Out of all of these experiences, I can honestly and sincerely say that Jen is THE BEST. Not only is she welcoming and warm, but her technique is top-notch. I usually have re-growth within a week or two of a Brazilian, but for some reason - I had barely any within a week. And then two weeks came along, and still barely any growth! I'm going on 3 1/2 weeks now and my hair is even and thin - which is RARE for me in between waxes. I know this is due to Jen's expert technique. I'm SO GRATEFUL I found her and will never go anywhere else for Brazilians as long as I'm living in Michigan.

I booked an appointment easily, and the staff here is super friendly and educated. I spoke with the receptionist about what I wanted and needed done, and she gave me a bunch of price options, directed me to the website for diagrams, and eventually we booked an appointment. Admittedly I'm not the biggest fan of waxing because sometimes it can hurt, so I don't get it done all that often. But, I felt comfortable walking in here and was impressed with the quaint lobby area with products for sale. I felt instantly relaxed and my wax lady was on time and ready to go, even with my bad nerves for this sort of thing. The process went a lot smoother then I expected and wasn't as painful as I remember. After she was done waxing a strip she immediately put soothing gel on my skin to keep the irritation and pain down. Plus, she was extremely professional and did everything in about 30 minutes, which was impressive. I didn't feel as much pain as I was expecting, which is a good sign! Overall, probably one of the best, if not THE best waxing experiences I think I've ever had. I was in and out in 30 minutes, didn't feel terrible pain and felt like a million bucks when I was done. Plus, she gave me some good after care advice on soothing treatments and keeping my skin in good shape, versus shoving me out the door with a quick thank you. I really appreciate this so I can keep up on good soothing skin treatments without having to just buy the places product and do at home treatment. What a gem this place is.
