TL;DR: Happy with our experience…read more I'm always nervous about projects around the house and the people we hire to do the projects. My husband and I met with a few different bathroom remodeling companies to change out our uneven shower stall that pooled a lot of water to the side of the shower and therefore didn't drain. We decided to go with Rodney at Full Circle Kitchen & Bath. We were able to schedule an appointment for an estimate for the same day that we called him. When he arrived, he gave us a flat base price for the shower stall and the labor, and then told us how much the extra shelving, seat, and grab bar we wanted would cost on top of the base price. Once we called Rodney to tell him we wanted to move forward with the project, he sent us a contract to review via email within about a day. After we reviewed the contract and agreed to it, he visited our house again to sign the contract, collect the downpayment for supplies and re-measure the shower stall. Rodney uses Sentrel products for the showers he installs including the showers he installed at his own house. He ordered the Sentrel shower stall and other accessories and once those arrived, he called to schedule installation for that same week. Rodney is eager to start working early in the morning at 7am. He only works on one project at a time and doesn't split his time between clients, so there aren't half-finished projects that sit for days or weeks at a time when you hire him. He works weekends as well as weekdays. Rodney is prompt to answer questions via email and phone. My husband and I stayed home while Rodney and his assistant worked on the shower stall. They covered the carpet so it wouldn't get dirty or damaged. Rodney is a serious worker that strives to do a good job. He told us every time he was going to shut the water off and for how long it would be off, so we could prepare for that. He called us over to look at any strange house issues that would interrupt the progress and to get our opinions about how to proceed. We had a very uneven floor, floor joists too spaced apart, waterpipes that were coming up through the shower floor instead of behind the wall, and a giant hole carved out of one of the floor beams for the drainpipe. The new shower handle was defective and leaking, so Rodney put in a temporary handle for us to use the shower until the company sends a replacement that he can swap out. Also, he showed us how to change the handle ourselves if at some point in the future we decide that we want a new handle or need a new cartridge. Additionally, the previous owners had put up tile around the old shower stall on the walls that we wanted to keep if possible. Rodney was able to save that for us. Rodney also uses the expensive silicone sealant so there shouldn't be mold growth and we shouldn't have to re-caulk. He used Pex pipes to replace the copper pipes that were coming in at weird angles. We haven't used the shower yet as we're waiting for the sealant to dry completely, but I'm feeling good about the experience we had and am glad we hired Rodney.

Coradi is not one of those, "you have to buy today" companies and they take the time to make sure you're getting great quality products and service. From start to finish, the Coradi team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and dedication to providing the bathroom that we had envisioned. The professionalism exhibited by Coradi throughout the project was commendable. They adhered to the agreed upon budget and they started and finished on the dates promised! The Coradi team maintained communication every step of the way and we always felt informed and involved in the process, which made the remodel go smoothly and eliminated the stress of a renovation. The BuildersTrend app that they use for budgeting, documenting each day's work, and communication between team members and homeowners is easy to use and facilitates completing the project as planned. Moreover, the quality of their work was outstanding and every aspect of the renovation was executed well and with attention to detail. Derek came out to our home shortly after we contacted Coradi, spent time evaluating our bathroom and discussing our needs and wishlist for the remodel, and gave us great suggestions on how to achieve the bathroom that we envisioned. To finalize the contract, we met with him at the office, reviewed each point of the contract, and made changes that were put in writing and ultimately carried out as promised in the contract. The Conradi team that completed the rough-in and finishing work was led by Allen and included Tristan (plumber) and Justin (electrician). They showed up and wrapped up every day at the scheduled time and worked diligently on the project. They respected our home, cleaned up after each day's work, answered any questions and addressed any concerns we had, and consulted us about things that would impact our use of the bathroom. We felt very comfortable with this team and are really pleased with the way they executed the job. Ryan, assisted by Nathan, did the tile work and did a wonderful job. Ryan's outstanding workmanship and exceptional dedication to getting the design right created a finished product that is the star of the remodel! He was more than willing to incorporate our ideas and checked with us as the work progressed to make sure we were satisfied. Lastly, Jennifer assisted us with the payment process and addressed any issues that arose. It is evident that Coradi prioritizes customer satisfaction. They listened attentively to our needs and preferences and offered valuable suggestions and guidance along the way. Overall, we cannot recommend Conradi highly enough if you want a contractor who combines excellent craftsmanship, professionalism, and integrity. In all, we interviewed 6 contractors before selecting Coradi and we are so happy with our decision. We won't hesitate to use them again for any future remodeling projects!

One window frame and the garage backdoor frame had to be completely reconstructed. Mr. Rogers Windows (another great company) Installers installed new windows and the rear garage door. Their installers claimed the DB Construction repairmen had done such a good job with the window / door framing, that their installation was a breeze. You deal directly with Deanna, the company President, as your Project Manager. She followed-up on every stage of the project. A wonderful person to do business with. Her teams were very courteous and professional; ensuring we knew what each step was and when it would be accomplished. The job included new framing, new drywall, and new sparkle on the drywall. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. We'll be calling Deanna for our next project.

They had to completely redo the tilework in both bathrooms because of discrepancies and shoddy workmanship. It leaks into our crawl space as well as through the step and into the bathroom. Throughout every mistake Stuart would emphasize his veteran status (we're military) and that everything would be fixed and we'd be taken care of. Our current contractor has said they cut corners, used cheap materials, and a rubber tray/ membrane that isn't even supposed to used in Virginia. If you value your money go elsewhere. "We do not cut any corners in our construction process." Except when your tile guys put the wrong grout color in.
