She is very professional, listens to her clients and is meticulous with her work. Her workspace is very clean and beautifully styled. I have gotten the classic set twice and for reference I have short eyelashes with gaps of missing lashes from a previous "technician". She has always done a wonderful job making my classic set look so natural, even with my gaps. I actually had my first set of lashes for over a month because I was away and my extensions held up in the ocean, jungle, and waterfalls in Hawaii! When my extensions did fall out they would fall out naturally and I never lost any of my eyelashes. I always leave feeling beautiful and her lashes give me a boost of confidence, I don't always feel the need to wear makeup now! Daniela is so sweet and always goes above and beyond for her clients. I have attached a photo of my lashes below. Try out Daniela at Beaute Haus Aesthetics, you'll leave feeling like an elevated version of yourself!

I came across Meghabrows and can I say I was not disappointed. She took the time to show me the outline of my eyebrows and checked in to make sure I liked the shape. She listened to my concerns and talked me through the whole appointment - even teaching me how to fill in my brows, which I've never done before. I'm a believer that your eyebrows frame your face, so it felt nice to have someone take their time and care to ensure you have the look you want.

During the lash application, the technician repeatedly stopped to answer the phone and handle front desk duties. She also took a personal phone call and spoke directly into my ear while applying my lashes, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I expressed my concerns, I was told she was the only person available to manage both services and the front desk. If that's the case, management needs to staff appropriately so clients receive the experience they're paying for. This was not relaxing or acceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place. I previously left this same review on another platform and it was removed, which is also concerning.

This is the first time I am disappointed from an eyelash extension I selected from Groupon…read more I saw that this location fairly close my boyfriend's job, approximately 20 minutes. The location is very clean and large. My lash technician was very nice and did my lashes in like an hour. I had the mink lash package and paid an extra $20 for more lashes. I left happy with the result and tipped her well. 3 days laters, my eyelash extension started falling off on my right eye, literally patches. Then I started noticing patches on my left eye. I do my lashes pretty often so I know how to care for them and they usually last 3-4 weeks. I message Grace and told her what was happening and she told me to come in to get them fixed. Since I do not live near my boyfriend's job which means I'm not near the lash spot, I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there during rush hour. Grace fixed my lashes; although not giving an explanation why they were falling out after a few days. I thought the issue was fixed until today; it has been less than a week and I have patches on both eyes. At this point I'm extremely upset and will not be returning. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because Grace was very nice but her technique does not last.

Ask any and all questions as they will help you understand their options that you have in length, styles and lash material types. I found them on Groupon as a newer location closer to me then popping across the border into Queens where I have gone to in the past. I knew I had a big corporate event that was going to be virtual and wanted to be prepared to be seen by all regardless where they sat behind a screen worldwide. My eyes were definitely dressed to impress along with the sparkly dress on my screen side for sure!! I was very impressed and happy that I tried this location out as I feel the look matched the prestige awards event. Know that after your first discounted session [Groupon or new customer] you are given a customer card to come back for your future touchups at different prorated % off your selected service. Just note that 'cash is king' or queen in this case as if you need to pay with credit the fee gets passed onto you. The first time I paid cash, second with my card and was charged the $5 fee. No problem this time, but definitely noted as with the cash I had on me I wanted to assure gratuity was definitely pass to the technician that way. All in all a great experience for something that really lasted longer than any other application that I have tried in the past. I went for the touch up about 3wks later and probably could have easily gone a month. I highly recommend this location if you want compliments in person or virtually beyond a screen, left and right and want to look LASHtastic!
