Horrible!! They came in to my business, uninvited, never asked me for approval, just simply said I was due, (I was NOT), threw the fire extinguisher, from another company, into my trash bin, (said it was no good) and installed a new one. Unfortunately, my bad, I was with a client and did not thoroughly question them. If they come in your business, do yourself a favor and make them leave! P.S. I dug the other fire extinguisher out of trash and returned it to the other company. read more

A technician from Advanced came in and claimed to be a county fire inspector checking the area businesses. Afterwards they handed us a bill. We asked what for. He explained that our extinguishers were due and that they certified them. when we stated that fire inspectors DO NOT charge they said that they in fact were not the county inspector, but a business. After checking our previous tags they had done us 6 months early and were not our company. They said it did not matter because they already did the work. BEWARE OF FRAUD!!!! read more

Horrible business practices. No approval to do work, but they did it anyways then demanded to be paid or they would call the police for theft. REDICULOUS!!! They Came in 3 months early, without request, and said we were due. Florida law says 12 months not 9. I have been a business owner for 15 years and have never been so insulted. The service tech and owner were very professional and genially concerns that our business transaction was completed to my satisfaction. Very rarely do business take the extra time to provide any additional information, however the owner of this company personally took the time to make sure the work on my property was completed correctly and also let me know of other issues that I had that I was not aware of. This was so impressive because he didn't make any additional money for his advice he just wanted to be sure that I was aware there was a problem.
