Oh wow I have found my new GoTo for electric service needs!…read moreI had a Smart panel installed from Ecoflow a couple weeks ago shortly after circuits were blown didn't really care too much for the guy that came out. Honestly I really wish I could've gone somewhere else, but I'd already paid a deposit on their work not knowing that Ecoflow just contracted about any old Electrician, I guess.. Anyways, contacted veteran electric as I'm a veteran as well so of course I will give them business before some random company. I was highly impressed by the work they did I watched them work very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I will be recommending them to my friends, family, and my customers as well. Thanks so much veteran Electric.

But when Veteran Electric came out for the estimate, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. They also pointed out electrical code requirements that none of the other quotes mentioned, a sign they were thinking about doing it right, not just doing it fast. I went with them, and I'm glad I did. Their team was thorough, professional, and the finished work looks excellent. I'd use them again without hesitation for any electrical work on my house. They're reliable and clearly know their craft.

He was at my door in a few hours after our conversation. Jorge went through the issues step-By-Step with me so that I could see that the repairs seen on the internet/YouTube didn't apply/work. Therefore, I had to get a new unit which is not cheap and reinforced that Samsung makes lousy ice/water units for its refrigerators as others will attest on the internet. Bottom line, great customer service.

Stay away from this company. I hired them to install a premium louvered pergola, and the experience…read morewas extremely disappointing from start to finish. They promised a two-person crew but only sent one installer, which immediately caused delays and quality issues. The installer failed to complete the job, left components unfinished, and improperly installed hardware to the point that several decorative corner covers cannot even be installed correctly. There are also cosmetic damages and signs of rushed/improper assembly. I was initially willing to overlook some of the cosmetic damage because the company acknowledged the issues and promised they would return to finish and correct the work. Unfortunately, after repeated follow-ups, they completely ghosted me and stopped responding. The pergola functions, but the installation quality is unacceptable for a project of this cost and complexity. I now have to hire another professional to correct and finish their work. I would strongly recommend hiring a company with actual experience installing louvered pergolas and outdoor structures, not just general assembly services. Most importantly, don't trust TJ, he'll say anything to get your money.

This is very inconvenient for me. Not to mention it's coming undone. Ugh! I'll be back soon.

Not only were they communicative about their ETA, they: - asked through questions about exactly what was to be removed and explained the estimate to me in a concise, professional manner - handled the job efficiently and with absolute precision - showed up with smiles on their faces and calm, kind demeanors. They could tell how stressed I was feeling and met that stress with warmth, encouragement, and support far beyond the call of duty. During the short 10-15 minutes they were on site, both gentlemen checked in with me to make sure I was personally doing okay and to ask if there was anything more they could do to help. I can't speak to the rest of the Weebble crew, as this was my only experience using the company, but I can wholeheartedly say that the two men that helped me are assets to any company they choose to work for. *Second, Ease of Booking and Scheduling: 5 Stars* Carlos and Jean's work aside, the booking and scheduling process was exceptional, too. Within minutes of my extremely last-minute booking request, I received a text to coordinate the exact timeframe and an explanation of the services/bid process. I was able to ask questions via text (if you prefer, you can also choose to communicate via phone call) and received prompt, complete responses to each question. Thank you so much.
