Maybe one day we will live in a world where we can utilize insurance as much as we see fit ‍ I brought some glasses that I got here last year to have repaired and my warranty covered a whole new set for only $50. The original price for the frames and lens were about $700 altogether. It's definitely expensive to have visual acuity, but I think we can all agree it's a source we all rely on to maneuver through our daily lives! Eye care providers are the real silent heroes and I'm thankful for everyone's service provided during each visit. Appointments are always pretty much on time and I'm usually in and out at a pretty decent rate. I've not gotten glasses from them but I do get my contacts through them. I believe they have a home delivery option but I've also picked them up there. I've never had any insurance issues and the clinic is always clean. Some years ago I had done business with Fairway and remembered the excellent customer service. In fact the only reason I really switched was they didn't have the frames I wanted. I digress. So after getting a completely outrageous quote I called Fairway and asked for Tina. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out she was still there. I explained my dilemma and all I can say is that Fairway came to the rescue once again. The prices were completely reasonable and Fairway stands 100% behind their product and customer service. My wife called in to get a quote, she was very specific that I needed both an exam for glasses & an exam for contacts the quote was for $135. When I get finished with my exams the total bill came to $252! We called Epic Vision to figure out why the cost was over a $100 more than the original quote the stated that we were quoted a wellness exam and again we were extremely specific that we needed both exams. We asked if they would honor the original quote that they provided to us, of course they would then preceded to LIE to us and tell us that the charge couldn't be changed because there was no way to stop or change the charge. Long story short don't waste your time or your money all they will do is misquote you, lie to you & be rude as soon as you walk in the door. Why would you want to work with a lying company? Avoid at all costs!

The staff is always nice and it is clean. I am usually able to get scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. The only reason I gave a four is that the machine has went on the blitz several times in the middle of the testing. They have gotten it worked out during those times but I despise the testing because it takes longer than a typical test so I've had to prolong the testing.
