My only complaint is that an appointment scheduled for a particular time may last for hours, much of the time sitting in the waiting room. I understand that medical procedures can't be precisely scheduled, but there ought to be a way to cut down on the wait time. That said, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Moore and his colleagues to anyone.

Additionally, the level of care I received was disappointing. When I expressed that I was in pain after the procedure, the staff member assisting me (Rhea, if I recall correctly) showed little concern and simply stated, "It won't last forever," when I asked how long the pain would last. No aftercare guidance or recommendation, such as taking ibuprofen, was provided. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience and do not anticipate returning beyond picking up the teeth mold I was required to pay for.
