This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever gotten in my entire life. David, a manager, was supposed to be helping me pick out my frames. He suggested one pair and then walked away, never returning. No one checked on me for at least 30 minutes. When I was ready to order my glasses they had a new person helping me who had zero idea of what he was doing. He rang me up 5 different times and the total was different each time. When he asked for help from David he would get a quick answer and was then left on his own again, even though it was clear he didn't know what he was doing. I eventually gave up and left without ordering any glasses. When I called later to complain, David answered and clearly didn't like hearing that he was part of the problem. Had a glasses emergency Tuesday went in right before closing and Mariah and Catalina were both so very friendly and helpful. Never been to this location before but definitely will be back! You would not have guessed it was closing time. They exude customer service! I absolutely recommend this location and these two wonderful ladies. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!! On 9/2/20 went here to pay for a year's worth of contact lenses. Elizabeth first ran my FSA card, said it was declined then ran my personal card. I took my receipts to work to submit to my FSA company to get a refund. They denied my claim saying that they had paid the bill already. Elizabeth didn't know what she was doing. She charged me on both my cards. I have been back there for over a month trying to get my refund and keep getting a runaround. Maria the retail manager is clueless. She said that she talked to customer service(who never answers the phone) and they put my refund in on the 12th of October. Now I have to wait three weeks to get a refund?? Since when has it ever taken that long to get a refund? Three weeks will make it on the 2nd of November. That will be two months to get back my money. We just got done with a visit to this store and had a surprisingly great time. I can't imagine a scenario where I say "wow we had fun at the eye clinic" but getting some frames and sunglasses while working with Calvin was a surprisingly good experience. He knew his business and the few times he didn't immediately know the answer he was humble enough to ask someone who did. He was respectful and cheery and made what could otherwise be a pretty drab bit of business much better. We didn't feel like he was trying to sell us anything inasmuch as he was simply helping my wife and I find what we needed. Go see Calvin if you need some frames. read more

Went in today to get glasses for my 6 month old son! Mariah helped us out. She made us feel at ease and comfortable and she was so good with our baby! So I work Monday through Friday like most people and could only get in on a Saturday. I asked them when I made the appointment if they needed my insurance info before I came in. To which I was told no, you don't need it until your appointment. So I found out what it covered. 35 dollar copay and 100 in contacts or glasses. I go in and they tell me that I have to pay full price bc my insurance company is closed on weekends. And they can't do shit about it. Pay full price or cancel and come during the week which I can NOT do bc I WORK. So I cussed them out and told them I'll be going elsewhere. Screw that place for telling me they didn't need my insurance info BEFORE my appt bc obviously they DID. Rididculous and unprofessional. They looked like idiots. read more

Had a vision checked almost 6 months ago at Vision Works went back to vision Works to get contact lenses, they informed me they wanted to do a completely new Eye exam on top of a contact fitting before I could order me some contacts. I could understand contact fitting but they are just want more money for a new Eye exam that is not even six months that they gave to me. It is all about the money to them no customer service you walk in everybody is walking around like you bothering them when you walk in the front door I refused to give people like that my money. read more

