It was also after SEVEN hours of her working on my hair after she had to fix it because the first time the color came out rust red all over. She had blamed the color she purchased saying that it must have been a bad batch. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I told her I would book again so she could get the color correct. She then ghosted me and did not return any of my calls or text messages. I reached out several times overall several weeks and I left messages on her work line as well.
