Sarah is great! I really can't say enough about her friendly bedside manner, her skill as a PT, or her common sense approach to treatment. Sarah works with each patient 1:1 and allows plenty of time during your appointment to get lots of good work in. I came to her after "doing something to my shoulder" about a year before-- which just never quite went away. Sara quickly identified what was causing the problem, performed some manipulation, did a movement assessment, taped me up, and sent me home with homework and an "rx" for some massage. She helped me understand the mechanics of why I was so sore and visualize how to move correctly. What she did NOT do was take away my barbell, which is a huge plus for me. After my first visit, massage, and a couple of weeks of "homework" I am now pain-free. I really love that you can go to see Sarah, and then come back every 3 weeks or so to check in & have your exercises adjusted vs needing to come in 3x a week. read more

I came here after months of searching a remedy for my back pain. I found Sara very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and a very positive person. She takes video of my movements and text them to me, so I can see my posture and practice doing better. she is very supportive and encouraging person. I don't have a good health insurance so I pay cash and she offers packages at discount. After being out of work for few weeks I feel better with only 2 visits. Beth is Awesome! I injured my shoulder while at the gym this past summer and was having a difficult time finding a good physical therapist. This was somewhat crushing as strength training is an important hobby of mine. I was adamant that I would find a physical therapist who would not only help me get my shoulder back into shape, but who could also help me understand what I should be doing at the gym to ensure my shoulder's long term health. After some difficulty finding a physical therapist, Arrow PT came recommended from a family member on the east coast who works in physical therapy. I just want to say that Sarah and team know how to heal. I was experiencing debilitating elbow tendinitis in both arms and the program that they gave me had me all better after two months. Awesome, awesome PT facility. I'm dealing with a number of problems (bulging disc, mobility due to scoliosis) -- I started to see Sarah after having her as a coach for a while at Ballard CrossFit. We started to address the mobility issues and wow, excellent guidance across the board. I have gone to see Beth for help with mobility and minor ligament pains and she helped me improve my mobility and shoulder strength in less than a month with some simple exercises! Its nice that she is also an active athlete/coach so she is familiar with the movements at crossfit, fitness in general and running. I would highly recommend Beth if you need a PT for sports related and non sports related injuries or pains. My ligament pain has gone away after a couple weeks with cupping and exercises. I will be moving out of Seattle and tempted to make a trip back for PT with Beth if needed in the future. I have had back injuries for years and no shortage of seeing PT's. Most of the time I'd get stuck on a machine, in a room with some heat pad on me, or with an assistant who talked my ear off while the PT was MIA. This is not PT and I did not heal. Sarah is a true expert. I always learn a lot from her, feel listened to and am inspired by her personal level of fitness. And bonus, she is super nice with a great sense of humor! I have seen over 10+ practitioners (PTs, chiros, MDs) in the Seattle area and no one takes as practical and holistic approach as Sarah Haran. Sarah and Beth are truly the best. I had two surgeries for a shattered elbow and recovery was lengthy and tough, but Sarah really made all the difference. The doctor I saw told me that I needed to stop lifting heavy weights and never again overhead. Sarah is a miracle worker! Two years ago I had three different surgeons tell me I needed surgery for a labral hip tear. I was in so much pain that I couldn't even do normal daily activities and definitely couldn't keep up with my 3 little kids. I saw Sarah for the first time just a few weeks before my scheduled surgery and she immediately had me start on mobility, strengthening and neuromuscular re-education exercises. I ended up canceling the surgery. After five months of dedicated work with Sarah, my pain was gone and I was able to be completely physically active. I'm so grateful for her exceptional care - she gave me so much knowledge that I'm able to stop flare ups and since I'll have the hip issue for my whole life that is priceless.
