Starting from the consultation visit, Ken was extremely knowledgeable about the code requirements, provided valuable recommendations including efficiency & money saving tips. The job turned out amazing. I realize I'm speaking about an attic, but every bit of the old insulation was removed, new insulation was installed and Ken made the point to seal all points around lights and fans that penetrate the ceiling. He also added several upgrades including one to fasten the gas line to my HVAC until to ensure it was safe and secure. As other reviews have stated, they arrived when they said they were going to and finished the job exactly when he anticipated. My wife and I are planning multiple projects with Moore Services. The entire experience was exceptional.

Absolutely Outstanding Work by Foamtastic…read more I had Foamtastic install closed-cell spray foam insulation in my 30x40x12 metal building with a 5/12 roof pitch, and I could not be more impressed with the results. From the first conversation to the final cleanup, their professionalism was top-notch. They showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly throughout the process, and took the time to explain exactly how they were sealing the structure for maximum efficiency. The foam application itself was excellent -- clean, consistent, and completely sealed. No gaps, no missed spots, and no shortcuts. They made sure the building was fully encapsulated, which was important to me since I chose to eliminate ridge vents and create a true sealed envelope. You can immediately tell the difference in how solid and tight the building feels. What really stood out was their attention to detail. The transitions along the roof pitch, wall seams, corners, and around framing members were done carefully and thoroughly. They treated my building like it was their own. The job site was left clean, and the finished product looks professional and well-executed. I'm confident this insulation will pay for itself in comfort, energy efficiency, and moisture control. If you're considering spray foam insulation, especially for a metal structure like mine, I would 100% recommend Foamtastic. Solid crew. Solid work. Worth every dollar.

ODC replied same day. I also wanted to get my chimney cap replaced or refurbished. After three estimates from local Hampton Roads general contractors, ODC was the cheapest. ODC also included a "Roof Tune-Up" where the entire roof was inspected, replaced pipe donuts, clean-up of roof vents and pipes (sanded and painted), nail pop-ups repaired, repairs to flashing, and replaced missing or damaged shingles. Upon completion, I was provided with before and after pictures. The owner, Terry, came out to my property to complete the initial inspection and estimate. And he returned upon completion to inspect all work. ODC worked with my timeline and was respectful of my property. Thank you ODC for a job well done. The result was an entangled mess of damp, heavy, hard to remove roots, lumber, plastic and various other junk. I think a picnic table and half rotten pallet had been washed in there as well. Sadly, i didn't research as much as I maybe shouldve. They bid about $3000 higher than 2 other quotes i had recieved (one of which was also a GAF certified roofer offering the same certifications) . After i signed, then they would not price match for some lame reason or even consider lowering the cost or including doing drip edge flashing which the other company offered to do at the lower price. Come to find out as well, they did not recommend it, or consider installing drip edge flashing when i didn't have any at all on the roof which i wasnt aware of. When the roof was off i could definitely see some fascia rotting adn damage, so i get to do that myself now instead of when its easiest to do with the roof off.... The actual roof itself seems to have been done well, which for the price it better have been. but I can't help but feel i overpayed and was underdelivered...
