He even had a bit of time to give me some thoughts electrical work related to my RV. I highly recommend OCE.

On both occasions, he showed up within days to give us a quote and then scheduled the work to be done quickly, within the week for one job and within two weeks for the second. He showed up on time, explained the work in terms we could understand, did high quality work, and when the work took less time than he had anticipated, he actually charged us less than the estimate. I will definitely use On Call Electric for any electrical work I need to have done.

I asked to pay him on the spot. He said they would bill me. I text my contact at the company and asked for a bill, she said she would get to it. I never received a bill or a phone call so eventually, I called them again and asked for the bill a third time and paid it in full. I then received a collections bill from some company in Greely claiming non payment of some mysterious bill and found out it was these clowns. I then had to email the collection guys and dispute the inaccuracy of the billing fraudulently reported and compose this warning. It's too bad, the actual electrician was great but the billing has been a complete nightmare. I will be looking for sparky elsewhere in the future.

They showed up with two workers, only one guy was doing the work. They didn't install any new switches just installed the fan. They were at the house less than a hour. I received a text message later that day with an amount due of $449. I reached out to the manager that day and told him that I agreed to $250. He said he would look into it and get back to me. He never returned my calls or sent me a bill in the mail. A year later I get a call from the collection agency that they turned the bill over. I am disputing the charge and will never recommend this company to anyone else. They are dishonest and deceitful.

Best plumbers in town, scratch that, best plumbers in Colorado!…read more We had a situation where we were being told on a Friday afternoon to replace a wye joint in the plumbing ASAP in order to sell our home. The wye was 2 feet below concrete in our greenhouse, but was within 13 inches of one of the raised beds. Estimates ranged from $5,000 to 3,500. Every company insisted they needed to break up concrete and remove a raised bed in order to make the repair. Every company besides Action, that is. They fit us into their packed schedule, dug down through the raised bed, replaced the wye joint within hours. And the cost was under $1,000. I guess that's the master plumber difference. Honest. Dependable. Capable. As far as I'm concerned, there isn't another plumber in Colorado.

Having given credit where it is due, I would not be telling the full story without mentioning some serious issues: (1) They were hired on March 10. They said they would do the job the week of March 16; that week came and went with no work done (and no update of any kind). The delay continued until March 31, when I basically said it was now or never. The main issue was a lack of coordination with the electric company. (2) All work was completed on March 31. I got the bill on May 18. Due date: May 18! The electrician was there 2 hours, but the bill was for 3.5 hours. Bottom line: I chose Leading Edge over lower bids, but knowing everything I know now, I would make a different choice.
