We recently had Coradi Contracting completely renovate two of our bathrooms. We could not be any HAPPIER with the whole experience. They live by their motto of; Communication, Consistency, and Cleanliness! The project started in the design phase with Derek and Courtney, who provided guidance and reputable vendor recommendations. They developed detail plans and were very helpful in meeting our needs and providing clear options for our project. They stayed involved all through the selection process and made sure, Dale the project manager and other team members were well informed. On day one of demo, Dale, Larry and who we refer to as the "A" team of Ryan and Bruce, arrived on time and ready to work! All of them were friendly, professional and very informative. True MASTERS at their trade. Each phase of the project Ryan clearly articulated what they were doing and gave an update at the end of each day. Additionally, Ryan would state what would take place the following day. All along providing details and vision of what was being done and how it would look. Often providing a layout for a visual, asking for input if there were options to decide on. Bruce was a master at his woodwork and all the other skills he brought to the team. Spending some time with the "A" team; we came to realize both Ryan and Bruce are impressive men, skilled tradesmen, and good people! We did not have the opportunity to meet Mark the owner but based on what I heard and saw, we like his business model, his ability to discover talent and experts in the trade. Using Coradi Contracting for our home project was the best decision we made. My wife and I enjoyed every Coradi employee we dealt with and they all seem to be happy and enjoy what they do. Mark and his team remodeled both of our bathrooms. Simply outstanding in every respect! How? First Contact: We told Mark what we wanted to do. Two bathrooms. We wanted a trusted relationship, honest exchange, and expected there would be bumps in the road, and we could work through any issues to a positive conclusion. Mark nailed it! Design: After living with our bathrooms for 39 years, we had ideas for what we wanted and didn't want. Mark helped us with what would work, what would work better, and what wouldn't work with alternatives. He also pointed to design decisions that added cost but didn't add value...again with options for a more optimal solution. Mark nailed it again! Execution: This was the best part where we got to meet Mark's team. Personal, professional, caring - Jayson, Chris, Ryan, Isaac, AJ, along with his subs Damon, Chris (paint), Chris (plaster). All terrific. All aligned. All ready to adjust or attend to needed "fixes". Where problems or changes needed to be addressed, they were discussed, understood, options provided, agreed upon, and executed quickly. Result: Simply spectacular! We told Mark that we were sorry we didn't have another bath to remodel. Unfortunately we didn't find Coradi Construction until our kitchen reno was almost done but we needed a tile backsplash and a good friend recommended I call them. I was able to work with the owner on what our dream kitchen was and they were able to quickly match and exceed our dream. Coradi brought to the table their extensive knowledge and were able to graciously guide us through what was a seamless process from start to finish. From the first call to the final product only took about two weeks and that was our fault for changing our mind on the tile color, to which Coradi Construction was very understanding. Coradi's installers were professional, courteous and very tidy. The work was done quickly and cleanly but with very close attention to quality and detail. When the job was "complete" the owner arrived and inspected the work and a decision was made to re-trim our kitchen window in a way that would give our new kitchen that final touch to put it over the top. Lastly, I was given a very fair price that was extremely competitive against any other company we had inquired with and in fact was less than we anticipated paying. We have received nothing but outstanding reviews from friends and family on the work they did. Given the chance I would hire Coradi Construction several times over for this job and many more projects we will complete over the next several years. FIVE STARS for sure! read more

Having recently moved into a new but older home, my wife and I needed to make several modifications to update the interior. One of our major projects was the removal of an antiquated fireplace cabinet and shelving system that would not accommodate a modern media system. While we had an idea of what the end product would be, the owner, Mark and his project manager Jason, visited our home and truly made it come to life. More importantly the actual demolition and construction of our new changes were done professionally from the moment his crew walked into our home and protected our hardwood floors, to the last touches of polishing the new tile installed. At the end of everyday tools were picked up and any dust or debris were removed from the work area in our living room. Additionally, all of Mark's staff were professional and responsive to any concerns I raised during the process. Our wall surrounding our fireplace looks like something out of of a magazine. I can't say enough good things about this company-from start to finish everything was well planned and communication was great. Russ, Brian and Deivon did excellent work and our shower/bathtub remodel looks phenomena! Their work was impeccable. They were meticulous and took the time to be careful around the newly painted bathroom and they also took care not to track dirt and debris over the new carpet and hardwood floors. We really appreciate their expertise and hard work and are very grateful that we decided to go with Coradi for this job. We did a much needed Master Bath remodel. Through the whole process Coradi Contracting exceeded our expectations for quality and attention to detail. The Coradi Team and sub contractors were all very respectful of our home and arrived when promised. During the estimation and design phase Mark Coradi was clearly more organized and responsive.
