Classy Nails is the best nail shop in town! They are amazing and are true artists. The nails they did for my fire and water theme is amazing. Just look at the photos!! It's super detailed and you can tell it's quality work. They suggested to me all the ideas for this set. For the water themed, he did a 3D koi fish with touches of porcelain features and a 3D water drop crest. On the fire side, I love the chrome wolf print with the 3D flame with touches of geometric shape and a black & eclipse sun. I told Hai I wanted something simple but amazing and he did just that! I'll definitely be returning!
I've been coming here for the last 4 months and it's been Fabulous ! Highly recommend this place for all your nail needs! If you have an idea they will make it happen! There has been 6 of the technicians who worked my finger nails and pedicures. Honestly I would go to any of them anytime I come in!
Full set with length was charged $180 Was told the shape I wanted I couldn't get due to length, cow design is good but not as the picture I'd brought in. Charges $100 for gems and a design in each finger- $80 for plain full set with length.
This place is amazing. Reasonably priced, quick even when you want something extra, and does great with their designs. They actually listen when you want something specific or want a fix and they are super nice about it. Will be coming back for sure!
I had my nails done at Lux nails, they turned out horrible! I was embarrassed and wanted to take them all off! I decided to call Classy and spoke to Tracy who let me come in for repairs. Tracy helped me out SO MUCH! I went from nails that looked like a 10 year old did them, to some beautiful classy nails that I'm proud to show off. Thanks for saving my nails and sanity.
If I could give zero stars I would! I went to Classy Nails on Saturday and the lady did an absolutely horrendous job. While she was drilling my nails, my nails felt like they were on fire. It hurt so bad. In the 13 years of having my nails done, I've never once experienced that before. She skipped multiple steps. Resulting in my nails being lumpy and each nail being a different length. Lastly there is acrylic overlapping on my finger not my nail. (If that makes sense) I'll stick with Glo Nails, they have never let me down. Classy Nails was a waste of money.
Kenny did a great job on my gel manicure! Everyone at this salon is polite and professional. Being accustomed to Southern California Salons-I've been really disappointed with the shoddy service in Colorado (not filing nail shape correctly, Rushing through clients, dirty atmosphere, not giving each gel coat enough time under the light, cutting to the point of bleeding and the exorbitant pricing) NOT Classy Nails! Classy nails is so far THE best salon I've been to in Colorado Springs! Clean, pleasant, up to date with techniques and products and most importantly NICE & TALENTED nail technicians. No talking about you in another language while you are sitting right there! You won't be disappointed coming here but do make sure you make an appointment ahead of time! Kenny & Patrick are great and I've heard Ellie is too
I don't know why this place has as many stars as it does. It is subpar. Like can one not see when a nail is weirdly shaped? Wtf.
So disappointed! This was my second trip to this facility and I only went the second time as my first experience was not to my liking but, I have a friend that goes there and loves it so I thought why not?! Well needless to say I will not be going back I am getting married in three days and wanted my nails and toes done but after looking at my toes I could cry all my toes are a different shape and length not to mention she did not get my cuticles good enough and the polish is god awful! I normally am very blunt and would have told them while I was there however it was an elderly woman who provided my service. I was just hoping to be proven wrong.
Went in for an acrylic gel fill. I paid $5 for a different nail shape. Total was $40. The guy I went to was pretty fast, shaped it well. My nails are a little too thick to my liking tho. I'd go back but maybe to a different technician. Quality is pretty good, I've had mine for over a week and none are chipped, cracked or broken.
Nina did a great job on my full set and design ! Loved the pedi she gave me . Will be back !

OKAY THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. It's been two weeks and my nails still aren't ready for a fill and aren't lifting! This has never happened! Most places I'd be in every 2 weeks because my nails needed it. My nails still look like I came fresh out of the salon! I am in love with classy nails! Update: went back for my fill today and had someone new do my nails... AMAZING. They are all so versatile and do such great work. Got my fire nails! Literally! read more

This was my first visit but certainly not my last. What a great job. My nail technician was Ashley and she was such a joy. I felt comfortable and she explained everything she was doing. I got dip powder in a beautiful shade for autumn. No fume, no rushing, just a great experience. read more

