebrows microbladed. The month of my appointment I found out was pregnant so I had to postpone my appointment. After I had the baby contacted Susan and she told me I had the end of January to use the gift card, which he paid $400 for. (A happy note for the future -- thanks to the federal Credit CARD Act of 2009, gift certificates issued after August 22, 2010 cannot expire for five years. I am considering taking her to small claims court since telling me I only had 6 months is illegal!!!!!) However I am breastfeeding and microblading is not recommended to nursing mothers. Not wanting to lose the $400, booked another appointment, even though I wasn't comfortable. Day of appointment husband was rushed to the hospital and Susan could care less. Accused me of lying and wouldn't return my call or email. So she took my $400 that was that! read more

Like I said before, Susan is a yelp bully. She reports and weeds out all negative reviews to make her yelp standing completely fake. You can report my reviews as much as you'd like, I write great and honest reviews. I almost never have a negative review to post, and if I do, it's truthful. You don't like what I have to say, maybe you should run your business honestly and differently. You won't stop me from posting my review. Susan's prices are absurd. She charges more then top salons in Manhattan. almost 250 for a full set of lashes is unreal. Susan has reported my reviews to yelp several times because she dislikes the fact that I am making woman in the area aware of her unprofessional attitude and horrible service. Like i said, susan can report my honest reviews as much as she would like. I will not let other true and honest customers get ripped off and over pay for a horrible job. It is unfair that she abuses yelps policy. Report as much as you would like susan, you run an unfair business. The lashes fall out after 2 days, the public should know. And after everything, after having the audcaity to charge such astronomical prices after all the lashes fall out, she says shes not a great fit and you should find someone else. I found Susan while visiting my mom in long beach and was pleasantly surprised! I have been traveling so my lashes were not looking good , I looked on yelp and read her reviews and luckily she had a cancelation due to the weather so I took a chance. My lashes never looked better!! I wish I lived here just so I could use her! My eyes did not tear at all during the removal process and for me that is unheard of.Susan even recommended someone here in Atlanta to do my lashes that does work similar to her own. Whenever I am in Long Beach I will make my appointment ahead of time to assure I will get in. So disappointed. My daughter and I are Registered Nurses who had our brows done here. They turned out horribly. She requests payment up front, and this was a red flag. NEVER pay ahead of time. This was my first time getting lash extensions & definitely won't be my last. First of all... Susan, the owner, is such a sweet lady. When you spend over an hour with someone face to face, it's nice to have someone you enjoy chatting with! Susan took ample time explaining the whole process including post care & touch-ups. She asked me lots of questions about my every day makeup routine, how dramatic I wanted the lashes to be, etc. Ultimately, she gave me everything I needed and wanted. I love love how she does my eyelashes , and they last long , and she don't glue the eyelashes to your eyelid , she don't touch your skin. Which I loveeeee, she glue them to your eyelash. Amazing eyelashes! I have gone all over NYC and finally found the best, long lasting eyelash extensions around! She was very accomodating and it was a very relaxing experience (I actually took a nap while they were applied). The treatment room was very relaxing and the relaxing music put me right to sleep! I have gotten TONS of compliments on my eyelashes and there is no need for mascara anymore! To be completely honest, even without make-up on these give me just the extra special glow! I have never had a more disappointing experience . I would give no stars , but there is no option. I came in to Susan to have my eyelashes done for the first time . I was really excited and looking forward to having it done. I consulted with her and had them put in. I started loosing significant amount by day 3 and day 6 they looked scarce, uneven and about 50% lost . Upon calling Susan she said she would look at them, admitted that I lost huge amount only 6 days after having brand new set out in for $225. Said she would charge again for filling them in because she can't gift her time to customers for free . Also said that I might need different thickness lashes or maybe more glue , or maybe she is not the right fit for me . Needless to say this was my last interaction with Susan and Getbeautified spa. I am out of my money and disappointed in the way she treats her clients . This is no way to stay in business . I Researched quite a few places and came across Susan for some reason I felt comfortable by checking out her website And all her raving reviews i didn't hesitate to book an appointment. I felt very comfortable When I met Susan I was very impressed with her a skills she explained to me I was not a candidate for micro blading and she would Tattoo my eyebrows and use a powder Color To fill them in. I am so happy I went to somebody who is really skilled in this profession. It is Hard to find a good professional woman that knows her business and is able to match your color and give you exactly what you want. This was with out a doubt the best experience I have ever had! Susan is AMAZING!!! I was dying to do micro blading for my eyebrows but was so nervous that it wouldn't look natural. I have no idea what I was so worried about. Susan beyond exceeded my expectations. I'm in love with my natural thick looking brows!!!! She was so patient. She explains everything. She designs the shape with you and talks to you about the color, thickness and every detail to ensure you get what you want. I will admit that I was very nervous at first because the color is very intense at first (at least for me). Susan did tell me that the color softens over the first week. But I was still nervous. Susan is amazing. I got my permanent eyeliner done by her, and it looks GREAT! I was looking for a natural look that just enhanced my eyes when I didn't have makeup on and that's exactly what I got!!