My dad had a bad experience here recently. He went in early July to get an eye exam and some new glasses (He ordered two pairs). He paid something between 700 and 800 out of pocket because he needs bifocals. The first one was ready but not the second even though they told him he'd have both. He went in anyway, tried them on, and suspected something wasn't right with them because he couldn't see. The employee spoke to the eye doctor, told him he'd need to wear them for a couple days, and come back if they were uncomfortable. My dad did come back in with them and told them there was something wrong with it. The eye doctor saw him again and realized that these new glasses had the wrong prescription.... really? At least the eye doctor figured that out, but if the wearer can tell something is wrong, shouldn't you look into it before you let them walk out of the door and drive away in them? That's potential for some serious accident. They said it would be another week before he'd get the new prescription and the other set of glasses (one of the employees said it'd be ready Monday/Tuesday). He went in a couple days after they called to tell him the new prescription was ready. He got the corrected glasses and then asked about the other pair. They acted like he didn't order a second, kept typing in the computer for his name, and then told him it would be another week. Guess what? It's the end of July and no glasses. Really? I wonder what really happened to them... He decided not to give the new ones back and cancel the order. He still paid for the eye exam of course, but they refunded him for the glasses. I've stopped going to this one since 2009 too. I wear contacts and didn't like wearing the Frequency brand they prescribed after about the second year. I wore that brand for 6 years, and every time I went in I told the eye doctors if there was anyway to prescribe a different brand, something that didn't hurt my eyes and something more affordable (Frequency was ridiculously expensive... $30- 50/box). While I could see fine, the comfort level wasn't that great. The doctor would tell me, "It's Colorado. It's dry. Live with it. Use more eye drops." I understood that. I used eyedrops. I switched lens cleaners, and I still had issues with those contacts. I've been going to the one at Park Meadows instead, and I was able to switch my prescription to Accuvue Oasys. Wow! Not even a glare or a shrug or "a deal with it." We're not just customers. We're also patients. Listen to what we have to say. It's our eyes. read more

Worst customer service EVER. My wife and myself ordered glasses (Buy one get one free offer) and it still cost us over $800. We were told they would be ready in 7 days. We called 7 days later, they weren't ready. We called the day after and was told my wifes were ready but mine weren't. I called the day after and was told mine were broken in the making. They said they would call me and get them to me asap. I went into the store and complained that nobody had informed me about anything. They said they should arrive in 3 days, they didn't. I called the store the next morning and was informed they had arrived. I went to collect them and had to have them adjusted slighty as they were very loose fitting. The woman then slightly bent the frame to make them fit and said is that it and said have a good day. Please be advised if you want great customer service after paying out lots of money, DON'T GO HERE. read more

I beg of any one is thinking of using these clowns, think twice. My wife went for an yearly contact exam and was given a new prescription. Ok. They dialated her eyes and told her to wait 15 mins and the doctor would recheck her and she could go. Ok seems fair. 1 hour and 15 minutes later she got checked. Get to counter to pay for new contacts, the lady rings up wrong price and over charges us. Skip to 3 months later and there is a recall on the contact she bought, call vision works to have them tell us its ok to keep using them. My wife talked to the company and they told her to send them back vision works wants to charge her a $50 refitting fee on a recalled item. Their staff is unknowledeable and unfriendly. I would rather be blind than go to these clowns ever again read more

