Nixon cleaning and Restoration has helped me many times and they are friendly, honest and informative. Yesterday, I had a final walk through prior to a closing and we stumbled upon a mildew issue and Mr. Nixon showed up within 30 minutes of me calling and explained his thoughts on the new found issue and treated the mold/mildew on the spot and made the purchaser feel confident moving forward. Very impressive. Do not hesitate to reach out to NCR.

However, what they quoted me for the full job was in line with/or better than what I knew the full job would be based on work done on previous homes. The real selling point for them is how fast they get back to you and how fast they schedule the work. If you need something done ASAP, contact them and you'll get it done fast at a fair price.

I gathered that this was not the kind of work they primarily do, it was done nicely and best part was they cleaned up after themselves. Communication/ language was definitely an issue but was workable with this type of short job. They work out of a small vehicle, which was very inconvenient. I was left to pick up supplies at store, as well they were not able to take leftover debris with them for disposal when job was completed.

Tell you they have an item when they don't, or don't have an item when they do (then I look right at it). On one occasion my wife used a coupon for a purchase, but she had to point out to the cashier that she rang it up incorrectly. The cashier would not allow her to use the coupon when she corrected the error - the coupon value was lost forever. If you think that sounds ridiculous, it is, but it is also par for the course for this SS location. The young people hired to work there need much better training and stronger supervision. I HIGHLY recommend Tractor Supply as an alternative.

Who would've guessed that Samsung is not a common brand that appliance repair contractors can fix…read more I contacted a few different contractors with no success. It looks like they serve a large area, so when I called I was told that they would be in the Richmond area on Wednesday and estimated the timeline of 11-1pm when I called Monday. The interaction was super quick and cordial. I did a search using Yelp, contacted someone I've used before and others sent me a quote. The company I used previously did not work on Samsungs. Professional Appliance Repair responded and told me to give them a call which I did. Talked to them and they were up front telling me $79 for the service call and if they find the issue and fix it they charge would go towards it. This also happened to be a rental home I manage so they asked me for the tenants number so they can work with them as far as time line. Everything was seamless, they came out to the house that morning and worked with the tenant. They found an issue with the sensors, which required that they order the part. They indicated it would take 3-4 days or so to get the part in. They got the part in the following Monday and fixed it. They accept venmo which is what I ended up paying through. Overall great experience and super responsive. I would totally use them again for the rental and my own home!

I wish more companies operated at this level of customer service, professionalism, and execution. From the first time Candace answered the phone until the installers left my house, Pro Line was absolutely exceptional. The team that did the installation took their time to get it right. They communicated what they observed during the installation and took time to make sure all my questions were answered. And they cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciate.
