They've made recent upgrades the their seating, although the shop has always been clean. It's one of two shops that my wife trusts to get her pedicures done, and she's always happy with their work. They've even helped her when she's needed a repair, or anything she needs. It is apparently family run, and they are always courteous when greeting you and as you leave. read more

Had been going there for years, and everything had been fine.. After one visit in 2020, everything changed. They put me with an old man, who neither spoke English nor looked like he could see what he was doing. He was doing my pedicure and kept hurting my feet with his tools, to the point where my toes were bleeding. When I got a leg wax, they left pieces of wax and hair all over my legs. Please let me start that we came here a few times trying to give a local business their dues. Always making an appointment, and they overbook every time. So giving the benefit of the doubt, sadly was given full priority first appt. then never again. Overcharged on follow up appointments and the owner , says Oh "language barrier" they told you extra. Yes come in we have time, three hours later, nope. You wait in a pool of cold water on your feet. Went here for a gel manicure while I was waiting for my dog to be groomed down the street. Everyone was very polite. The store is clean. They have an autoclave to clean instruments. My hands were a mess from not having a manicure in months, but the lady took her time to get them looking good again. Three coats were applied with no bubbles or smudges. read more

Would 10/10 recommend. I came in today for a gel manicure. My landlord recommended this place and boy was she right. The owners were super chill and it was nice and quiet, no blaring music. The lady who did my nails was confident about what she was doing and super polite. I play guitar frequently and had ripped a nail down. She added a tip for that nail and the up charge was only a dollar or two. I still need the nail to be quite short for playing and although it was a weird request to get a tip and then shorten it a lot, she shortened it as much as she could while still making sure it was sturdy. I'd been going to LV nails before this and almost always received quite a lot of unwarranted opinions and fuss from the people doing my nails when I asked for requests like this. Vivi nails got the job done with minimal conversation, and high quality. The only things I can think of as a downer was 1. The atmosphere isn't super cute or anything and 2. I can noticed very slight bubbles under one nail. However - you can bet on my being back in a few weeks for a gel change. read more

This was a pretty disappointing experience. I had booked an acrylic fill and pedicure for earlier this evening. They started me off with the pedicure. I chose a polish and they sat me down. Seemed alright except the man kept cutting my toe nails down further and further. Im most likely going to have an ingrown toenail now because he cut them so unnaturally. He then started using a "cheese grater" on my heels, which I've never used before and it was painful and unnecessary. He then rubbed lotion on my feet, hardly on my legs, and then got up saying he was ready for another person to take over for polish. I questioned what I was paying for because I thought they were just getting started. Their only response to my unsatisfaction was "we've been in business for 10 years"... I honestly feel like my toes looked cleaner and nicer BEFORE I went in. It makes me sick to my stomach that I paid $33 for this service. I will be honest that I ended up feeling okay about my acrylic nails although I noticed a lot of unsanitary practices and unconventional methods, seeming maybe for lack of proper tools. Do not go here. I wanted to cry realizing how much money I was about to spend to end up with a service I was super upset and honestly embarrassed by (the pedicure). Had they not started doing my nails while I was still sitting getting my toes done, I would have cancelled the hand service just because it was upsetting to spend my money at this salon. Not fancy. But decent pedi chairs.Pretty good prices . $28 for acrillic new set or pedicure.They use good polish .like OPI and similar. All techs seem experienced & quick . They never seem to have a line on weekdays & they are near a grocery & a liquor store so its conveinient for me. They do wax too . All the usual services , gel polish , colored tips, pink& white, solar & all that . Ok at nail art , but again , not " fancy". Went in for a gel nail polish because we were leaving town and Woodmoor nails where I usually go was very busy . Started off normal then he brought out the dremel sander. I said no I don't want a set of fake nails just gel polish and he said yes just a buff. Pretty sure he sanded down my nails. Next he said the polish wasn't working and had to remove the first color on one hand and started with a different color. The application was not great. Almost as well as I could have done on my own. Also gel polish should leave your nails very hard and I able to bend mine. After 3 days it started to chip and at a week looks worse than if it were just regular polish. I am giving a two star rating because maybe just this one guy had no clue and my 7 year old got a cute pedicure with no complaint. Otherwise it would be a 1 star. We will not go back there however. read more

Went here today for my first time and I loved it! I went to get a full color-tip acrylic set ($35) and it was totally worth the money. The man doing my nails did an amazing job on them and I love the way they turned out. The building was nice, pretty clean, and they had a movie on while I had my nails done which was a nice addition. The staff there was very friendly and nice. They had a nice selection of colored and powdered tips and I can say I will be returning. Highly recommend! read more

Do not go here. They are so slow, and do not clean their tools. I went to get my gel manicure taken off and they peeled it off my nails instead of scraping it off, which ruins your nails! Next time I will save my money and do it myself. read more

Do NOT go to this so called "salon"! They are always late, never acknowledge you when you walk in, and the owner puts on loud "shoot em up" movies and sports. He refuses to apologize when they're late and won't turn off the tv for quiet or even put music on. The place is filthy and I am not sure they have ever cleaned. All the techs speak to each other in their Vietnamese language and never engage you in any type of conversation or friendly chat. DO NOT GO HERE, unless you feel like being treated rudely and want horrible service. It's dirty, loud, and uncomfortable. I went in for a pedicure and the man was so rough my feet began hurting. I usually don't have particularly sensitive feet. I asked him very nicely if he could do it softer and he stopped and left the room. His wife went to the back room to talk to him, he yelled but I don't know in what language, and did not come back. I used to go to ViVi for acrylic nails because Vicky did such a great job. I stopped using this establishment when they would not wash their hands between clients. I requested that they either wash hands or use alcohol hand sanitizer but Henry said that was not a state requirement. I said that was my preference but was met with resistance. read more
