I later learned that aftercare is an important part of brow lamination services. I reached out to the studio afterward asking how this could be corrected and asking for clarification on aftercare, but my messages have gone unanswered. Mistakes can happen, but being ignored after spending money on a service and leaving unhappy with the result has been extremely frustrating. The receptionist said it's 10 minutes into your appointment time so she won't be able to do your treatment but she can still do your consultation. I walked in 2 minutes later and she said she couldn't do it. I said I just got of the phone and they said I could so she went back to ask the nurse Erin if she could do it and she said no because her next client was going to be there in 15 minutes.
