The communication with the front office is not good. I had to get my bloodwork done again, and wasn't aware of the fee until two days before. No one mentioned it to me. further more when I got to the front desk to pay the male receptionist told me it was $20USD since it was only bloodwork, and I was like "oh the girl on the phone said $50USD" I realized I burned myself by mentioning that because he quickly acted as if he read notes that said I had to do the full labs again, along with the EKG. So he charged me the full $50USD but of course, I never got a second EKG, all I got was bloodwork, which should've been $20usd but he robbed me the extra $30! I guess he needed it more than me. Also there's a major hike up in price when buying medications it's a little over $100 more if you buy your medications from the vive workers, just go to a pharmacy down the street, it was $120usd less. If you plan on going here I say you always get a second opinion of what kind of procedure you need to achieve YOUR goal not theirs. I wanted a bbl and lipo and two of their coordinators insisted I needed a tummy tuck (which leaves a scar from hip to hip) I explained to them I don't have saggy skin or that fat and that's not something I'm looking forward to do anytime soon but they still insisted. I ended up getting a consultation from two different doctors here in United States and they reassured me there was no reason to do a tummy tuck on me. SO FOR A FEW MORE DOLLARS THEY WILL SCAR YOU FOR LIFE ! Also look into vive plastic surgery on YouTube you will find a girl in 2022 who was treated badly by the coordinator and then one of the doctors put in wrong implants with ugly scars and no one at vive had issued an apology or took responsibility. This place is awful!!!! Avoid this place believe me!! My wife had lipo 360 with bbl done and she ended up with a micro-bacterium infection!! The nurses are rude af they schedule you for surgery at a certain time but dr don't see you till like 8 hours later they are not sterile reusing the same needle for im injections post op.. when my wife began to notice the abscess on her stomach she immediately notified vive and on her post op check up date we went back to Mexico and showed them and they didn't even know what it was and said there's nothing they can do about it.. a couple months later the abscess began to leak puss so we recorded it and sent it to them and then they were like oh you need to come in immediately we been telling you to come in which they have not they said there's nothing they can do at first.. so we told them we are gonna head over to vive again will she be seen and then they switched up saying ohh we need to check with the dr and see when we can schedule you in cuz he's very busy!! Like you just said come immediately now we gotta wait till you can accommodate us!!? Moral of the story avoid this place they are not clean the dr performed 3 surgery's that day with my wife being the last one and she ended up with a serious infection which is resistant to a lot of antibiotics and they were not helpful at all!! HORRIBLE results from Dr. Guadalajara. I was so excited for this surgery because I saw petit girls going in and looking good coming out. I was scheduled to be with a different doc for December for lips 360, plasma and bbl but Vive called me 1 month earlier and said Dr. G had openings (I wonder why). Allegedly he's the best doctor there so I went for it. He wasn't in the surgery room before I was put out and rumor has it he doesn't do his own surgeries, someone else does. I am 3 weeks post op and I'm humiliated and botched! I have seen 2 Beverly Hills plastic surgeons since then and they say I had improper, poorly done lipo. I'm 10 massages in and the waves and bumps aren't going anywhere. There are even lumps in my arm pits?! Please, please if you are considering going here and you can afford a doctor in the states ITS WORTH IT!! I'm going to be paying $4,000 + (already paid $1,700) in massages and treatments to correct this. Best part, they won't let me see my surgeon post op or to check me out "because he doesn't come into the city on days he doesn't do surgery" - stay away! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! Sergio Monica and Dr G are all behind it ! I caught them right after I left the hospital and was driven to the recovery home ! 1. The doctor you select isn't the one performing the surgery 2. Dr G comes to see you and talks to you before the surgery and starts drawing on you to make you think he is the one performing the surgery LIES! 3. They put you dead to sleep you have no idea who was in the surgery room or what happened or who performed the surgery 4. They operate between 4-6 girls or more per day 5. They have different surgeons behind close doors performing the surgery who aren't advertise or have a name . You have no clue or could get information on who actually did the surgery the hospital is restricted to give out any information. 