I've been to this location several times over the past year and there is only one time I recall having a great experience.The one time I had a great experience was when I was purchasing glasses... I can't remember her name but this lady was very polite and made the process of finding new glasses much easier for my mother and I. Every other time my visit has left me frustrated and angry. The biggest thing I've noticed in all my visits is the terrible customer service. NOT ONCE have I been there and seen your front desk staffed... and if your front desk is staffed, that would be a disappointment because that person is clearly not doing their job. For instance I walked in one day to a man standing at the front desk entering some information on the computer, I and several other customers stood there and weren't acknowledged as he kept his eyes glued to the screen, sometimes glancing our way and CLEARLY looking past us in an attempt to ignore our presence after he was done he then walked casually around the store completing other tasks, WALKED BACK to his position at the computer and continued about his business. (I had to check myself to see if I had suddenly turned invisible). It literally takes 10 seconds, learn some simple greetings teach your people to smile more... I don't care if you're busy, in fact it's quite understandable (it's not like I can't see that you're currently helping a customer fill in a prescription or find some new glasses or putting in some important info onto a computer) but simple acknowledgment goes a long way folks. It's the basic 101 of customer service and clearly all of your employees need to relearn this skill. Also why tf do none of you smile, every time i walk in I feel like I'm treated as an interruption that they'd rather not deal with, like I should apologize for simply taking up space in your store and requesting your services. Excuse my french but that's f***ing ridiculous. I've had to stand at the front desk for several minutes, taking up space... quietly waiting to be acknowledged... before one of your employees even said a word. (One time after not being acknowledged for a while I made a mistake of sitting down and expecting that you all would get to me when you had a chance... you know being a customer who wanted to make things as easy as possible for you all... and ended up sitting for a good 40 minutes with no one assisting me before I simply walked out) Also another side note even after being acknowledged and getting sent to wait to get my glasses adjusted I've still had to wait a while before being helped. Why not inform me of how long I'll be waiting there when I'm sent over. On another visit both stations where you normally adjust glasses were taken up by customers who clearly seemed to be there for more than a quick glass adjustment. A simple "hi" and " I'm sorry I'm currently helping this customer and it might be a while ____insert estimated wait time here____ before I can get to you" from the two employees seated there when I was sent over by your "front desk person" would've sufficed. (Once again on another visit after being acknowledged by someone and getting sent over to wait to get my glasses adjusted I made the mistake of sitting in the waiting area at the back by the windows instead of in the seats by the "glass adjustment station" and ended up having customers who'd just walked in take spots in front of me, and I again had to stand up wait to get acknowledged by an employee AGAIN and reclaim a spot in line this time taking up space in the seats next to the glass adjustment station to ensure I didn't lose my spot again) This could be fixed if your "front desk person" simply communicated to the person/persons at the station that they are directing me too. Like "hi employee, i can see you're busy assisting a customer there but this person is waiting to get her glasses adjusted, please see to her next."Simple it takes a couple seconds, and ensures that I feel I've been attended to even if I have to wait. It shouldn't matter where I sit in your store, I shouldn't be seated in a chair waiting for a service that I was told to wait for with no one acknowledging my spot in line. Yeah I get that I'm sitting in a chair and maybe all your employees are just assuming that I've been helped, but for 40 minutes really?!?! to not have one employee ask me have you been helped yet?! or were you waiting for something?! Really??!?! I shouldn't have to demand to be attended to. I don't like to be that demanding customer who is in your face and interrupts you while you're attending to other customers but I will be that person if I have to To end I'd like to stress that I'm not angry about having to wait. Waiting is fine I'm a patient person, but tell me something, acknowledge me at least, keep me updated about how long it'll be till you can attend to me, anything to not make me feel like some dumb broad sitting in a waiting room like i don't even exist. read more

I had an appointment schedule today for my son and pulled him out of school early just to ensure we are on time. When I arrived I was greeted by Joslin. She was so unprofessional and rude. When greeting me she just stared at the computer and didn't make any eye contact. She said, "Sign in and I need your insurance card". I told her if she would have looked at me she would have knew I was already handing her my card. We waited for a long time before she came back and said she was unable to verify my insurance because her computer was down. I asked her if she can call to verified my insurance because I knew it was active. She said "we are really busy today and if I can't verify through the computer then we can see you and you can reschedule for a different time." I asked her to call again. She told me she doesn't have time. Wow. What terrible customer service. I explained I pulled my son out for today's appt. She tells me I can pay out of pocket and come back on a less busy day. Why would I pay out of pocket if I have insurance that covers. I got so frustrated with the customer service here. I would not recommend this locations to anyone! read more

I came here a couple days ago needing glasses. The lady on the phone told me that I needed an exam even though I had just gotten one less than a year ago. I was okay with it but just found it a bit odd. I had an appointment scheduled at 4:30 and showed up 10 minutes early. Some lady and her kid showed up 15 minutes after me and were taken in first to see the doctor. I waited almost a whole hour to be seen. The visit with the male doctor was great and he was very nice. One specific receptionist with glasses an overbite and highlights was exceptionally rude. I watched her as she treated clients like they were scum of the earth, it seemed like she wanted to up sell them constantly pushing new things when they clearly seemed uncomfortable about it. All in all I waited an hour to be seen AFTER having and appointment, payed about $700 for my glasses and exam. I have surely learned my lesson and wont be coming back. Hell lenscrafters would have been a whole lot cheaper! Thanks for screwing me over guys! And please get rid of that horrible receptionist your place would be 100% less trashy. read more
