I ha e had some body repair work done as well as some minor interior repairs fixed. The body shop is very responsive and has done an excellent job. Even though I don't like to get the damages, this shop makes it enjoyable to get the work done. I recommend checking out this place if you need any repair work done on your car. Got a call from the salesman they had a new 2026 Ranger in stock. Drove 40 minutes after work to check it out and the salesman told me they sold it earlier that day. He should've called to say something. Went through other options of trucks. When asking for a price he said "I believe this 2026 F-150 XLT is 70,000$" when I asked about the out the door price he has no idea what I was talking about. When we looked at the truck, I took the VIN number down and on their website was listed at 56,000$. He tried to tell me it's because of the dealership additives which he showed me the prices for each but only alotteded to 3,600$. He added and extra 10,000$ for the vehicle. Their website shows vehicles "on lot" but was told, "we don't actually have those they're being shipped here". When I asked about vehicle "in transport" I was told "we have those here now". Yes he offered employee discount but when asked about other offers or promotions the only answer was he knew was " let me ask my manager". He didn't mention military discount or student discount which are advertised on their website. I felt as if I was trying to sell him a truck he had no knowledge about. Very poor communication skills, social skills, negotiating skills. After about 15 minutes and 4 trips of him "asking his manager" I got up, thanked him for his time and left. The person I spoke to was Carlos Salazar but the person whom's name is on the paper work for the out the door pricing is Abel. I would not recommend Viva Ford, we agreed with the price they offered we signed a paper with all their charges taxes everything we needed to pay out the door, then we went back to the finance office to complete the paperwork, there they add another $1300 for anti theft and towing saying it was non negotiable we had to pay for it, we got up and left, that is not how you should do business if they wanted to add that to the price it should've already been added in the original offer. They were very deceptive with us. We ended up having to put $2,000 worth of repairs in within DAYS of buying the vehicle. There was an extremely dangerous situation with the brakes that nearly caused a scary accident. Additionally, the shady salesman knew the gas cover was broken and we wouldn't be able to open it to add gas (we realized later that's why he didn't want my husband around while it was fueled) and never told us. I was very disappointed with my experience at Viva Ford. I purchased a used vehicle in the evening and was told the gas tank would be filled and the car detailed if I came back the next day. I was also told that a small dent on the tailgate could be repaired for around $100. The next morning, I expected the car to be delivered in the condition promised. Instead, it was not detailed, the gas tank was only 3/4 full, and I was suddenly told the repair would cost $800--eight times the original estimate. I contacted a manager to share my concerns about the poor service, lack of follow-through, and misinformation. Shockingly, there was no apology, no solution offered, and no follow-up regarding the detailing or the repair. To this day, I still haven't been given the opportunity to have the car detailed as originally promised. So this is an updated review of this location fixing my girlfriends car after a large Dodge Ram hit her and took off, leaving her car destroyed. When we dropped off her car, everything went very smooth and we had no problems. They handled everything with her insurance and made the whole thing very easy as this was the first time something like this has happened to my gf. When we got the car back, it was like it was brand new. They fixed everything perfectly and Rose (my gf's car lol) is looking like a whole new car! "Lifetime warranty" on engine LIE! Upon purchasing a 2022 F150 on Black Friday 2022, was told about this amazing lifetime warranty I was told the warranty would be valid for as long as I owned the truck as long as I had it serviced once a year at any Ford dealer. As of yesterday at Shamaley Ford for servicing with VIN check, was told that was not in the system. This morning I called my sales rep from Viva (Chris Venegas) to ask the reason for that to find out it was all lies. Story is now that it has to be serviced at Viva Ford to maintain this warranty. This service did require ordering parts, but he delivered by calling me with updates and having my car serviced by the time he designated, and he did it in a friendly manner. Scheduled my work truck for service on Monday 5-6, was told mid morning that parts had to be ordered even though the repair was scheduled and they could have had them ready. arrived to pick truck up on 5-7 and inspected work performed. Found a third of what was charged for was not actually done but yet was still charged for it. When our tires were low we went to get the nitrogen put in and they told us to go to a gas station and put air in!!! Then we went to have it serviced and they charged us for that as well. Viva service department review: GO ELSEWHERE. Seriously. Had an appointment at 1000 and dropped my car off for 2 small (I thought) issues. Service guy gave me a card with his number on it and told me that if I hadn't heard from them by 3:00 to call him. At 4:00 I started calling....the number he gave me (he wrote it down...I watched him) was WRONG by a digit so I called some random stranger 2 times. I noticed I'd gotten a text from him earlier with the CORRECT number on it. The text said "Hi Laura, this is (I'll leave his name out) at VIVA FORD. You can text me anytime at this