Then we purchased a 2014 Chrysler 300C AWD and 2016 Chrysler 200 at the same time. We still own the 2016 Chrysler 200 and just recently traded our 2014 Chrysler 300 AWD on a 2013 GMC Yukon Denali. Other than minor issues due to normal use, we never had any major issue with any of the vehicles. They will be my first place to look when we decide to get vehicles for our grand kids. Went in for a car that online said had 44k miles on it get there it has 56k and they are not willing to make a deal or come down on price. They were very nice on the phone and I advised them I'd be coming in from the valley to test drive the car I was interested in...on the way I got a call from a credit union that was working on getting me approved and then by the time I got there a guy sitting back in the little office yelled that just sold!!! They have exactly what I want. I needed a 4x4 SUV with a cold weather package and leather seats and a sound system for less than 20k. Found it. Not my color (brown) and that's okay. Drove off the lot w/ a 2016 honda civic lx 2days ago dealer & financing made everything hassle free patient and overall made a first time car buyer experience feel to easy. Only con's were during the test drive the dealer didn't really know much of the car or have an answer to the questions I had about the car, but thats expected when the dealer that contacted you is off that day and refers you to someone who is working that day. You know, we were treated right here. We needed a good vehicle and they delivered one, with a warranty. I think if you're looking for a big dealership service, go to a big dealership. If you're looking for a decent vehicle, come here. If you're not a theif, and can prove you can make payments, it's fairly easy. I'd recommend to family and friends. Very shameless of Vito using a man in the U.S. Military, wearing the uniform, to promote his car dealership! I understand his intentions *may* have been harmless but I can tell you that the military is big business for dealerships (like his) So they can target military members with in-house financing with bad/no credit/limited credit or resources (which many military members are in that situation) If that young kid in uniform is serving in the military, I hope his commander has a talk with him. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go to this car lot. They are extremely high. They charge 29.99% if they have to finance you and you can't get finance through a bank. They also put a cut off switch in your car which they totally abuse. I got the days mixed up on when I was suppose to pay my note which was one day late before it was due they turned my truck off and when I called and asked IVY who is the BOSS can she turn it back on so that I can come to pay them she said no if we turn it on for you we would have to turn it on for everyone. I then talked to one of her other staff who was a man can't remember his name but, I said to him I don't have a way to get to you to pay I was told that is life. So, I got a ride and I wrote a check out and paid what I owed and they turned my truck back on. The next day I was at work and I was about to go out to get me some lunch and my truck wouldn't start so I called Vito's and asked them did they turn my truck back off and they said yes because I didn't pay a $35 late fee. I said why when I came into your office to make a payment you didn't tell me that. Sofia the reception said it is not up to us to tell you what you owe you should already know if you were late. She was really rude and even when I talked to the boss IVY she was of no assistance either she was just as rude as her staff. I wouldn't suggest anyone to do business with them. They really aren't as nice as they appear to be. Since I have been with them for the 9 months someone have tried to burn there place up twice. Google the report it was on the news as well about the break in and fire. This does not surpise me because they are not nice or good people to do business with. PLEASE BEWARE...