6. At the recovery home NO ONE LOOKS LIKE WHAT THEY POST/ ADVERTISE ON SOCIAL MEDIA not EVEN 1 ! Thats when I knew something was off 4-6 girls kept showing up at the recovery home one right after the other and guess what we all asked among each other " what doctor performed your surgery " guess what we all said DR G ! It's impossible 1 plastic surgeon can operate so many people in one day !!! So I started asking questions calling the hospital and something told me to go on their YouTube channel something was very off 7. By the grace of GOD Sergio slipped by posting my surgery on YouTube with out my consent. I viewed the video right away I sent it to my sister to confirm I wasn't going crazy and no where is DR G in the surgery room ! I talked to Sergio we both viewed the video together and I asked him " where is dr g" he had the nerves to offer me to go back and charge me 3 k and he deleted the video . Blamed me and degraded me ! 8. I was botched very bad they they did lipo on 1/2 of my body my tummy tuck was horrible I had a huge lump under my stomach they kept trying to drain it out with a syringe said it would go down never did . They removed all the fat from the middle of my stomach left a hollow line it looks horrible they forgot to inject fat on my left butt cheek they left it intact . The left side of my upper and lower back was intact too they didn't remove any fat they injected fat on my right hip and nothing on the other hip . They did lipo on the right side of my upper and lower back injected 700CC on my right butt only It was a nightmare but I had to stay strong blame myself for going to that place . Many of you won't listen and will go to this place and if you do I urge you to please take someone with you have them go inside the SURGERY ROOM and stay with you the entire time and record the surgery please please listen to me go somewhere ! I pray this place gets shut down Sergio is not certified guys ! Each girl is just a $ sign ! I gave my deposit 6 days prior to the girl coming out saying she got an STD. When I heard I had a choice to go or lose/try to get my money back. Ultimately I decided to try and get my money back. It was scary to hear that it was a possibility that this happened to someone. However, people shouldn't go on here giving them bad reviews until it is 100% confirmed. In the past I was a victim of a rumor/lie and it hurt me so bad it affected my child. The truth later came out and my name was cleared, but the damaged had already been done. I'm not believing the doctors or the girl until I see hard proof. Let's not continue to damage anyone's reputation until there is 100% proof. I have been going back and forth with Vive and they are communicating and finding out what's the best way of moving forward with the deposit. read more

I went here and they botched me pretty bad. For a while I was very depressed all the time and didn't look at life the same post op. I had a tummytuck and bbl and it was horrific..looking at my body I feel as though they treated my body as if I waS an animal. They took way too much skin off of my entire waist and my but is deformed. They put too much fat on the top of my butt and nothing on the bottom. Be careful when booking with Vive!! They just canceled my rhinoplasty surgery with Dra Vania Araujo Caballero for the second time 2 days before the scheduled date! In March they canceled me the day before! They said I needed a 2 day holter test due to an abnormality in my EKG. I paid 1k here to get the test required and my cardiologist cleared me and they still canceled me today. Saying their internist denied my clearance. I just had a bbl in January somewhere else and they didn't mention any abnormality in any of my clearance. They are now keeping my $500 deposit saying I signed the agreement and can not get a refund! It truly sounds like a horrible scam. I've already lost weeks of vacation time. Hotel deposits and countless other expenses and just 2 days before they cancel! I got a breast augmentation with Dr. Orozco (certified plastic surgeon) and I had a very great experience. First off I'd like to say that Vive is very on top of ensuring their patients see that their surgeons are certified. With proof from a real website and certification numbers. (I work in healthcare so this was extremely important to me) My coordinator was Alexa and the communication was pretty good, I speak English and Spanish so it was easy for us both to communicate. She responded to me in a timely manner or within a day/2. Booked my surgery after my $500 deposit, they changed my original surgery date to a week sooner which I was happy about bc I wanted my body done asap ! I was able to schedule lab appointment with ease, pre-op was very thorough, from consent forms / medical history to the nurses prepping you with ivs/ photos and markings. Dr. Orozco did an Amazing job helping guide me with which size to choose. I originally wanted 450cc and a D cup or a little bigger and he explained to me that 400cc is a D so we met in the middle with 425cc motiva gummy implants and everything turned out great! The anesthesiologist and entire vive team took professionalism in taking care of me the whole way and after aswell, answered all of my questions and scheduled a post op appointment. It took me 8 months to finally write this