We arrived when we were told to arrive, which was 30 minutes early in order to fill out some paperwork. I think our appointment was delayed due to a late show, but it was not a bother to me since I used to be that way when my life was overscheduled and now it was not. The doctor was very professional, detail oriented, and trustworthy. The staff was very personable. I would highly recommend this office and plan on coming back.

The staff is friendly and helpful, everything was explained adequately. The cost of the procedure was surprisingly low. My only complaint is that an appointment scheduled for a particular time may last for hours, much of the time sitting in the waiting room. I understand that medical procedures can't be precisely scheduled, but there ought to be a way to cut down on the wait time. That said, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Moore and his colleagues to anyone.

When I requested a necessary accommodation letter for my job, the one they initially sent was so poorly written that my employer said it made no sense and was completely invalid. It is now Friday, and not only has the updated letter still not been sent, but I've also been ignored and left hanging in a situation that directly affects my employment and ability to work safely. This kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable. It shows a complete disregard for patient care, urgency, and responsibility. A simple task like faxing a corrected letter to my doctor has turned into a week-long ordeal -- and still, nothing. He also stated he "wouldn't be mad" if I chose to stay with my original prescription instead of going with the lower strength one, as if a decision regarding my body and what is going to be best for me should include factoring in his emotions. I had an associate from the walmart on booth road call in for them to contact me about a follow up. They called and were going to charge again for an amount of $80-$100 for a follow up.
