I recently signed up with Vitex since my Lennar home came with the system. Jared was my sales person. He was punctual, polite and came prepared to answer all of our questions during our initial sales visit. When it came time for installation, I received a call from the corporate office to install at my convenience. I had Ruben come to my home to do the install. Ruben was punctual (he even called me to tell me he was 20 mins away!) and polite. He was friendly and honest. He explained how the system worked and helped me and my husband with our initial app questions. We had originally signed up for the door lock access thru the app, however, that was somehow missing from the work order. It was immediately that Ruben jumped on the phone and got it added to our order with little delay. I was very impressed with the service and was grateful for Ruben and Jared. I recently called Vitex as I was referred to them after buying a new home Their rep on the phone was extremely helpful and offered to send a "outside rep" to my home. The outside rep called immediately and met me at my new place. We reviewed all the options and decided to put in a alarm with cameras, thermostat control and lights. Also a few Tvs and landscape lighting. I was told a person from scheduling would call me and within 2 hours the appt was scheduled. At day of install everything ran super smooth. Thier tech Pedro was awesome. Their Saturday, late afternoon service call proved to be just what I needed. When they were finished with the installation, I listened and I wished that I had the Sonos Sound System back in the late 60's. A state of the art system with eye opening features, and it all works from my cell phone, which is very, very convenient and timely for this Disabled American. I had a terrible experience with a different company. I called Vitex and they made changing so easy. I had an old, ugly keypad and they replaced it with a beautiful touchscreen control panel. Not only did I get a different security system, I can control my lights, locks, thermostat, and garage door from my phone. I had no idea that was even possible! With my old company, I could never get in touch with someone to help when I needed it. The only people I could reach were ones that wanted to sell me things. Vitex has customer support 7 days a week. You don't have to spend 30 minutes saying no to upgrades and upselling to get answers. I would never go anywhere else. Vitex has a customer for life! read more

We were fortunate enough to buy a model home that included much of the equipment that Vitex sells for security and home automation purposes. Although we closed on our home at the peak of the 2019 tourist season, we were able to meet a sales person (Paul) to outline our needs and have a couple of very capable technicians (Miguel and David) install and activate our equipment within three weeks of our initial call to Vitex. We look forward to next season, where we plan on adding some of the available options to further automate and secure the home. read more

I have the Vitex Home Automation system and it is wonderful. I wanted to add some additional products to the system. Vitex shipped my products to me the day before the technician arrived. The next day the technicians arrived on time, in a uniform and a marked truck. The installation went smoothly and the technician was very informative and professional. We have a new build home and Lenny came to reposition the TV that had been placed by another installer. Because the internet connections and our TV's are new to us, we needed a lot of help in setting up connections and programming. He stayed and set up not only our TV connections, but also our computers and printer. We did not feel rushed, he was thorough and his service took the burden of connecting "electronically" off of us. I am new to the area, so the peace of mind I get with the security for my family is priceless. Had a third camera installed and one of our previous camera was not working. Lenny did a great job. Installed camera which captured the areas we wanted with great picture. Assisted with getting camera connected to our phone. Trouble shooting found we had a defective camera. Lenny was very professional and cleaned up after the install. read more

I have been with Vitex Security for at least 3 yrs now. No problems at all. Wireless, love it. Interactive, easy access to my iphone. Love the arming reminders sent to my iphone. Arming and disarming while away from my home with the use of my smartphone is a plus. It also notifies me on motion activities inside my home arm. read more

Vitex automated our home and we LOVE it! Not only can I see my son come home through my doorbell, I get a text when he disarms our system. Everyone we dealt with was kind and knowledgeable.