because I really wanted to like my results but they've disappointed me. This is my story, so I originally was only supposed to get lipo 360, jplasma and a bbl but a week before my surgery I got talked into getting a tummy tuck which I feel like I didn't need because I didn't even have loose skin but just because I had already had a baby they said I needed it. I had a week to think about it and the day of surgery Dr. Guadalajara said it would be best if I did which I ended up going for it. On my first post op I was seen my Dr. Verduzco, he noticed how my belly button had only one stitch and asked me if I had pulled them out which was definitely a no. He then said that they probably didn't stitch me right so by then I was already getting an infection on my belly button so he made me buy antibiotics and told me to stay another week in TJ to observe my bellybutton again before heading home. The infection went away BUT my belly button started healing horribly! It keloid because of the fact that they didn't stitch me up right! My tummy tuck scar looks nothing like my bellybutton scar! I HATE it so much!!! I feel so sad that I still can't even wear cute stuff that show my bellybutton because of the way they left it. Also they only gave me hip on one side, the other side looks super flat! I went back to Dr. Verduzco and they want to charge me 5,000 even after it was their fault it looks like this. They're customer service sucks so bad! I had to message them so many times just to get an appointment, they don't even bother checking up on you after surgery. Please lady's do your research, I regret not looking deep into VIVE. Now I will have to look for another doctor to fix their mess! read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely unprofessional, the staff (Alexa) is so rude and a liar, she told me Dr Rivera has covid and cannot see me, and also told me I could not do my bucal fat removal and rhino since "it's not safe" she is a liar, rude, and extremely unprofessional. I ended up doing my rhino and my buccal fat the doctor told me I was the perfect candidate and it's safe that he has no idea why someone unqualified who is just a coordinator would give medical advice I even got a small discount. When I went in for my surgery, the doctor who helped me was actually very sweet and informative he made me feel extremely safe and so far I love my results but I still haven't seen it without the cast ( I will update later). Jose was the one helping me once I got there and he is also very sweet it's not his fault everyone else is unorganized. This place is a mess if your surgery is scheduled for 10 you won't go in until noon. Also the "doctor Maria" who was supposed to inform be about my medicine did not inform me about anything and when I tried to ask questions she got annoyed and just walked out of my room. Very unprofessional has no bed side manner, I have never seen a doctor act like that. The staff is very rude but the doctors are good, they need to work on teaching their staff customer service and Dr. Maria le doy un consejo aprenda a tener trato de cama eso no se haze. Hi everyone! I just want to start by saying that vive plastic surgery is super professional and made my whole experience nice and comfortable! You don't need to know Spanish to come to them. The facility is very clean and has a lock box for all your personal items. Staff knows some English but it's very easy to communicate with them and they are so nice! They have everything you need to have a fast recovery after surgery such as meds, fajas, surgical pads, and wound cleaner so you don't need to buy much. 1 week after your surgery you can remove your 2 drains and stitches but some people need a few days more if your body needs to drain more. You should get to at least 2-3 massage at vive medical spa while you stay. I really recommend vive and will return for a breast augmentation when I'm ready to go back! The golden team were the ones who did my surgery and I couldn't be more happier! They recommended the heart shape BBl for a natural look. I do recommend loosing weight before surgery so that you can have the perfect shape everywhere. My thighs and arms are really overweight and I wish I worked out so that I wouldn't have as much cellulite on my butt. Hope this helps read more

So our first they take forever to reply and I would've liked to be seen By the doctor before instead of right before my surgery I understand that be coordinators talk to you but you're not talking to the doctor so I didn't like that and then their work is really good I love how my results came out I got a tummy tuck and BBL with Lipo 360 but the only thing is that they don't use the solvable stitches and they don't remove your stitches for you so you have a problem of your stitches popping out of your incision and it's really annoying and then they tell you OK when can you come in but sometimes we live far away and if they would've told us this in the beginning it would've been better and they do not schedule a follow up appointment which is kind of ridiculous because everyone should have a follow up appointment by the doctor read more
