From the initial call through multiple follow-ups, Marvelle was responsive, clear, and easy to work with. Communication was consistent and made coordination seamless, which is critical for a project like this. Marvelle and his team showed up early every day, fully prepared and professionally dressed. Even when we had to adjust plans a few times, not once did anyone complain. Everything was handled with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. They stayed focused, worked efficiently, and completed the project on time. Pricing was fair for the level of service and reliability we received. If you're looking for a dependable company for a business move or hauling project, don't look anywhere else. Bourn2Haul is the company. Very satisfied.

I had a very large donation of clean, serviceable clothing, books, kitchenware and appliances. I…read moretried to donate these items for over a week. I would not pay to have the items hauled. Only one service agreed to come to my home, which they did. But, they would not take anything that was not sealed completely. As a result, they took only the bags of clothing and a few pieces of furniture. The rest of my donations were offered up to my neighbors. What they didn't take went to the dumpster. I can't understand why places advertise free pick-up then refuse for any of a number of petty reasons. My experience using Yelp is negative.

We had a very good experience with Budget Dumpster. It wasn't perfect, but I would still recommend…read morethem wholeheartedly. We wound up initially getting a dumpster delivered to our driveway. It got swapped out for a new one 3 additional times. We were charged an additional couple of hundred bucks extra at the end, but the fees were still overall lower than what we would have been hit with had we gone with someone else. It was perfect for our situation where we had some flexibility (call for a swap out for a new dumpster, know that they'll swap out sometime later that day). One minor gripe was that there was a mattress stuck at the bottom of the last dumpster we ordered (so it did not come back completely empty--it was our mattress from the previous load, so I think it was just a hasty swapout)--I'm not really upset about that since we didn't really need the space on that last load. The extra charges also weren't specified/itemized in detail, so we're not sure exactly what the breakdown was, but we were expecting to have some overages due to weight or overloading, anyway. These are legitimate complaints and things that a potential customer should take note of, but I want to emphasize that we were happy in the end, anyway. They took care of their end of business very reasonably during a really stressful time for us, and we didn't have to worry about any problems with them. I'm glad we didn't overpay someone else for this service. Even with the extra charges at the end, it was still a great deal compared to other dumpster providers we looked up. Thanks Budget Dumpster!

They called my wife who had ordered it. She was asleep and didn't hear phone and they did not leave a message. They did not deliver dumpster due to cars in driveway and did not attempt to knock on door. Called later in day for status and was told about earlier attempt and that we would be charged $195 for undeliverable attempt. Jamie stated that drivers are not allowed to leave their vehicles to knock on door and this charge was clearly stated in contract. She would not allow us to talk to anyone else stating that she was "highest customer service" rep there and basically just said that's their policy so they scammed us for $195. Called another dumpster company who stated that Budget Dumpster is just a third party business that actually calls other dumpster businesses to get dumpsters and that being told that drivers cannot get out of their vehicles is incorrect. Budget Dumpster is pure fraud.

He had a trailer and made several trips to the dump, all while keeping in contact and sharing pictures of the work. Before leaving the house was straightened and swept before being secured. I was pleased with the job and had paid half in advance, but when trying to send the balance due, Cashapp blocked the payment and would not allow me to send it again. I share this so others won't run into the same issue; you must have a balance in the app to send. I eventually had a friend help get the funds to him, and this was the only issue.
