I called on a Saturday and usually most places are extremely busy and booked for weeks out. The receptionist was able to schedule me today since there was an cancellation. I come in and the place is beautiful, clean and quiet. You can tell they take pride in their presentation and they had customers coming in and out which let me know people were pleased. Jessica was the one who did my facial, I decided to get the dermabrasion to help with some scarring and discoloration I was having. Jessica was extremely profesional and knowledgable about what was best for my skin. She took her time and actually made this session so relaxing that I actually went to sleep, LOL! It was so peaceful and the rooms are set up to make you feel rested and comfortable. The sessions are about an hour and you can instantly see the improvements. Like most places they try to sell you products but here that did not happen. Their honesty and professionalism will make me a recurring costumer. I hope if you are in the area to give them a chance at least once. Thank you again for awesome service, ladies!

NO name stated of his, no normal phone etiquette before asking about appointments--he just immediately asked if I would be scheduling a BRAZILIAN. Practically threw up in my mouth, I was just immediately so uncomfortable and grossed out. Will be finding somewhere else to go to, expeditiously!! EDIT: Thank you for the additional information that wasn't known to me when I made the original comment. I've never had a bad experience at the business in the past, and I reacted in the immediate shock of the encounter. Over the years, TWB had become a space where I felt safe, particularly because my experiences there had always been with women. I've had traumatic experiences in the past that have led me to intentionally seek out women-only spaces whenever possible, which is why this interaction affected me so strongly. With the additional context, I recognize that my original characterization was stronger than warranted and understand now that the questions were part of the business's standard process. In hindsight, I think there was a misunderstanding on both sides of the encounter. I appreciate the clarification and have reconsidered my initial assessment, which is reflected in my updated review.

I find that fascinating because a military ID does not say active duty, it will say uniform services. The woman that assisted informed me that they cannot give me the discount due to it, not saying active duty, but as a civilian, she did not know what she was speaking of. It would be wise to educated the business before trying to disagree with a military member. This is unfortunate because everything else was great.

His station didn't appear to be wiped clean, visible debris on the chair and throughout the work counter was evident. His tools were stored in a plastic box, not sterile, not freshly retrieved. The tools were not sealed in autoclave pouches. His tools went back into the same plastic box after my service. Ventilation in the back room was fine until Michael decided to shake the towel he used to collect what ever he sanded and filed off my nails in front of me. Everything went airborne. Then he put the dirty towel backdown to continue using it for the rest of my service. Tool handling on my nails was a bit hard. The skin around one nail hurts from pushing back cuticles and cutting too much. A couple nails have rough edge finishes, filing was inconsistent. I believe this place has potential with a different manicurist.

Later, I found out from their website that it's not a regular beauty salon but a salon with individual spaces.
