I came here to get a pedicure and to be honest it wasn't anything extra spectacular. My nail tech was nice enough and they do have plenty of options, but when I go to get a pedicure I am really looking for not only good service but a good massage. Especially when I am paying $70-$80. It is super helpful that they put the price with gel on their menu though. But my nail tech didn't do any type of massage, just rubbed the products on. He also left my toe nails uneven. read more

This is the second time I went to this establishment. I was able to get in pretty easily. But there were a couple concerns. The shop I usually go to has their clippers and tools in a sterilized pouch. Daisy just pulled tools out of a side drawer and when she was done she wiped off with a paper towel and put it back in the drawer. She cut on the side of my nail on my big toe and it hurt when she did it but the day after it is as sore as heck and now I have to go on vacation with a very sore large toe. I don't want to say anything bad but I was very uncomfortable with the reuse/cleanliness of the clippers. If someone has a fungus that is going to transfer on to you. Ugh! read more

Tried daisy gel nails 4 times. Two times it was good. Last 2 times not good. Did not use my requested color /they just choose color/company of their choosing. It peeled, nails broke/chipped; terrible. I came in to get nails corrected. The son did repair. Terrible color matching and not a gel. I did not tip/ pay for poor correction. Came with my daughter for a little relaxation and left feeling exactly that. Relaxed and refreshed. When looking for a place to get a pedicure for the both of us, I landed here because, you guessed it, Yelp. The reviews were great and when I called I was able to get a reservation at the time I was hoping for. It was all too easy lol. We got there and were welcomed, instructed to wash our hands (so smart) and shown where to pick our nail color. The options were plentiful and it was hard to keep with one decision. After that the pedicures started. Both technicians were so kind and friendly and really amazing with my daughter. I always worry when doing things like this she will be pushed off and not taken the same care of because she's a child. Not here. I knew her smiles when we left told me I made the right decision and will be back here pretty much exclusively. Worth the drive every time. My pedicure was AMAZING by the way. I just had the best pedicure I've ever had...and I get lots of pedicures. Been in CO for over 3 years and bounced around from place to place, not finding anyplace I loved. Well now I have. Even though it is not close to my house, I will drive the 30 minutes to go to daisy nail salon. I had Tammy. We didn't talk, she worked, I scrolled my phone. No offense Colorado Springs, but how is this place rated so high? Pros-The guys were super nice Cons- -Poor dude (dad?) who did my mani and pedi needs WAY more training, and for the $63 I paid for it was absolutely not worth it -the pedi I got was underwhelming and sloppy. Water was cold which he kept trying to warm up. He just filed my nails and after he quickly painted them he smudged my big toe when he put my sandal on AFTER painting my toes. Didn't even say anything or maybe he really just didn't notice. I didn't bother to get it fixed knowing what I would get My friend basically sat with her feet in cold water for 30 minutes before she was helped. We don't mind waiting but we don't need to wait in water! And don't even get me started on her experience. Dude did her mani in the pedi chair and didn't even soak her fingers, cut her cuticles OR have her wash her hands. So essentially she paid $21 to have her nails badly painted. -mani was terrible other than the lovely OPI color I found. Again, guy didn't really know what he was doing or just didn't have experience. It hurt when he was cutting my cuticles. Oh and he filed my nails terribly. I should have just done it. They just look bad. I'm going to redo them when I get home. You could also just tell he didn't really care to do his job well. -not super clean, like you can tell that it needs to be wiped down a little TLDR: not worth your time or money read more

I had really high hopes for this place, especially after seeing all the great reviews. Unfortunately my pedicure experience was not good at all. My cuticle was cut too far, causing it too bleed. An accident I'm sure, but still. The edges of my nails were cut jagged and too short, when I specifically said I only wanted a slight trim. Once the polish was put on, oh my. It was all over my cuticles as well as the sides of my nails. Looks like a child did them. This was AFTER they were cleaned up with the acetone brush. When asked if they looked ok I said sure, simply because I did not want my tech to work on them any further. My mom had another woman work on her nails, and they seemed just fine. Maybe I was just unlucky. Either way, I still wouldn't recommend this place. read more

We had a reservation for 4 on the day after Christmas- 2adults and 2girls. Over the course of 30 min, they started with us one at a time and the last of us had to wait the longest. What upset me was that it wouldn't have taken too much of their time to at least fill the bowls with warm water so we could soak our feet while waiting. That's the very least they could do for us who took the time to make a reservation. It kind of took away from the experience for me especially since I was treating my daughter and my granddaughters. Helen did not do a good job when I came back to have it fixed she was very angry at me was very rude and act like she didn't know what I was saying,all the other staff could see it plain as day. All she did was sand them down to thin never put a new over coat left ripples on the nails and just threw a color over it to hide the poor job she did,which made the nails not only break but the Polish chip off after barely a week!!! Just say no. I have gotten manicures and pedicures for years and I know a good salon when I see one. This is not one. Two of us showed up for two pedicures and I had scheduled a gel polish manicure as well. Both of our techs did mediocre pedicures. The prep was decent. The scrub and massage portion were very short and not relaxing. My tech did an OK job putting polish on and then tried to put my flip flops on when the polish was about 30 seconds old. I asked her to please wait and she was insistent. Sure enough she smudged my big toe. Then she was going to try to fix it by painting over the smudge. I asked her to re-do it completely, which she did. I decided to skip the manicure. My cuticles burn and are roughly cut where they meet the polish. When it came time to pay the bill, we got charged $2 extra for "infinite shine" polish. Nothing was stated about this upfront and I am sure the color I picked was plain glitter OPI polish. When we called about the extra charge, they admitted they had incorrectly overcharged us for the polish and we could get the $2 back if we drove back over there. Truly one of the best nail salons I have been too. They really pay attention to every little detail and I needed a relaxing treatment. I first received a full set with color tips and a design. It's very seldom that you find a place that trims cuticles and does a massage when getting acrylic nails. Next was the Botanical Pedicure. I was offered more water and a light snack. A warm buckwheat neck pillow was applied. I chose the lavender scent for aromatherapy. A hydrating lotion was smoothed onto my legs and warm towels wrapped around them before settling my feet back into the soothing whirlpool foot bath. Absolutely amazing experience and I'll definitely be back. Update: 2nd trip back I was turned away so I went elsewhere. 3rd time I made an appointment because they were busy only to have them accept two walk ins and make me wait. read more
