I let them know I understood however, I paid $120 for lashes that should have lasted for two weeks! I asked her about a discounted refund, not even the full amount back because a service was done. I was told that there was no refund policy and she usually fixes them in 24 hours......so if your used to fixing eyelashes in 24 hours then you knew your work wasn't going to last for two weeks as advertised, it's just annoying and very unprofessional and unfair to the client, I now have to pay a better lash lady to do my lashes the correct way last minute a day before my vacation....I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE. there's better lash places in Brooklyn!

As a longtime ewc water I am accustomed to non double dipping, fresh wax, sterilization, and the 4 step process. Now I will say this place is not Ewc. They offer chocolate wax as opposed to hard wax and have one suite. I asked if they double dip and I was told if I call ahead they can change the wax for me. (It is a small wax pot). She did not double dip the sticks when applying was to my underarms she also had what it looks like roll on wax applicators which isn't the most hygienic. Wax was not painful as I anticipated since chocolate is still a strip wax (use of cloth and softer wax) and all hair was removed quickly and efficiently. Skin was not lifted. Will inspect underarm when I get home. Went back day after and did brows. Came out really really well! Will be back!
