Jay was our sales contact at American Windows and he was absolutely great. He has an engaging personality, and kept all his commitments to us. We appreciated that when installation day came, he swung by to ensure all was going well. Oh, how did the installation go? It was fantastic. Not only did the windows and door come earlier than promised, the American Windows crew came on time and worked quickly and professionally. We were amazed that the whole job only took 4 1/2 hours to complete. The windows and door materials are high quality and we are very satisfied with the results.

Although this specific element was not included in the original estimate, Jose installed it without fuss and did not charge for the part or his extra labor. Where can you find that kind of responsibility these days? I would never call anyone but Marshall!
