This review is long overdue and Carli at Arrow PT is nothing less than amazing. She was so great in treating my pain and compounding issues. I got a clear, comprehensive plan that adapted to my progress and always met my physical and comfort challenges. She was able to fit me in for emergency appointments when things got really bad with flair ups. Ultimately, I am living my most pain-free life, with tools and tips that have sustained my success, months and months later. I can't thank Carli enough. read more

Sarah is great! I really can't say enough about her friendly bedside manner, her skill as a PT, or her common sense approach to treatment. Sarah works with each patient 1:1 and allows plenty of time during your appointment to get lots of good work in. I came to her after "doing something to my shoulder" about a year before-- which just never quite went away. Sara quickly identified what was causing the problem, performed some manipulation, did a movement assessment, taped me up, and sent me home with homework and an "rx" for some massage. She helped me understand the mechanics of why I was so sore and visualize how to move correctly. What she did NOT do was take away my barbell, which is a huge plus for me. After my first visit, massage, and a couple of weeks of "homework" I am now pain-free. I really love that you can go to see Sarah, and then come back every 3 weeks or so to check in & have your exercises adjusted vs needing to come in 3x a week. read more

I came here after months of searching a remedy for my back pain. I found Sara very knowledgeable, kind, friendly and a very positive person. She takes video of my movements and text them to me, so I can see my posture and practice doing better. she is very supportive and encouraging person. I don't have a good health insurance so I pay cash and she offers packages at discount. After being out of work for few weeks I feel better with only 2 visits. I'm very optimistic that continuing her recommendation I'll be pain free soon. read more

Beth is Awesome! I injured my shoulder while at the gym this past summer and was having a difficult time finding a good physical therapist. This was somewhat crushing as strength training is an important hobby of mine. I was adamant that I would find a physical therapist who would not only help me get my shoulder back into shape, but who could also help me understand what I should be doing at the gym to ensure my shoulder's long term health. After some difficulty finding a physical therapist, Arrow PT came recommended from a family member on the east coast who works in physical therapy. Arrow Physical Therapy is exactly what I was looking for! Beth has not only helped to make my shoulder feel better ... but more importantly has helped me understand the biomechanics of my shoulder and how to tend to them in order to prevent injury going forward. While it likely goes without saying that it's not enough to simply deadlift / squat / bench / shoulder press, Beth has really impressed upon me the importance of balancing out other supporting muscles in my back / shoulder that are missed by these core exercises. The complementary exercises she has been recommending have been very helpful. As a result, not only has my shoulder significantly improved, but I have been seeing improvements over previous PRs prior to my injury. I feel very lucky to have had the recommendation to go to Arrow Physical Therapy! Thank you Beth! read more

I just want to say that Sarah and team know how to heal. I was experiencing debilitating elbow tendinitis in both arms and the program that they gave me had me all better after two months. I had previously seen two different physical therapists whose recommendations did not help me at all. It was such a massive relief to find something that worked because I was starting to lose hope that it would get better and I really did not want to start doing cortisone shots or anything like that. Thank you for all of your help Arrow PT!!! read more

I started seeing Beth initially for some wrist pain and her PT exercises really improved my wrist issue in a very short amount of time (make sure you do your PT homework!). I've continued to see Beth to with a goal of increasing shoulder mobility and lat strength. I've seen a huge personal improvement in the time that i have been working for her. I highly recommend Beth, she's great and listens to all of your concerns and gives you tools to improve! read more

After nagging hip pain continued to worsen, an online search produced an interview clip which completely described my issues. The interview was with Dr Sarah Haran and she described her own hip impingement pain and how this had led her to specialize in the problem. Being fairly active, involved in weekly weight training and exercise, I was impressed with her background as a CrossFit Coach. I wanted results and that meant I needed help from someone who would not hesitate to use strong manual manipulations and training exercises to achieve significant change. Sarah met and exceeded all of my goals. She is the perfect blend of healthcare professional and athlete. I have found her to be knowledgeable, enthusiastic and committed to helping her patients achieve their health goals. I have recommended her to all of my friends who suffer hip impingement. I consider myself lucky to be her patient, since she has brought about the first hip pain relief I have enjoyed in years. She has a beautiful office, professional training equipment, efficient paperwork, and is perhaps the best healthcare provider you could seek out for hip issues, I rate her practice with five stars. read more

