It turns out I love both for my living room. There was the sweetest young lady named Mia. She was organizing the art. And she helped me with my decision. There was one piece I liked just a little more than the other and so did Mia. It turns out the other one looks great over my couch! She even got a ladder to get me one off from the top rack. We sat on a few sectionals and were pleased with their prices, plus many had an additional 20% off. We were then met by Zoe (think that's her name) a nice young lady. Very helpful and not pushy at all. She was able to show us some of the floor models in other colors as well. We went on a Saturday and she said they could deliver as early as Monday, which is unheard of at these times. We said we would look at other places and come back. We later decided we trusted her and liked her style as well as the fact that they can deliver so quickly. They delivered just as promised. They were just a little late but Zoe called early in the day to inform us of this which was greatly appreciated. Great delivery and nice gentleman. We are very pleased with our purchase and furniture. Don't go anywhere else!

About a month ago I had ordered an Ashley brand desk online. They delivered it in the manufacturer…read morebox. There were no dents or cuts in the box. Upon unpacking and putting it together I noticed there was a 1" long dent on the desk top edge. I called Cypress and they immediately delivered a new one out and picked up the damaged one. It was painless. I dealt with Zoe there. Upon her follow up phone call to make sure everything was ok. I told her everything was good. Better than good. I was impressed with their service regarding a $370 desk that I ordered an Ashley matching King size sleigh bed frame from them. A $1250 purchase. Zoe said it would be delivered within 2 weeks as they had to wait on it from Ashley. Which was the normal time frame from other companies. Promptly they delivered, set it up on the second floor and hauled the packing and boxes away. I have nothing but good to recommend Cypress Furniture.

My daughter met me here and she found a few she really liked. She ended up with a great a 5x7 rug for $69! She also got a few baskets for the baby stuff. They had a great selection of baskets too. I bought the cutest marble lazy Susan for my kitchen soap to sit on for only $12.99!!! The staff were helpful and pleasant. This is one of my new favorite stores! FYI- they do not sell pet stuff or baby stuff. But that's ok, they have tons of other great stuff.

12.27.22 Today experience in Floor & Decor left me…read morewondering if I would be returning. (I am pretty position I will not be purchasing anything from them now) If you are a store that sells only one product (i.e. flooring) please hire people with some knowledge in it. When I shop somewhere and ask an employee a question; I don't want to hear, "Maybe" or "I think that MIGHT work". If I'm going to spend our hard earned money, I must feel the employees know what they are talking about and not feeding BS. I did NOT get the feeling from talking to 3 different employees that they had ANY knowledge in the products they sell. I understand it is hard to find good help these days but please, don't just hire someone to just fill the position. Hire people with knowledge OR offer training classes for them to get this knowledge. The 3 employees I talked to day need the training ASAP.