My usual nail tech was booked and I needed to get a fill before I went on vacation. I usually do not leave reviews but after spending $90 for a gel manicure and pedicure I would expect it to last longer than two days (usually last three weeks with no chips). Literally the first day of my vacation my nails were already chipping away which was very frustrating. Giving two stars because the experience itself was relaxing and they gave me water while doing my pedicure. read more

I hate it when you can't get consistency; in work. My nails look horrible on this trip; enough to say that I won't come back! I'm very disappointed! I guess I will start doing my own nails because I'm tired of paying for shabby work! read more

I'm originally from Hawaii and had an AMAZING! Nail tech, when my husband got orders for Fort Drum, NY I thought, "well I'm sure NY would have amazing nail techs" I was wrong-- there are close to none that offer the type of nails I like, or posses the ability to see a photo and execute it exactly like you want. I came to Colorado Springs to visit my sister and figured I would give this place a try since their photos has pictures of nails I liked. I made an appointment and they sat me immediately. I came with two different photos of what I wanted and was prepared to receive something similar but not quiet the image. I wish I knew the younger guys name who did my nails because he EXCEEDED my expectations! By far one of the best nail techs I've had since I left Hawaii. He delivered exactly what I wanted and the price was well below what I had expected to pay! I will definitely be returning when in town. I wish I would have gotten a pedicure too because there was a guy there getting his feet done and he could not stop talking about how they give the best pedicures too! I would recommend to anyone! read more

I'm sold. I called the morning of and made an appointment for a full set. When I got there, there were only two people working. It took them another 30 to get to me. They were umping between me and their other customers, so it took really long. But Tim did my nails and they came out fantastic. He was able to do a matte nude with shiny tips! And he did the cutest little black acrylic bows with rhinestone centers (his touch!). And they were only $45. The place was clean. No complaints there. I'm a regular now. Just going to make sure I don't have anywhere to be after my appointment. Haha. Worth it to me though. read more

Reading the reviews and making time to finally visit this nail salon it definitely earns it's 5 stars. Tim did my nails and he was so kind and gentle while doing my fill. Most men who do my nails are usually pretty rough. I was greeted with a friendly smile. I was the only one in the salon so it made it pretty peaceful. I really enjoyed the fact he took the time to truly perfect what he was doing. They offer 10% military discount so that was a plus. They also do 3D nail art for a cheaper price then most salons! I have found my new nail salon. I live up north and don't mind driving for exceptional customer care. read more

YES. I just recently moved to Colorado from Miami- where i've had the same nail tech for the past two years. It took me quite some time to find a salon worth investing my money and time in, this one really takes the cake! Everything from the customer service, to the color powder assortment, to the quality of the work is perfect. I had my pedicure done by Patrick, who was kind and took his time, and used hot rocks during the massage portion - great success Tim is an acrylic nail wizard. He works quickly and moves his brush around the nail like if he were creating some sort of magical potion. Whatever it is he does, he does it with expertise. I honestly can't wait to be back for my refill and foot rub OH! And they offer 10% off for military. read more

Ok I'll be short and sweet. I came to this place because of the reviews. I just moved here so I trusted it.. worst decision ever. They rushed everything and didn't even give me what I asked for. And when I brought it up they kept saying "next time". I'm paying you to do what I ask... there won't be a next time. Oh yeah and even though I purchased the deluxe pedicure I'm still trying to figure out why in the hell my toes still look crusty af. This one star is solely for the chair that massaged my body like a seizure and repetitively punched my vagina from beneath the seat. That is all. read more

My friends and I wanted to get our nails done for homecoming. It was our first time here and our experience was amazing. The staff is so friendly and made us feel welcome. I absolutely love my nails and I can honestly say that I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my nails done. Thanks Ellie! read more

I went there after work and had a 530 appointment. They sat me down right away, but THREE people swapped out to work on my nails. I sat there for an hour and 15 minutes for a dip nail service. This was ONE WEEK AGO. Every single nail has cracks on it and most are chipped on the tips. Worst nail service I've ever had. Worst $40 spent. So disappointing. Will not return!!!!! read more

Awesome place! Every nail shop in Colorado Springs failed me either with the finished product or customer service. But this place was very up-to-date/trendy and the customer service was great! No more driving to Denver (1hr and half) for nails!!! read more
