I had an "Upper Lip Lift" & regret doing this procedure w them. The last i believe is a picture is me before the surgery. I wanted a slight enhancement and have my teeth show more w without smiling. Before I did the procedure. Dr. Salas & this staff reassured me that my nostrils (nose in general) won't be affected. It will go back to normal after swelling Dr. Salas told me. Unfortunately, it's been 5 months now and my nose has not been the same. Also, my smile has changed. When i smile my nostrils becomes extremely wide, and my incision wound looks very bad!!!!! It's also very tight and I no longer have that cute Hollywood smile I had before. After 5 months It shouldn't look like this or feel like this. I can't even cover up the incision/wound with makeup!! People can still notice it. Im an entertainer for a living and people are noticing my nose and my wound incision not looking right. Update--I scheduled and paid for my 2nd surgery. When I went to have my surgery, they were unable to do it due to my heart beating abnormally. Anyway, I paid them almost $10,000 in which they told me I would receive my refund in 5-7 days. Well, it's been 6 weeks and I just keep getting the run around. I loved my experience here. My doctor, Enrique Quiros, and his team made me feel so comfortable during my surgery. He was very friendly and gave me his honest opinion. His assistance, Karla and Isela were wonderful and helpful. The day of surgery, I was super nervous, but the nurses and Dr. Enrique Quiros eased my nerves. I went into the operations room, and his team were super friendly and made me feel comfortable. After surgery, they make you spend the night at the clinic to make sure you're ok, and the nurses helped me change my bandages, shower, and put on my faja. There are a lot of details I want to share about my horrible experience with this place, I will let the amount of bad reviews he has speak for themselves. Thats a 50% rate of patients being less then satisfied. Do you really want to gamble when there are plenty of actual Board Certified Plastic Surgeons without all the terrible reviews? He has botched so many people that there are even FB groups warning people to stay away, women sharing they're heartbreaking pictures and stories. I will say as bad as my face looks, compared to the results he has left other women with, I am very lucky. Yes, he has a beautiful office, yes he is disarmingly friendly, yes his staff seem nice. They are there to SELL you an image and they do a very good job at that. If only he put 1% of effort into the quality of his work as they do in advertising and trying to sell you that he is a legitimate plastic surgeon. He is not a board certified plastic surgeon. Please don't fall for the "Family Man", down to earth image they try to sell you on social media. It is they're job to convince you, and they do an excellent job. The truth is, he was grossly negligent and will refuse to touch you after he messes your face up. I had the same experience as other reviewers,I was hospitalized with an infection in the US and he did EXACTLY what I would absolutely never want done to my face, he never even gave me a proper consultation before the surgery, they knocked me out and I woke up having never spoken to the Dr about what results I wanted. They literally drugged me without ever discussing the surgery with me. How could you operate on someone's face without any discussion? It is my face!! The nurses were terrible and at one point my bed "mysteriously" was unplugged so I could not call them or elevate myself to an angle, I had to lay flat on my back, which is absolutely terrible after a facelift. I was given no aftercare instructions and no one would return my calls when I started having concerns. I ended up with cellulitis, a serious infection in my face. My one ear looks totally butchered, my scars are very large and thick. The fat transfer looks absolutely awful and is everything I didn't want, he put fat in my lower cheeks and jaw?!!! I wanted it slimmed down, why would you add more fat to the areas you claimed and convinced I needed facelift to tighten? I have seen 6 plastic surgeons since who are all appalled at how bad his work is. It is going to cost me double to have what he did corrected, if they can even fix it. In Mexico, he has a bad reputation even amongst the plastic surgeons I consulted with there. He was so cruel at my follow ups, refusing to look at my paperwork from the ER. He wouldn't even examine my ears or incisions and I ended with stitches still left in my incisions. My story is so similar even to other reviews on Yelp, it's scary. I am so sorry for the person who's Mother died at this clinic and please don't be the next person they treat like this or worse. read more

I had my surgery BBL & Lipo here on March 18, 2021. Shortly afterwards, I got an infection and was hospitalized in the United States for five days. I almost died. I am still recovering from the infection. Although, the Sculpturing of the body is amazing. My advice, is to be careful. I got my BBL on August 2017 and my experience was amazing! I went to them because my old coworker got her done there and I loved her results. I got there at 6am to fill out paperwork, pay my balance and meet Dr. Salas. I had previously gotten my consultation over emails because I live in Los Angeles. I was in surgery for about 4 hours. The anesthesiologists was very professional & spoke to me through out my surgery (yes I was awake but didn't feel anything). They left my body exactly how I told them I wanted it, which was to take out as much fat as possible and stuff my butt lol. I also had arm lipo by the way. The nurse assigned to me came in EVERYTIME I called for her. Wether it was because I was nauseous, sweating, uncomfortable, anything! They also allowed my boyfriend to be in the recovery room with me until visiting hours were over. He stayed in the hotel attached to the clinic so it was easy for him to come back the next morning to get me. The next morning after my surgery, my nurse helped me shower, cleaned my incisions and put my faja on for me. I was so dizzy! But luckily I had 2 nurses with me and made sure I was okay. They also gave me food before leaving. They explained how to take me antibiotics and were verrrrrrry helpful through out everything! They always answered any questions I had even after surgery. I went back for a check up 2 weeks later and everything was smooth. My results are amazing! Their whole staff is great, no complains. I will be going back for my nose job and a possible Round 2 BBL :D read more

Worst experience I've ever had! I went to this clinic for a nose job and was really dissatisfied with the outcome and customer service. After the surgery, I began to have breathing problems; I couldn't breathe at night or when I worked out, so I returned to the clinic and voiced my concerns. Doctor Salas' response was so harsh that my boyfriend did not speak for the next two hours. He stated that I required a sinus scan, which I would have to pay for, and that he had no intention of covering the cost, despite the fact that he was the cause of my condition. I also informed him that my nose was not the shape I had requested. I had a large nose, so I tried to make it smaller, but I ended up with an unbalanced nose with a large tip. He did not care or tried to find a solution. After getting the sinus scan and gave it to the team... after three months I never had a feedback from the doctor or a response from them although I called them multiple time. It's a terrible shame since I waited 30 years to have the guts to have this surgery, and I was so excited to finally get rid of a problem that had plagued me for my entire life. Dr. SALAS suggested I reach them privately when they have not only rejected calls or even in person concerns about the aftermath of a surgery. He does this to several patients. I URGE YOU. he has even suggested makeup or even going so far as to blame the patients themselves for persistently shoddy jobs. The nurses will similarly blame patients or just seem unhelpful to patients. ONE REVIEW STATED A NURSE WAS UPSET ABOUT HAVING TO HELP A PATIENT AND EVEN TURNED OFF THEIR CALL BUTTON. Overall Dr. SALAS is never shy of being unreasonable when approaching his clients in person, online or over the telephone. THIS is not an uncommon occurrence.
