The whole experience was professional, straightforward, and refreshingly drama-free. They answered my questions, handled scheduling and follow-up well, and made payment easy. There was some delay in getting the window in, but that was partly due to my schedule and partly due to theirs, and I did not view that as a problem. The guys that came to install it, Edgar and Rick, had the same disposition as Richard. They worked quickly, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up once the work was completed. What I appreciate most is the time that Jeff, Trip and the rest of the folks who worked with us took to review the colors and finishings and styles of hardware they had available. I had some very specific design challenges (too much gold in the bathrooms) and they walked me through how I might minimize the impact of introducing yet another set of hardware (the glass hinges). Also when I went to their office in Manassas to see the hardware, the person who greeted me offered me a snack for the ride home since he know I had driven a long way. After I received a mirrored vanity that had a cracked drawer, I started looking around for anyone to fix it. For about $90, they were able to completely replace the drawer panel, and even though it's not 100% identical, it's close enough so you can't even tell.
