Pleasant smiles,professionalism, and well place humor. I would recommend this establishment in heartbeat. I did arrive too early at 1:32 PM The front desk did recognized me and got the paperwork rolling and co-payment (you know that weren't going to forget that). LOL! My appointment time was 2:45 PM I was called at 2: 50 PM( not bad) and things move forward in timely manner from that point (I was pleased). The front desk lady at the time I made my appointment was so accommodating and called in reinforcements to make sure I got an appointment before I had to report back to work. Today the check in process was speedy. The doctor assistant was personal and professional. There were several test done on my eye to make sure that everything will be right and ready for my surgery. All my questions were answered and the cherry on top was... I was told by another assistant they recommended I got a lens not covered by my insurance. The doctor looked at my last test taken on my eye and said that it was not necessary to get. Not to come out of pocket when I could get the one covered by my insurance. That because of the condition of my eye, it would not be worth paying that money. Because of my experience so far, I feel confident in a successful surgical out.

I have been going to…read moreAmerica's Best for over 10- years and even when I lived in Georgia no problem with being seen, customer service, etc. Even the Woodbridge location you get there at your appointment time and you will be in an out no problem. But here for some odd reason they only have an actual eye doctor only on Tuesdays and the rest it's virtual. Ok...but then they only had (1) employee who does the testing before you go see the doctor and they were behind hours! He was running in an out rooms looking frazzled. I came in a little early for my appointment and I was told it would be more than an hour or so before I even got back to do the tests. Not including it was at least 6-7 people ahead of me who hadn't been seen yet. I'm like why the hell I even have an appointment!! Then I overhead another customer saying that it's only this location and Forestville that be like this. And unfortunately I live closer to both of those but I won't return. I would rather drive a little further to be in and out than waiting over 2-hours after my appointment since they can't hire more people to help them out. I actually scheduled an appointment for Woodbridge as I'll be in the area tomorrow. Don't waste your time or schedule anything the day you go in. Just ridiculous!

The gentleman doing intake is very helpful, pleasant and professional. I scheduled two appointments one for my son and one for myself. The small are has a television, but the rooms and spaces are not very inviting. We were greeted promptly and seen the Dr. within a few minutes. What I didn't like is the way the test was administered to my 8yr old. She performed the visual with the machine before checking his own eye strength. When I asked if there was a reason she didn't give him the self assessment first she said no and then performed that test. She was not very personable. For a child it is important they feel comfortable. I feel they should have also used shapes. I too would have liked a how are you or a joke here or there. I just hope she prescribed him the right prescription. She also didn't explain the diagnosis, she just gave numbers and then asked if I had questions, well yea can you explain what you mean perhaps. I won't be returning. My insurance won't cover another exam right away, I may still go to get a second opinion.

Selecting glasses is not an easy choice- they dont have a massive selection in store and thats ok but they are very patient in assisting and making sure you find something you like and compliments your face. My two teens were able to get there check ups, pick glasses, and even commended the quality of what was done during their exam. In the past, you were sent an appointment reminder by the Office and that did not happen this year and we unfortunately missed our appointment. We called to reschedule and was told there are no remaining appointments available this year. They have a new Receptionist by the name of Erica who can be rude and if challenged because she is not very skilled, can become extremely rude. My Husband became frustrated with her and asked her to have Dr. Burn's to call him and no call was received. My Husband thought maybe Erica had not given Dr. Burn's the message because Dr. Burn's in the past has returned phone calls. So, thinking Dr. Burn's was not given the message, my Husband called again the next day. Erica was very rude and abrupt and put him on hold only to return five minutes later to say that the Doctor was not in the Office today. There is no longer an Office Manager so we both called several times and Erica did not answer the phone. We called and left a message to speak to Barry. Well, Barry called and was really uninterested in our problem, he finally listened and told my Husband that they are under staffed, the Doctor is not in and the phone rings off the hook and "that is just the way it is" and there are no appointments. We have been going to them far to long to be treated this way and have, unfortunately, decided to take our business elsewhere. We spend at least $700 plus each on reading glasses a year, every year. This place was expensive but we were loyal. You have been warned.
