RESPONSIVENESS - very fast, very responsive, very professional. A tad too frequent, but apparently roof repair is a competitive business. INSPECTION - scheduled and conducted efficiently; exceptionally thorough inspection report (David). COST - in line with all other quotes, which are apparently driven by the insurance estimate. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof. Not being a roofer, it's difficult to assess the integrity of the new roof & shingles, however the end result appears clean and professional. Suspect the new, high-quality roof will increase the townhome value and/or decrease time to sell based on the high-quality products used and overall curb appeal of the work. Overall quite satisfied with Green Oak. Recommend.

I reached out to Green Oak after searching on Yelp (s/o), and was extremely glad I did. Brian H. took me through the process from start to finish, including an insightful explanation of the insurance claim process. The free estimate happened within a few days and ended up being lower than the insurance-assessed quote. He recommended a roof "tune up" as part of the package without pushing or trying to upsell me for more, which i really appreciated. He also accommodated my inquiry of adding on the installation of a bathroom exhaust vent cap, which was missing when we moved in. After being extremely reasonable on pricing and lighting-fast on responses, they scheduled and completed the work the day after signing. The team was efficient and respectful, with a huge attention to detail. We had some tears in our siding from removing our deck. He was able to purchase replacement pieces. The original manufacturer could not provide individual pieces but Jorge found a similar one that is nearly identical. Jorge approaches issues creatively. Instead of just replacing the siding (which was at a very visible spot in our backyard), he decided to take siding from the side of the house that is covered and use that at the back of the back of the house. That way, the siding all matched in the back where people hang out. The new pieces (which were very close to the original pieces) were put up on the side behind bushes. His knowledge about siding is high-level -- he knows his stuff.

We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. They gave me an accurate estimate and were very knowledgeable about the selection of materials available. I learned more about soffits and gutters, siding and roofing materials than I ever thought possible. They had a great crew who worked diligently every single day until each job was completed. They made adjustments where I wanted them and answered all of my questions. They did an excellent job of removing all of the trash. You wouldn't even have known they were ever there. He quickly assessed that it was done by squirrel(s) near the end of a soffit. Soon, a steel mesh was cut and fitted around the narrow gap to prevent any future attacks. He further covered a similar spot on the back site, so that there'll be no worries for me in this regard. Last year, I had a roof vent (not knowing which one) with water dripping down to the basement. After water tests, he figured out the right vent and placed an elbow on it...vent closed and problem solved. I've known Minh for more than 10 years now, and he had helped me in numerous occasions. He is super honest and extremely skillful in what he does, often beyond roofing.....grateful experences for me.
