No one has ever been able to draw on my brows as well as me so when I say I found the best brow artist in Michigan I mean it bcuz I wouldn't let just anyone do this to my face. The technique I had done isn't microblading but, similar in the sense that its semi-permanent, it's called #OmbrePowderBrows. It will darken over time & in 6 weeks I will go for a touch up. It didn't hurt too bad & it lasts for 1-3 years. I HIGHLY recommend LoAnn, she has a GIFT!!! She can just look at your face & know exactly how your brows are meant to look. She takes her time mapping out your brows & makes sure you are happy with them before moving forward. She is extremely professional & a perfectionist. That is ok not a big deal, I guess I didn't want to stare at the ladies behind the counter while they were busy chit chatting. My makeup was pretty well done and customized to what I wanted. However they did not have enough lipstick shades to match the shade I wanted. At the end my lips looked pretty bad. My eyes and everything else looked great (to begin with). When it came time to do my hair, I was turned sideways for some reason so I couldn't see the mirror. Granted I should've asked to be turned but I trusted the stylist to do as I asked (I came with a picture). However the stylist in front of me (her client's seat was also turned sideways) was blowdrying hair and the air kept hitting my face. I'm pretty sure it melted some of my eye makeup because by the time I was done my makeup had fallen off a bit underneath (and it wasn't fixed despite asking). Once my hair was done being styled I was turned around to face the mirror and it looked horrendous, nothing close to the picture I had shown. I had to ask her to blow dry half the hair out and not to mention I'm sure I had a lot of heat damage. She did put in effort into trying to redo it so I tipped her well for her time and effort. At the end I had to come home and fix a bunch of things after my 2 hour appointment. I guess my point is to speak up and make sure you're facing the mirror the whole time so you can see what's going on. It would also be nice to be greeted right away.
