If I could give 10 stars , I certainly would. This was a most excellent service I have ever had. I am traveling the southeast, my glasses broke at the temple and I did not bring a spare. Big mistake. I called Brown's Eye Center to see if they were available and could possibly help me. The phone receptionist was kind, polite and professional and advised me to come in and let them check the eyeglasses. I did go in and was met with a professional, kind and most eficient optician you will ever meet. I appreciate the service and their great attitudes of everyone there. Alicia at Brown's eye center is the bomb! I brought both my kiddos here and she was very helpful and patient as my daughter tried on 45 pairs of glasses to find the "perfect pair". She also made sure our glasses were mailed to our new address and made sure to put both of my children's pair in one shipping saving me money. I had an eye exam in October'23 and was required to pay for glasses up front. I ordered glasses and sunglasses and paid $541 total. The lenses have not been right. my vision is so distorted! I have spent months working with them, trying to get them right. Today I requested a refund and was told they NEVER issue refunds! So basically they do not stand by their service or products! I experienced the poorest customer service I've ever received at this establishment. I was checking out and the representative gave me a total. I informed her, my insurance company told me my benefits would cover majority of the services I had received. I told the representative I could call my insurance company to have someone confirm my coverage. I proceeded to call my insurance company. She walked away and came back with another worker & tells me if I wanted to get back with them when I find out that was fine. I said, "I'm calling my insurance company." They said "yea but we are closing". I asked, "if time was an issue why did someone schedule me at 4:30?" I also said I just need to confirm my coverage because my insurance company told me my benefits would cover majority of today's visit. The ladies said, "yea that something that should have been done prior to my visit." I had spoke with someone from my insurance company the day before & while I was there. I called my insurance company back to confirm the information that I was previous given. However, after speaking with someone with my insurance company the representative wanted me to speak with someone else. I told the ladies I would go ahead & cash out & I will request a reimbursement from my insurance company. One of the ladies said that was fine the worker proceed to say yea just call back when you know something. She was so ready to get me out of there she wasn't paying attention to what I was saying. Then told me she would email my receipt tomorrow. I asked if I could get my receipt today? She said yes. As a business owner I pride myself on customer care & respect. Some people feel so entitled that they forget the public choose to do business with them. We are living in unprecedented times. One day the doors of your business can be open & one day the doors of your business can be closed. No one is exempted!!! read more

Great establishment! Unnoticeable from the road, but once you step in it's an experience. I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. The interior is excellently decorated and there is ample seating available. Clean and pleasant smelling. They accept TRICARE, which is a major plus. I bring my children here, the staff is excellent with the little people. Definitely recommend their services. This is our 3rd year utilizing their services. read more

Good selection, most of the office staff is friendly - a couple rushed and not concerned about the customer. Good doctors. I ordered two pair of sunglasses - one prescription and one regular - they both came back wrong. One had the wrong lenses and one had the wrong frames. Other than that i would recommend them. I have went to Brown's years ago and decided to try them again. The service was crappy. I was told that I couldn't try on my contacts because they were busy. Also she went on this spill about hippa and no one could be back in that middle area. So I ask go ask the doctor because y'all text me to pick them up and top off they said I couldn't take them. So after talking to the doctor she came out and said I'm giving you 15 minutes to get it because it was my first time doing contact. I really didn't feel good about the way she treated me that day, but I continued being nice. So I'm not going their again for next year. read more

In November 2019, I had an eye appointment. The Doctor was excellent! However, the people up front need some work. I have 20/20 vision for distance but need bi focals for reading. I asked for clear lens for distance and , of course, bi focal for reading. When I got my glasses , they were single lens. That is, bi ficals top to bottom. They told me that is what I requested. I had to pay $91 for them. Why would I request this! So, I go back today to explain and they would not correct the error. Now I paid another $190 to correct their mistake. What a joke! I explained the situation to the lady up front and she said that she would take care of it . She did not. It is so easy to spend another person's money. I hope to find a competent eye specialist . The girl I had today seemed to be a trainee, very nice, but was lost and getting advice from the person who messed up my first visit. Not a good feeling. read more

To start I am giving them two stars because my first visit was so pleasant and smooth. Today (about 2-4 weeks from my original appointment) I called to see if they had my contact prescription in stock and when I was told no I asked could they change my prescription to my brand I was using before visiting this eye doctor (because I can go and buy them in stock at my old eye doctor and not wait for shipping etc), and I was told that before I go to 1800 contacts to try and order my old brand that I should have called because they are controlled by the FDA and "its like getting a prescription for xanx and asking the pharmacist for Percocet" so I told her I was not stupid, and that I had not tried to order any contacts and she says to me " would you like for me to try and help you or not" so I simply drove to their office to get my prescription changed and will never be back. It's funny no one would give me her name when I went up there so I resulted to just letting all of Warner Robins know about how they employ such NASTY people!!! If I was to talk this way to anyone at my job I would be written up or fired! read more
