She took special care to personal my room! The care team and concierge Richard were quick to respond, incredibly helpful, positive, and friendly. The facility has amazing amenities and views, and great activities. I took a ukulele class and loved it so much I bought one after I left and have been taking tutorials since. I look forward to stay here again in October for my knee replacement on the other side. Thank you Aegis and care team for your great care!

After quite a bit of research, what I learned is that there are only a few assisted living communities that can care for someone who is paralyzed on one side of her body, and requires two caregivers to assist with transferring her from bed to chair and back again, and to bathe and clean her. And even fewer that can do all of this while keeping my Mom busy with a full regimen of PT, OT, and speech therapy, along with other stimulating activities. While Aegis on Madison has suffered the same staffing shortages and other challenges brought on by the pandemic, this community has a culture of transparency and continuous quality improvement. The leadership team welcomes family members and friends to visit (for the day or overnight), engage in community activities, enjoy the view from the beautiful Sky Lounge/deck, and--most importantly--provide feedback to help improve its services. I commend Bryan, Elizabeth, Curtis, Craig, Mayor Judy, Brylle and the remarkable team of caregivers (Joyce, Ryan, Jessica, William, Arthur, Dorcas, Mimi and so many others) for making Aegis on Madison such a place my Mom and Step-Dad can feel at home.

Each unit has cords that can be pulled if they are having health issues or have fallen etc. When I accidental pulled the cord in my bedroom, two staff people arrived within 2 minutes to help me. I had visited at least 10 other senior facilities and then I found Murano. A one time fee of $40,000 is all you need to live there. You pay rent for your unit. The most expensive is $16,000 a month for a fantastic unit with views. Staff come once a week and clean the units. It is like living in a hotel, most everything is done for you. There are many activities, guest performers and speakers, and MUCH more!

The realtors, Jim Badgley and Jackie Claessens, also gave useful information on selling your home. The wealth management portion was less helpful but that's because I already have an excellent financial advisor. Plus there was lunch! Thanks to Murano for providing this well planned and well organized seminar.

My mother is 92 years old and was looking for a place to stay that could meet her needs now and as she ages further. She loved the apartment and the meal plan options, as well as the ability to meet others with so many planned activities. She also has a dog and is happy to be able to have her move with her. Billy and Andrea did a great job with a tour of the facility and carefully going over the contract agreements. Andrea was great relating directly with my mother to ensure she understood everything. Billy took extreme care to ensure my mother's needs were met and covered in every way. The welcoming was wonderful! We really appreciate the personal care both took in addressing my mother's needs and the concerns of her family.

Review of Cogir Queen Anne Assisted Living Community…read more Greetings! I almost never write reviews but I had to for Queen Anne Cogir. I can't say enough good things about this place. My Mom was in the assisted living building and I was constantly amazed at the level of care she received. Everyone was extra helpful and went out of their way to make sure she felt special. The "care team" members including house keeping established friendships with her and treated her as if she were their own mother. I can't remember all their names but I do remember Natasha and her sister (who was Natasha's supervisor) and Amena. Marnie Walker the Sales Manager was the one who helped us make the decision to choose Cogir Queen Anne and we never had cause to regret it. I'm not sure how the management has been able to assemble such a caring and positive staff. Everyone we dealt with (and I mean literally everyone from the front desk to the kitchen workers) was upbeat, happy and seemed to genuinely like their job. I compliment Ken Klotz Executive Director for cultivating such an inviting climate. Maria Crespo the Business Office Manager was always ready with a cheerful and caring attitude to help with not just financial issues but with anything else needed. Ernie Vigil the Health and Wellness Director manages always to make time for an informal chat and was a real blessing in answering any questions we might have and taking a personal interest in Mom's well being. Mom loved the food and the warm, cheerful atmosphere in the lobby. You can see why I give Cogir Queen Anne five stars and "two thumbs up" Mike Carrigan
