First, I got someone on the phone ..no answering service or answering machine. Second, I was able to make a same day appointment. We arrived when we were told to arrive, which was 30 minutes early in order to fill out some paperwork. I think our appointment was delayed due to a late show, but it was not a bother to me since I used to be that way when my life was overscheduled and now it was not. The doctor was very professional, detail oriented, and trustworthy. The staff was very personable. I would highly recommend this office and plan on coming back.

For the…read morefirst time in years I can drive at night without worrying about it, and my distance vision is as good as it ever was. The staff is friendly and helpful, everything was explained adequately. The cost of the procedure was surprisingly low. My only complaint is that an appointment scheduled for a particular time may last for hours, much of the time sitting in the waiting room. I understand that medical procedures can't be precisely scheduled, but there ought to be a way to cut down on the wait time. That said, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Moore and his colleagues to anyone.

Review Title: Unacceptable Service and Complete Lack of Professionalism…read more I have worn glasses my entire life and never experienced such unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly careless treatment from an eye care provider. This office has completely failed to meet even the basic standards of communication, follow-through, and respect for patient needs. The doctor rushed through my exam as if I were a burden, spending barely five minutes with me. When I requested a necessary accommodation letter for my job, the one they initially sent was so poorly written that my employer said it made no sense and was completely invalid. This forced me to request a corrected version -- which I've now been waiting on since Saturday. It is now Friday, and not only has the updated letter still not been sent, but I've also been ignored and left hanging in a situation that directly affects my employment and ability to work safely. This kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable. It shows a complete disregard for patient care, urgency, and responsibility. A simple task like faxing a corrected letter to my doctor has turned into a week-long ordeal -- and still, nothing. If you're looking for eye care where you'll be taken seriously, respected, and properly supported, look elsewhere. This experience has been beyond disappointing -- it's been infuriating.

Buyer beware: Mandatory upcharges and no on-site doctor.I booked an eye exam here for my child and…read moremyself, but I am incredibly disappointed by their policies. During the appointment confirmation call, I was informed that there is a mandatory $44 fee per patient for retinal imaging. When I explained that our insurance does not cover this and requested to opt out, I was told it is strictly required. The reason they gave is that they currently have no doctor on-site. Instead, they require the imaging so they can send the files to a remote doctor for a virtual consultation. It makes absolutely no sense to charge patients an additional fee to compensate for a lack of in-person staff. One would think that without a doctor on the payroll at this location, operational costs would be lower, not passed onto the consumer as a forced upcharge for a virtual workaround. If a clinic cannot provide a standard, in-person eye exam, they should be upfront about it during booking. I will be taking our business to a clinic that actually has a doctor on staff.
