I have been going to this place for 2 insurance / eye exam cycles , and the staff here are friendly and welcoming. The store is clean and well lit as well. They have a large selection of glasses to look at, and the employees are more than happy to help you find a pair (or two ;)) that you feel is perfect for you. There is also plenty of parking outside. Upon entry I was greeted each time I invited, though some were delayed if there was only one person working the floor and they were busy fitting a customer. They looked up my insurance and let me know what it covered, as well as offered to help me find glasses I liked. Specifically I got to interact with Heather, who is amazing and went above and beyond with customer service and care. She was friendly, professional, and also knowledgeable about this field, which can make a big difference for end term customer satisfaction! She was transparent with the pricing break down, explained to me the different kinds of lenses etc, and answered questions I had so I gained clarity. Everything was clear and easy to understand, and made shopping for frames fun and enjoyable! When I went to pick up my glasses when they were ready, I looked forward to coming to the store because I got to say hi to Heather! All around pleasant experience and happy to return in years to come. read more

July 25 2026 all around excellent customer service optometrist, optometrist exam staff Heather great team here great selection glass frames. Definitely looking forward to coming back next year great location near everything eaters use Walmart, etc.. read more

I walked into this location today and had exceptional service. The whole day was smooth from check in to check out. Before my eye exam I picked out my frames so by the time I was done with the exam Emil was just adding my prescription so I could be on the way. Everyone here was welcoming and very professional the atmosphere was nothing but comfortable. Thank you for making an errand feel like it wasn't an inconvenience. Can't wait to get my new glasses! read more

They were not transparent with my insurance coverage. They created this story to why they accepted my insurance but were not able to apply it to my contact exam and had to charge me for eye glasses prescription as well. Lastly, they overcharge for contacts boxes. Stay way especially if you have Davis as your insurance. read more

The optometrist is FANTASTIC but the eye glass side recently was HORRIBLE. I have been meaning to contact the main office because the woman that was working the eye glass counter was beyond rude. Normally my reviews are compliments and I avoid posting negative because everyone posts negative ones. I walked in to just pick up my glasses and she was helping another customer and seemed frustrated with him so I waited for her to acknowledge me... as if I was standing at the counter for no reason she rudely said can I help you with something and I smiled and said yeah just hear to pick up my warranty glasses. She starkly said go sit over there and I will get to you. I politely asked do you know about how long and snapped back about 15 minutes. I said okay I will come back. I had friends waiting.. she didn't say goodbye or anything else. I came back and 2 gentleman were working and said here to get my glasses. Pulled out the wrong customers first no big deal and handed me my other ones and I was out the door... it was all the other girl had to do. I told them my last experience and they played it off like they didn't know who worked the day prior and as I was walking out she was walking out from the back and I said and that's her. read more

One word, Gabe! He helped my family and I select frames from start to finish and couldn't be happier! He was patient, personable, and understood exactly what I was looking for. I've been wearing glasses for all my life, so my opinions are very hard and fast, but I wanted to step outside of my comfort zone this time around and look for something different. Gabe took his time to listen to my wants and needs and helped me select multiple options. Not to mention the effort put into understanding my insurance benefits and working out the best lenses, frames, and cost. When our frames were ready, he was there with a smile to ensure my son's fit properly and my were well adjusted! Thank you visionworks for continuing to provide the service that keeps me coming back! read more

I am a regular customer with Visionworks, but not this particular location. I went in to this location on a quick mission to get my glasses adjusted (i had stepped on them) and they did a great job. Heather is a star! read more

Great customer services! Heather, thank you for fixing my glasses. My glasses is even better. read more

When I walked in, both employees were engaged in conversation, neither one greeted me. I gave them eye contact and they looked at eachother as if trying to decide who was going to help me. That was awkward because it seemed like that decision took forever, I felt like an inconvenience more than anything. The woman ended up assisting she was useless as she didn't explain much. The guy stepped in realizing I needed help. As much as I needed glasses and drove out of my way to this location, I decided not to use Visionworks after all. Such a poor experience. read more

I had a blast at this Visionworks location. The STAFF is great! Great customer service from the optometrist staff and Visionworks staff. Getting new glasses was an enjoyable experience. Amazing staff!!! Ally was very helpful over the phone as well as when me and my daughter went into pick out a frame. We are visiting Vegas and unfortunately my daughter broke her frame and needed a replacement asap, when my daughter called vision works Ally was very knowledgeable and gave her options and told her to come into the store. When we arrived Ally and a gentleman greeted us and went over options , although it was a slim possibility to find a frame that the lenses would fit in perfectly Ally and Heather searched the store for a frame that would fit my daughters lenses, we were so thankful that they were able to find one frame the was a match and Heather made slight adjustments to frame for the lenses to fit. We are beyond thankful to find this vision works with such helpful and knowledgeable staff! read more
