This salon outshines all the rest .When you have tried all of the rest, now try the best. I live in the Tuckahoe Eastchester area for years. When I walk out of the salon I look truly beautiful and look like a $1 million dollars ! Plus. I refer anybody I meet , Including friends contact and business associates to this salon in Eastchester. They cater to adults and small children and children of all ages as well. They have a TV at the kids station , a car and an airplane for the small children to sit in to make them feel at ease when they have a haircut , perhaps their first. Karen is super accommodating and knowledgeable- she really made me feel at ease and understood my anxiety/frustration from my past experiences. She really does care about the quality of my hair, how to enhance color and leave it looking natural. Every appointment moving forward will increasingly help my hair become healthier. After 4 months of finding my forever colorist, (Karen has literally transformed my hair color, texture and quality of my hair- it's even growing like a weed!!) I had the opportunity to book a haircut with the fantastic Monica on the same day as my color appointment. Four words: SHE IS THE BEST. Seriously, extremely talented. My hair is naturally curly but multiple different curly textures. However, with modeling part time, I'm required to have my hair blown out to perfection for shoots. Monica was able to give me the perfect haircut that allows me to style my hair both ways and have it still look gorgeous. I've even jumped out of bed with my hair curly and been able to throw some water on it and run out to an agency meeting... that's never happened in my life. Extremely impressed. Both ladies look at each and every type of hair texture and will talk over the best route and maintenance schedule to continue on a healthy path. They do not skimp out on high end ingredients and will only ever apply the best treatments /shampoo/conditioner/products, etc-, to preserve your hair and reverse damage. My hair is normally very thick, curlyy and difficult to manage. However, the keratin makes it straight, shiny and very low maintenance. Judy greeted me warmly, and Michael was so sweet and gave me a great wash. Mark cut my hair, and I have to say, l've never had quite this experience at a salon before. He was thoughtful and really took his time getting to know me and my style. I told him I wanted to work with my hair's natural texture and wanted something that felt feminine. Honestly, it was transformative - I walked in a little nervous, since you never know how things will go with a new stylist. Mark took his time throughout the cut, regularly stepping back to assess his progress and how it looked on me. I love the final result. He even styled it a few different ways afterward to show me the cut's versatility and how I could work with it at home. I'm thrilled with my haircut and highly recommend Eclipse Salon.

They swap inside jokes and talk about each other or even talk as if there are no customers in the place. This rude behavior does NOT happen at Salon 421. As I sat in the stylist's chair last Saturday, I heard clients talking to their stylists and observed stylists who listened with the patience of your favorite bartender or a great therapist. The level of attentiveness to the customer is remarkable. 2. No product pushing! 3. Clean sinks! Sparkling clean! I have been to other salons where my hair was shampooed in the residue of the previous client's treatment. It's true. It happens everywhere, but NOT at Salon 421. 4. Blair is my stylist and she is fantastic. After every visit, my hair is gorgeous. Blair revived my locks from 6 months of crazy, lockdown, CoVid 19 hair experiments.
