This is an honest review, if anyone that has gotten work from Austin and gave him a 5 star review I…read morewould believe he asked his friends to leave good reviews because his quality of work is elementary verses him stating he is a class A Contractor. Austin was hired to do trim work in our condo; base, casing and crown. He is a great salesman that talks about his work quality and attention to detail. He and his employee that seemed to be learning was only in our condo for a day and a half and you will see the quality of his trim work in the pictures below. On the second day certain aspects on his previous days work was addressed with hopes it would be improved upon. After that day wrapped and we got back home a lot was done downstairs, but it looked rushed, sloppy, there was damage to existing trim and wall above the trim work and not professional for someone that raves about their work quality. At that point it was decided we did not want to continue with his service and terminated him from the job. At no point after we terminated his services did he ask to see the issues we had with his work quality. We really wanted to support a local small business owner, but you have to be honest about what you can and cannot do. There is no salvaging this, it all has to be redone and more money spent. Very disappointing.

They installed jacks, beams and sistered cracked joist. they also let us know that part of the problem was the high humidity in our Crawlspace so they encapsulated the entire Crawlspace and installed two dehumidifiers. They did great follow up and after a lot of work seem to have stopped the problems from getting worse, which is all we could ask. Every crew they sent was incredible - professional, friendly, hard working and efficient. All the crew leaders let us know exactly what they were doing and Adian even found and fixed issues with our HVAC ducts and registers that we didn't know about. it took a long time and, to be honest, was not cheap, but Bay does great work and follow up. we would use them again.

Please note that we went with Bay and the work they have done is excellent. I have been in my house for 10 years and I have never seen the pump work so good. Everyone gave us excellent customer services. The sales person was very thorough with his inspection and quote. The onsite manager and workers gave a timeline and was finished early. Working with Matt in sales was a breeze. He came over, didn't give off "salesmen vibes" and was very straightforward. My husband is pretty particular in the quality of craftsmanship and knows his stuff - he and the team passed the sniff test! Tom and John were our dedicated crew for install. We had original windows which were steel - very outdated - and difficult to uninstall. They were both extremely professional and great to work with. They left our house spotless and installed all 14 windows in one day! Now getting the old windows out was going to be a huge overall - (trust us - we tried to do it ourselves and tested it out on the garage window -- it took my husband almost an afternoon to do 1 window) - THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME! They got right to work and didn't damage any of our plaster (that we fully intended may happen due to the structure of the old windows and house). No shortcuts, no mess-ups, and great communication throughout. Tom was great at making us feel like we were getting quality install, gave a great demo of the windows, and was very personable, and made us feel confident in our choice. He was very clear in his communication, and knew exactly what he was doing. I would highly recommend 10/10!