Sarah is an amazing PT who really understands the needs of athletes and weekend warriors. She helped correct some shoulder issues I had from spending way too much time in front of the computer quicker than I ever could have dreamed of. She quickly understood my needs and gave me a personalized plan - plus, she is so friendly and fun that I looked forward to my appointments. If you do any kind of Crossfit or other sports, Arrow PT is the place to go! I've referred half a dozen friends to her and they have all been pleased. read more

Awesome, awesome PT facility. I'm dealing with a number of problems (bulging disc, mobility due to scoliosis) -- I started to see Sarah after having her as a coach for a while at Ballard CrossFit. We started to address the mobility issues and wow, excellent guidance across the board. For a long time I thought that my lack of ability to lift a certain amount was due to muscle mass, after seeing Sarah she identified that it was mobility and we started to work on improving that. I'm really impressed with the information, guidance and continued support, more than I've ever really experienced before. read more

Sarah is an excellent physical therapist, compassionate person, and a thoughtful care provider. If you are looking to improve your performance, balance you body, or especially to rehab a labral tear, Sarah is your gal! Sessions are thorough and personalized. Money and time well worth spent. Thank you, Sarah! read more

I have gone to see Beth for help with mobility and minor ligament pains and she helped me improve my mobility and shoulder strength in less than a month with some simple exercises! Its nice that she is also an active athlete/coach so she is familiar with the movements at crossfit, fitness in general and running. I would highly recommend Beth if you need a PT for sports related and non sports related injuries or pains. My ligament pain has gone away after a couple weeks with cupping and exercises. I will be moving out of Seattle and tempted to make a trip back for PT with Beth if needed in the future. In addition, Arrow PT makes you feel a sense of importance to improve and stay healthy and you do not feel rushed. Beth takes the time to talk with you and address all your needs and concerns. read more

I have had back injuries for years and no shortage of seeing PT's. Most of the time I'd get stuck on a machine, in a room with some heat pad on me, or with an assistant who talked my ear off while the PT was MIA. This is not PT and I did not heal. Then I hurt my shoulder doing crossfit and met Sarah ( cue the angels singing!) This is a person PT who has not forgotten what the core values of being a PT and treating patients is all about. She is 100% hands on, there is just her and you working on your healing and education around the correct way to exercise. She uses many types of treatments, none of which include leaving you in a room with a heating pad on. Search no more, you have found your PT here! Thank you Sarah for your passion and compassion as a PT. Kristen Katsaros read more

Whether you're struggling with an acute injury or a chronic issue, I highly recommend Corley. She helped me with chronic hip pain that started during my first pregnancy, then de Quervain's tenosynovitis that came about after holding/nursing my second kiddo (it's a damn good thing babies are so cute), and she's provided insightful, compassionate care for both. I remember hearing that it can take over a decade to implement medical research into clinical practice, but Corley is way ahead of where most health care practitioners are in this country. She understands the role of the nervous system when dealing with pain, and works with the body as a whole to facilitate healing. I'd previously seen two different sports medicine doctors and at least four other physical therapists, and I was honestly afraid I was destined to be in pain forever. Thanks to Corley, I've been able to resume running AND get my quality of life back on track. She's the best! read more

Sarah is a true expert. I always learn a lot from her, feel listened to and am inspired by her personal level of fitness. And bonus, she is super nice with a great sense of humor! Sarah thinks globally to identify patterns that helped created the injury and how to prevent future injuries. Too often PT is about performing a rote list of exercises in a crowded room with an overbooked therapist. That's the opposite of the Arrow Physical Therapy experience...not to mention it's a stylish and inviting space! Physical therapy is tough on the mind and the body. I'm thrilled I found Sarah Haran to help achieve the best possible outcome. Highly recommend! read more

I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars. After more than 6 years of suffering with hip and lower back pain, I finally discovered Sarah and her practice. What a difference!! She is so good at diagnosing the issues, explaining in real terms that normal people understand, and being extremely supportive. I couldn't be happier with my experience! read more

