    I would give 0 stars if I could. I had an appointment here today, and arrived a little early. When I walked in there was no one at the front desk and three women wearing casual clothes at a fitting table (you know, the half circle table used for appointments). Without standing, they asked how they could help, I said I had an appointment, and they directed me to sit down. While waiting, one of the girls were singing "Never Say Never" by Justin Bieber, louder than necessary, incorrectly, and badly might I add. I just thought they were having fun but also thought this was unprofessional at the time. A different girl rolled her chair across the waiting room to me and starts asking me questions while tapping on the iPad. I'm a student, on my parents insurance. Now, rolley chair girl took my medical insurance, saw that my family had been to VW before, and ultimately came to the conclusion that I am not listed as a dependent on the insurance, and must pay almost $200 for my contacts appointment. This didn't seem right to me- I've been coming to a different location for 10+ years and they can always find my insurance through my parents. So I get on the phone to sort this out, and eventually walk outside so I wasn't being rude. I was out there for 10 mins on the phone with another vision works location (Bel Air, MD) where the lovely woman on the phone told me that she easily could see my insurance plan. So I go back inside. The girls are still sitting down at a table together, she tells me to have a seat. Rolley chair girl asks if I've been helped (as if she didn't remember me from 10 mins ago) and I say yes, I have a new insurance number. She asks what it is and I give her the name of the plan. She immediately found it... without my ID number or anything. Because it was already in the system. Then she tells me that the doctor has another appointment in 15 mins and cannot see me. I informed her that my criticism is nothing personal, but that I've been coming here for 10 years with similar insurance and there has never been an issue so bad that I had to handle it myself like that. I told her that I felt like if she had tried harder and paid more attention to my situation that I feel like she could have figured it out (like the lady from Bel Air did) she tells me it's a new system, and that next time I should have my insurance ready. I tell her that may be so, but it doesn't make sense that it was in the computer already (mind you I didn't give her my policy number), someone else figured it out, and NOW I've missed my appointment. She says she can make me another one for next week, and I decline and say I won't be back. I tell her that I'm sorry, but this is the worst customer service that I've ever had at a VisionWorks and I feel like if they hadn't been goofing off she could have helped me. This is when her attitude went from 10% helpful to -500% helpful. She tells me that it's my fault and all three girls start yelling at me at once, and telling me to leave. I tried to explain my frustration again, commenting on how rude they were being. And basically said no worries because I just simply won't be back-- as I'm walking out the door one of them says something like "girl bye, what kind of 25 year old doesn't know her own insurance". I swing back around, clearly frustrated and say "you can't even wait for the door to close before you start talking about me?" More yelling happens. Eventually the doctor comes out and I try to explain the issue-- except one of these horrible girls won't let me speak to the doctor and is yelling over me. Eventually I leave, almost in tears (I cried in the car). Not once did the doctor apologize to me. Customer Service Fails: 1. Not one person stood to greet me 2. They asked me insurance questions from across the room, before rolling herself over to me 3. She gave up on helping me once she thought I didn't have insurance. I told her it was a mistake but all the girls were talking at me at the same time in a very confusing way trying to explain why I would need to pay $200 for a contacts appointment. Absolutely no effort. 4. They blamed me missing my appointment on me! When they easily could have called the Bel Air office for me, or simply looked harder and asked more questions 5. Three adult women started cursing me out over contacts 6. These women were so unprofessional and casually dressed that I didn't even think they worked there at first 7. The doctor was no help and did not apologize for my experience (I mean that's what the customer service lady's should be there for right?!) I will be more prepared next time. But those women need a lesson in smiling and nodding and allowing a customer to vent about a bad experience. I tried to be nice but my frustration mixed with being ganged up on my three extremely unprofessional women almost had me in tears. Dr. Ali should fire her front desk workers and hire people who want to help people.

    When you wait two weeks for your glasses to be done only to find out they messed up your $400 lenses.

    The 2 new girls are horrible!!! 1. I went to get lenses for…read morea pair of glasses I bought online. They were unable to find my records. Lucky for me I had a copy of my prescription in my phone. 2. I inquired about getting lenses for 2nd pair of glasses and was quoted over $700 through my insurance for basic clear progressive lenses and nothing extra!!! I went elsewhere and got the lenses through my insurance for $275!!! 3. I had to go back 3 times to get the progressive lenses corrected. The 2nd time I went back one of the girls said ... oh we will raise the progressive 2mm without measuring... I knew they wouldn't come back correct. Thank goodness Steve was there when I went to return them and request a refund! He's always on point!!! I will continue to have my eyes exam there. But if those 2 girls are there to assist with frames and lenses, I will definitely go elsewhere for that!!!

One says we're gonna order a new frame good that's great the other one hands me an eye glass quick fix center address which is in laurel ? Now I'm sure they were supposed to order me a new frame ! I have been coming g here for 3 yrs now and never any issues until today . It's Tuesday @ 3 :55 pm I had no issue with them before this my son wears glasses full time it's very frustrating !