number during your service visit." So, I texted him back 3 times and got no response. I called the number he gave me on the text 3 times and my call got farmed out to a call center where I left 3 messages for them to return my call. I was assured each time that I'd get a call right back. NOPE. Finally at 5, I went to Viva to get an update since nobody would call or text me. I showed up (pissed off at this point) and asked the guy why they hadn't returned my texts. He said "we don't get texts, what are you talking about?". I showed him the text that he'd allegedly sent me and he shrugged and said "they don't know what they're doing". THAT WAS IT. My car had not been worked on and I had not been contacted more than 7 hours after my car had been dropped off. I got the car back and left without them doing the repairs. After having the vehicle for two weeks, I went to Lowe's and let the back seats down to fit some blinds I purchased, a small clear water proof tackle box falls out from under the seat, I open the box and it's filled with drug paraphernalia. Purchased a 2017 Ford Transit from Viva Fords internet sales department on July 31st 2018. The vehicle arrived damaged and when I tried contacting the dealership there was no one available... EVER to help me. After about a week I finally got a call form their " Manager" and he tried telling me that I purchased the vehicle well under blue book value anyway!! WHAT!! When I got there, the Truck had some pretty bad scratches and the salesman said that's why it's that Price. But I agreed to the advertised price. When I wanted to buy it, it was $4000 more expensive and they said the advertisement was incorrect. It is fraud and against the law to advertise one price and then sell it for another price. Two years ago my husband reserved a new Ford Bronco directly with Ford. We were assigned the nearest Ford Dealership to our house, Viva Ford. A few months ago my husband went in to chose the final features for the Bronco and they gave him a print out of the price which matched what he had reserved a few years ago. This Saturday they called him to tell him it was in and then gave him the new price which was $10,000 higher. It was described as dealer markup. When we spoke to the GM he stated that they used to have 400 cars and now only have 22 so they have to charge the mark up. I don't understand how that justifies that increase. This should have been disclosed a few months ago. An article on the internet stated that dealerships should be charging $500 but some are taking advantage of consumers. read more

In March of 2022 my mother took in her 2019 Ford Fusion to be serviced due to some issues she was coming across. They informed her they would take a look at it and let me know what was wrong and she would have it back in 2 weeks. They also were not able to get me into a loaner due to shortage issues they were having so my mom was having to get rides back and forth to work. After about 3 weeks of being there she kept getting text after text from different associates asking her if she would like to trade her vehicle and already making her offers. She then agreed to these offers and we began a search for a new car, not to mention they were giving us these numbers without them even taking a look at my vehicle or figuring out what was wrong. Once they were FINALLY able to figure out what the issue with the vehicle was I received a call that the offer was no longer valid because of the issues my car had , even though they were so adamant about calling and texting for days trying to get me to sell the car. Throughout this process Multiple service people could never give me an answer as to what was going on with my vehicle or could give be any type of information! They also would lie to me and tell me that would contact me and call me back which never happened. I had to constantly call to get an update Even though I knew that none of these people had a clue! After about a month and a half I then asked for a loaner vehicle and they finally were able to get my one at the end of May 2022 . About after 2 weeks with the loaner it began to leak transmission oil. Which is not a Shocker! My mother then had to take time off of work to take this loaner in , they then gave her ANOTHER loaner. This loaner came with no gas , no car wash , and to us it seemed like the last person who had it dropped it off and they passed it right onto my mom. At this point we had no words and the dealership then let my mom know her vehicle would be ready that next Friday. Next Friday comes along and my moms car is in fact NOT READY. Finally It's June 2022 and my mother gets her car back , when she begins driving it home she sees that the issue the car had before is STILL present they had her car for 4 months and absolutely nothing was fixed !! Today on 6/21/22 my mom decided to run a couple of errands in her vehicle and when she gets back into her car it will not start. My vehicle came back with even more problems and my battery Drained because they probably had the vehicle sitting there for days! So as I'm writing this review my mothers car is still in the parking lot of a dollar general while we wait for her to get out of work so we can go pick it up. Now no one from Viva ford will answer, no one knows who's in charge, no one has any answers for us, BUT when they wanted to buy my mom's vehicle the calls wouldn't stop coming in and everyone would reach back out to us. I have now learned my lesson and will never ever ever step foot in that dealership again and I don't recommend anyone else to purchase anything from them learn from my mistake. This is already the second vehicle I have purchased from Viva ford. Both vehicles have been brand new which I bought to avoid any issues! And of course these Brand New Ford Vehicles and the service from this dealership have given me nothing but problems and issues!