Sarah is amazing. She is very friendly and spends time understanding your problem and takes genuine interest in helping you get better. I actively crossfit and she has helped me recover from a chronic lower back pain and in the process to also get stronger and better at crossfit. She has corrected my form on various olympic lifts and given me useful pointers on high intensity training and weightlifting. I would strongly recommend ArrowPT for anyone who is struggling with injuries or need consultation on their lifting form. read more

I have seen over 10+ practitioners (PTs, chiros, MDs) in the Seattle area and no one takes as practical and holistic approach as Sarah Haran. She has been the QB for my CrossFit related injuries by helping triangulate w/ other care providers, keeping an open mind to what MDs say, but also experimenting on what does and doesn't work. Ultimately she wants you to keep moving and stay healthy and works diligently to find ways for you to do so while in recovery. She focuses on the long term by helping improve your movement mechanics. Yes you get homework to do but in the her office you're moving and learning - gaining tangible mechanics you can implement immediately. And she is consultative to what you are doing outside the gym/her office (diet/sleep) which are a significant factor for any issues/goals. If you're a Crossfitter you'll be happy to know Sarah continues her education with updated certs and seminars. No matter if you have an injury or simply are looking to move better - come see Arrow PT! read more

Sarah and Beth are truly the best. I had two surgeries for a shattered elbow and recovery was lengthy and tough, but Sarah really made all the difference. Originally I had tried getting treatment through therapists that took my insurance, but I was unhappy with subpar results, unanswered questions, and was growing increasingly frustrated. I cannot say this enough, but Sarah is worth every penny. Not only is she a wealth of knowledge, but she is extremely detail oriented and methodic, all the while being her personable and motivating self. I really couldn't have gone through that process without her, let alone achieved the results I have. One million thank yous! read more

Sarah is a great PT; knowledgeable, compassionate, and good communicator. I like her approach, empowering you with the tools to take charge of your rehab. As an athlete I didn't need someone to just coach me through a series of exercises, what I needed was someone that understood my issue and designed a program that I could take and work on away from the clinic. Sarah was that person. I like that my entire appointment was spent working directly with her and that I was not handed off to an assistant. Her new office location is very convenient, just south of the Ballard bridge. read more

I started seeing Sarah for some shoulder impingement issues which was impacting my routine at the gym. Months later, I suffered a partial tear when I was at work. The doctor I saw told me that I needed to stop lifting heavy weights and never again overhead. The first PT I saw gave me a few exercises but after several months with no improvement, I went to see Sarah. She took the time to help teach me how my body moves and how to correct it. Instead of instructions, she gave me the tools I needed to help myself. She was patient and understanding of my needs. She truly has a passion for her work- and her clients! Within a few weeks I had improved mobility and healing. But the best thing I gained was the experience and direction she gave me to continue my rehabilitation. Oh, and I can lift heavy things overhead again : ) read more

Sarah has magic hands. My knee was bothering me for months and months after a skiing accident no matter how much rest I gave it. I think it was the meniscus. I went to a sports med who did little to help me so I went to see Sarah. In one visit my knee felt so much better and has stayed that way weeks later. She gave me a solid plan for recovery and I am confident that I am on the right path now. Thanks Sarah! read more

Sarah is nothing short of amazing. Started seeing her for dual torn hip labrum and have since seen her for 3 or 4 other issues - including strength work through two pregnancies. I have recommended her over and over to family and friends. She is skilled, thoughtful, creative and professional. She is super dedicated to making sure each athlete works towards achieving their goals and heals proficiently. She's my go-to for every issue - from general strength and fitness issues to large injuries. read more

Sarah is a miracle worker! Two years ago I had three different surgeons tell me I needed surgery for a labral hip tear. I was in so much pain that I couldn't even do normal daily activities and definitely couldn't keep up with my 3 little kids. I saw Sarah for the first time just a few weeks before my scheduled surgery and she immediately had me start on mobility, strengthening and neuromuscular re-education exercises. I ended up canceling the surgery. After five months of dedicated work with Sarah, my pain was gone and I was able to be completely physically active. I'm so grateful for her exceptional care - she gave me so much knowledge that I'm able to stop flare ups and since I'll have the hip issue for my whole life that is priceless. I would absolutely recommend seeing Sarah - especially if you have any hip/labral tear pain. read more
