Life saver. After being mauled by a dog and suffering severe stress and chronic stress /…read moreinflammation I started noticing my eye sight seemed off and not as sharp as it was. Chronic stress can do a lot to the eyes , and I never really pursued the situation until my eyes kept wandering causing massive migraines , vomiting and even inability to see light on phones or even dark to light - I went in for a routine eye exam, which then turned into a very thorough exam, which made me feel really taken care of , we discussed every single one of my concerns, and she didn't rush me at all, and because she didn't rush me, funny enough a lot of my symptoms fit perfectly into the new neurolenses - I trusted her, even though the price was quite high, and I am my first week wearing glasses for the first time in my life, and I can't even believe how I was living without these. If anyone's reading this, definitely get your eyes checked because if I didn't, I probably would've done further damage to my eyes

While the doctor was very nice, my overall experience at EyeCare Associates was extremely…read moredisappointing. The staff was rude and lacked any real knowledge or customer service skills AND my prescription was wrong (I cannot see out of them). When I called to report my situation, the woman at the front desk told me I needed to "give it two weeks" for my eyes to adjust. When I told her that I was having trouble reading or using a computer with the glasses, she suggested I move the object farther away until the text became clearer--completely ridiculous advice for prescription glasses. When I asked to speak with or schedule another appointment with the doctor, she refused and instead put me on hold, never returning to the call and finally I was disconnected. And surprise, no one ever called me back. The level of this group's unprofessionalism was shocking. Bottom line, the glasses were expensive, and I can't even use them. I plan on calling my insurance company, my credit card company, BBB and I am researching an eye care association or board to file a formal complaint. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. I wish I had read their reviews before I went--it would have saved me both time and money.

I went back to PV twice and they suggested returning to Modern Focus as the lenses matched the script. The Dr at MF said my vision changed and gave me less of a correction. I feel her 11/25 script was inaccurate but she said no and charge me $60 for the new one because I didn't buy glasses there. What a rip off! PV is making my new lenses for free. Now that's good customer service. Oh, and I was the doctor's first appt of the day and she arrived 15 minutes late to work. Like my time isn't worth anything? Needless to say, I canceled my next exam. I went to Dr Gould for years and always received excellent care and customer service. MF could use a little training on both areas.
