They began with a thorough consultation, during which they assessed our roof, took detailed photos, and provided us with a clear and honest estimate--both with and without insurance assistance. Their transparency and professionalism set the tone for what would be an outstanding experience. What truly stood out was their commitment to communication. They scheduled a dedicated meeting to walk us through every aspect of the project, including the variety of shingle patterns and color options. They patiently answered all of our questions and made sure we felt confident in every decision. On the scheduled start date, the entire team arrived on time, professionally dressed, and ready to work. Their coordination and efficiency were impressive. Throughout the entire process, they maintained consistent communication, keeping us informed every step of the way. The final result? Absolutely stunning. The repairs involved rotted wood that either needed replacing and/or covered with aluminum coil. They added a nice bevel to the aluminum coil making it more attractive. The production team got this job squeezed in before winter, which I was so grateful to them for! My repairs were in need of some TLC before the snow fell. The team at Global Exterior Experts came back day after day until the job was complete and to my satisfaction. I have recommended them already to other neighbors and will continue to do so. However, Humberto and his team were super responsive and affordable. My family reached out to them through a general Google search after we began to get water leaking from the ceiling after all of the rain we got in the past few weeks. Beto was super quick to respond and professional, and came out to our house within a few days of contact. He took his time to figure out the problem and he didn't try to upsell us on anything which I really respected. He was very straightforward and to the point; once we agreed to the quote he gave us he went right to work same day. He and his team were in and out in about less than 30 minutes and cleaned up everything nicely. Overall, they were super professional and did a really good job. It may have been a small job but I could tell they didn't cut corners. Will use them in the future.

I highly recommend Ace Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof or roof repairs. Ted and his crew…read moreat Ace Roofing have replaced 5 roofs for me in the past 6 years, including my home and some rental property homes and stand alone garages in the Campton Hills and Geneva area. I'm very particular about any work being done and I'm also the type of person that shops around for everything, trying to find the best price and quality I can find for a project. There are many reasons I've continued to hire them over and over again, and will do so in the future, including: 1. their incredible customer service (always easy to get hold of, explains everything completely, offers options, show up when they say they will, handles all the permits, clear cost estimates upfront/no hidden fees, etc.), 2. Quality products (use quality building materials and options, offered up new technology options for venting that I'd never even heard of, great guarantees on roof, etc.), 3. Great work by a great crew (pays attention to details, honored my special requests, are quick (all of my roof jobs were completed in a day, including tear off and install), incredible cleanup of the area including picking up all nails, materials, so you wouldn't even know they were there) 4. Stand by their work (if I ever had a concern or a question about any of their work, they always addressed it and took care of it immediately if necessary, without a problem), 5. Extremely Fair and Affordable (Price for me with Ace Roofing was always the best around, and Ted always treated me fairly and was very upfront regarding any costs. With one job, a stray shingle that was removed and discarded from the roof accidentally scraped one of my window screens on the way down, which can happen with any roofing tear-off. Ted apologized and gladly reimbursed me for a brand new screen. You just don't see this type of customer service much any more these days)

Overall, we're happy with the quality of our new fence. The workmanship was good, the finished…read moreproduct looks great, and we felt the pricing for the fence itself was fair. Our only concerns were with communication and project management. Our signed contract included replacing the fence as well as demolishing and removing a concrete step. A few days after the project began, we were told the concrete removal would cost extra because the step was concrete. We didn't mind paying the additional cost--we understand unexpected situations can come up--but it was frustrating that this wasn't identified and communicated during the initial estimate or before the work started. The concrete step was identified on the day work began, and he mentioned the extra charge 3 days later. Once the fence was completed, we were asked for full payment even though the contracted work had not yet been finished. We ultimately agreed to pay the remaining balance because we didn't want to go back and forth. It also seemed like multiple jobs were being worked on at the same time, which delayed completion. We were told a jackhammer needed to be rented to complete the concrete removal, but it wasn't arranged until later, adding to the delay. Overall, we're pleased with the final product and the quality of the work. I would hire Danny again because the workmanship and pricing were good. However, I would make sure the contract had more detailed terms regarding change orders, payment milestones, and project completion timelines to avoid any misunderstandings. Better communication throughout the project would have made the experience much smoother.
