I've never experienced medical professionals that will not accept you as a patient. My husband and I filled out the new patient form as they asked, sent them in, and after 3 days I received an email stating that we were not accepted. They also said they would not disclose the information as to why. We heard great things about their PA and were excited to experience great doctor care. read more

I'm confused by the negative reviews. I've been a patient for years and think they're wonderful. The staff is courteous and professional. I seldom have to wait long and am able to get appointments quickly. Lab staff are quite competent, painless and quick. Results are timely - eg: appointment Friday, results available Tuesday with Monday a holiday. LOVE THEM! read more

Very disorganized, and very slow with giving you your lab results. Pretty much an "I'm here to get paid kind of place" because if you want your lab results you must make an appointment. Some doctors just prefer to get paid for every little thing while some will call and give you your results and some will add them to your patient portal. They refused to change my obgyn unless I spoke with their referral specialist. My ex-provider was barely ever in. They faxed my private ultrasound results to a imaging center without my permission and lied about it to my insurance. Now it's going to be a bigger problem. Find medical doctors and specialists in and very close to Atlanta Georgia if you can because they are the best and have a very organized healthcare system. Stay away from middle Georgia especially Perry Family Practice. read more

Very caring and friendly! The staff is friendly and patient. Dr. Velie is always so polite to her staff and smiles at everyone. She sets such a wonderful tone in the office. I personally use Ally, and she is phenomenal. I couldn't be happier with this practice!! read more
